We decided to go to Hua Hin without the prior plan and found this hotel should be appropriate to our family. Everything awesome, worth paying and time staying there.
The staffs should clean the rooms everyday without telling them to. We stayed for two nights. After the first night that we stayed, they did not clean up the rooms when we went out in the afternoon. I was surprised when I am back to the rooms when I saw everything was still the same when we left. Omg.
For those of you who plan on going to Vannanawa water park and has not picked up your ticket yet, the hotel offers a bundle ticket (ticket+towel+locker) for cheaper price. The hotel has both pick-up and drop off services to water park so it’s very convenient, but it’s within walking distance so that’s really up to you.
มีคราบน้ำมันลอยในสระเยอะมาก ควรจะมีการเปิดระบบทำความสะอาดให้น้ำไหลออกมาผ่านการกรอง และเจ้าหน้าที่โทรมาให้เลื่อนรถยนต์ตอนตี 3 ทั้งๆ ที่รถใส่เกียร์ว่างและไม่ได้ดึงเบรกมือ ตอนหัวค่ำ มีเจ้าหน้าที่เช็คก่อนแล้วว่าเลื่อนรถได้ แต่กลัวไหลจึงเอาหินไปหนุนล้อ พอมีคนโทรมาตอนตี 3 เราแจ้งแล้วว่าให้เช็คก่อนว่ามีหินหนุนล้อหรือไม่ ก็ไม่ได้ดูยืนยันให้ไปขยับ พอไปที่รถ พบว่าที่เลื่อนไม่ได้ เพราะหินที่เจ้าหน้าที่ตอนหัวค่ำ หนุนล้อรถยนต์ไว้ ไม่ได้เกี่ยวกับการเข้าเกียร์ผิดและดึงเบรกมือตามที่โทรแจ้ง

Food okay
No staff was waiting to help with luggage. Room was infested with mosquitoes, had to have them spray it before we could even sleep. Location was off the main road and not within walking distance of anywhere. way overpriced. We stayed in another hotel the night before which was a great location , pool and great service and a much nicer room, and it cost a lot less than we were charged for this room. Very disappointed and will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anybody.
The hotel is not close the sea and suitable for travelers who have a car. However, the staff is very nice, very friendly and very good service- mind.
Good place, neat and clean.. location is not that great . but worked for Vana Nava water park.. breakfast is very basic, must improve

Room was ok. Quite clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Swimming pool is too small. We were there when the hotel was quite fully booked, there were many people in the pool. So we did not even swim or go there pool. Not enough space.

.Distinct sewerage or bad drain smells from the bathroom for the duration of our stay. In room mini bar fridge which unfortunately switches off when you take the room key tag out of the power slot. Just a very average hotel/motel! Would not recommend or stay here again!

Next to the resort is a cow farm. Be prepared to smell some cow dung in the morning when the wind blow. Lotsa files and mosquitoes. Spotted bed bug marks on the curtains. No toiletries provided except shampoo and shower gel from dispenser. Far from the town area.
Dreadful property don't waste your money. This hotel is clearly operated by local amateurs who have never stayed at an International Hotel. Inside the room is a sign posting for all the extra charges and fines. Here is my reply. * 3rd floor room NO LIFT * Shower very LOW FLOW WATER practically a joke. * NO HOT WATER in the sink (makes shaving most unpleasant) * Smelly dirty water * NO LIGHT SWITCH near the bed (I actually had to get out of bed go to the front door to turn off the lights) * NO PEEP HOLE in door * NO READING LIGHTS over the bed * NO International TV programs * Silly Room Key in lieu of of electronic card + 300 B DEPOSIT for key * Only ONE pillow per person (extra charge for extra pillow) * Poorly trained staff; banged on my door at 6:30 a.m. by mistake * Unfriendly staff (never asked how my stay was, never apologised for awaking me at 6:30 am) * dreadful decor etc.... Their so called low price does not justify any of these inconveniences when right across the road is a low cost International Hotel offering first rate service, practical amenities and a really friendly well trained staff. A good place to spend honeymoon. everything is good and the only complaint was that the toilet got some funny odd smell.

OK, as expected until we checked out. We'd requested a late check out which staff said was no problem. However, when we went to check out the reception expected to charge us for late checkout. This was not mentioned when we requested it. No call was made to our room to inform us. It put a downer on an otherwise reasonable stay.
To improve more on facilities. - to use keyless card to lock/unlock door - noisy rooftop when stormy/ windy. - to have lift, easier for traveller to move their luggages
Good location within walking distance of the main road with a 7/11 and market. Standard room with a nice pool. No elevator. Wifi was good, breakfast was a very basic buffet with not a lot of options.
Super new hotel, nice sized rooms with good clean facilities and a great balcony overlooking the pool. No need to book the more expensive poolside rooms, which to be honest do not appear that private. Clean fresh rooms, good parking and nice friendly staff, out of town a little so transport is a must. However a real haven from the noise and chaos of Hua Hin. Fantastic large clean swimming pool which we all enjoyed, especially our 3 year old. Negatives… the builders were in adding a smallish extension, noise was a bit annoying but not excessive. More annoying were the ornamental sea shells they have hanging over every balcony. They do look pretty but in the wind they crash against the balcony railings and believe me the noise is horrible and a quiet nights sleep was not possible. On windless days not a problem, but we stayed 5 nights and the wind was strong.. It wouldn't take a day just to raise the hanging so that they did not bang against the railings. We did complain but got the Thai shrug and nothing was done, seems petty but it really spoilt our stay and I am surprised management don't act. Other negative not one single English speaking channel on the TV. We would stay
If you don't mind to stay away from beach or city centre, this nice boutique hotel is might suit for you! Nice decorated with a chill swimming pool. Location is in the backyard of Hua Hin. 5-10 minutes walk to the market, convenient store and some local restaurants. Room is big and functional but anyway, i have smelled something from the bathroom., i guess maybe the water sink or drain. This hotel has no elevator thus their staff are willing to help you if you need. If you have your own vehicle, this hotel is OK for your stay. Informative & friendliness staff.
Very nice experience, staff is friendly. The location is quite away from main street but staff is helpful to arrange the transportation.

Ich war hier im September, da gab es keine Möglichkeit etwas zu Essen, der Pool wurde nicht gereinigt, das Personal war nett aber mehr am Handy interessiert, als an Ihrer Arbeit. Das hotel ist abgelegen , von der Stadt, vom Beach und von jeglichen Aktivitäten. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig.
Kleines familiäres Hotel, sauberer Pool. Frühstücksbuffet ABF. Genügend Parkplätze. Sauberer Bettbezug täglich gewechselt das bei 4 Nächten im Hotel! Kleine komplette Terasse.

Neu haben wir das Milano enteckt fahren alle Jahre mit dem Auto in den Süden und nun das neue Milano 9 Monate alt sehr luftig hell und sauber eigene Parkplätze, dieses Haus kann ich empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig mit Toast und allem was ein American Frühstück enthält

สถานที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยุ่ในซอยลึกเข้าไปหน่อย ถ้าคนไม่มีรถไม่แนะนำ เพราะซอยค่อข้างเปลี่ยว ห้องพักไม่ดีเลิศแต่ก้ไม่แย่ อาหารเช้าเป็นเซตธรรมดา
