It was raining hard in MNL when we arrived, the inn that I previously booked unfortunately released the rooms and I was so disappointed! Good thing there are vacant rooms in Manila Manor Hotel that offers affordable rate. I immediately did a reservation. The staffs were very approachable and helpful especially the directions of the places we want to go. The service is very good too. Thank you for the feeling of home and comfort. Till' next time.

Pretty good for the price”
I was actually pleasantly surprised with this hotel, given the poor reviews that people have posted here on Agoda. At this price level, it's not the Ritz Carlton, but it's a perfectly comfortable hotel that is more than enough for my partner and I for 5 nights. The room itself is basic, but comfortable and for the price is a lot better than I expected. The shower was warm and when there was not enough toilet paper, the staff brought them up quickly. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was one night when the front desk asked if my partner is a "guest" (as in this area a lot of foreign guys bring hookers to their hotels for paid-for sex). So whilst I was a bit surprised / shocked, as we are married, the staff were just doing their job. All in all, don't come here expecting the Ritz Carlton (and if you were, then you should be paying Ritz Carlton prices!) and you should be pleasantly surprised. It's excellent value for money and the staff are great.

First of all, I have to commend the staffs. Everybody was so nice, courteous, and friendly. Being hotelier myself, I have to acknowledge the fact that everyone greet you with a smile, willing to assist, and friendly. In terms of location, very convenient to everywhere. Robinsons Manila is just 2 minutes walk, near to everything if I may say so. Despite my room to be a little outdated, the people who are working in the property compensated the lack of renovation in my room. All in all, I am happy with my stay in the property. Convenience wise and the people working there.

Good for overnights ”
The pro: everything is near by. Shopping mall is 5 minus away walking g distance. The con; its noisy,! Night bands is next door. The hotel is a great place for overnights. Its an older hotel. But the price is reasonable for what it is. You can't ask much. The workers have improve themselves. Polite and friendly. Again. For the price you pay for what you paying for. No complaint!
