Good location

Good location
Awesome hotel and good location. Close to public transport and eateries. Wouldn't recommend adding breakfast as area is quite tight and menu is always Indian based. Can save money in that space and always try local breakfast out which was great. Other than that stay was awesome and staff were amazing

Location is okay. About 10-minute walk to the nearest bus station or train station. Room is okay but lacks cleanliness.

The entire stay was for 4 days the rooms were clean with timely room service breakfast buffet was good staffs were friendly and they were very adjustable to the customer needs only one con room looked a little smaller but everything were excellent 👌🏻

I have stayed all over the world. This is really disappointing. Room is small. Everything seems to be cramped into a small area. Not recommended, not value for money.

Pros: • Good location with lotsa eateries. • Nearest MRT station is either Farrer Park or Lavender. • Friendly & helpful staff. Cons: • Water pressure of the basin tap is rather weak. • Temperature of water heater is rather erratic. • Air-con in the room has some stale smell when turned on initially but got better after about an hour to two. • Walls are thin. So it could be very noisy in the morning & afternoon.

Nice and clean hotel. I liked the room. It also has table and chair for me to do work online. Location is quite and nearby eating place ie coffee shops, hawker food court, etc.

Free parking which is plus point , location wise is strategic. Receptionist was very clear with t&c which we appreciate how it was presented. Requested for high level and was given the attic which has quick access to the pool. No Netflix on tv but casting from the phone took sometime to setup. The bed was nicely made , room is spacious too. Would love to come back here again if we've plan for another short stay.

Room was clean, simple and well equipped. I like that the TV has Chrome cast, can watch Netflix and Prime Video. Breakfast was amazing with the spread, and we enjoyed the roof top pool. Not too small nor too large. Great for quick getaway or simple staycation.

It’s a great 4 star hotel in downtown. Transportation, food , supermarket (like 7eleven) are all nearby. Hotel provides delicious breakfast. Surely recommend for all kind of travellers.
Bed quality was ok
The rooms were so small for the price that we had paid. I remember selecting a city view room however it was not given to us and that kind of was a bummer. However the breakfast, all the staff was really kind and helpful especially towards my mother.

Overall is a pleasant stay But the sound proof system of the room not very good and when u get a balcony room ,if there are people at the balcony talking u can hear quite clearly
While the staff were very polite and even upgraded us to another room with a balcony, this "upgrade" had us facing the side of a building with a night time karaoke, which ran on til about 3 in the morning. The rumbling bass and the occasional sudden laughter from people drinking woke me up several times. In the morning, there was construction happening nearby, so i was rudely awakened yet again from the dropping of metal elements. The walls of the hotel are very thin, so any small sound gave me anxiety, as if someone was coming to the door. The beds were a little too hard for my liking (personal preference), and the pillows a little too high, but the location was great as it was near good cafes, restaurants and bars. Overall, would not come back for this price
Convenient - Good. Easy to get local foods Location - Good. Easy to go around everywhere Cleanliness - Lousy. There were cockroaches inside the room and toilet Comfortable - Bad. Mattress is super hard. Pillow is good Towel - Bad. budget hotel towel quality Housekeeping - No. Room size - Small but enough for one solo Breakfast - Average. Few choices and changes everyday I think this hotel was a budget hotel but somehow managed to sign with Accor to manage.

Overall, everything was very good, the hotel is new and comfortable, although the room is a bit small. However, it has many plus points, such as a balcony for relaxation, free drinking water available inside the hotel, a bidet in the toilet, a hairdryer, and a large mirror. Additionally, the access to the bus and MRT is not far.
