Last month, I stayed at Mitsui Garden Sapporo West for 3 nights on a family trip to Hokkaido. On the day of check-in, my child suddenly fell ill in the early morning. It was a Sunday and I had seen many reviews saying that it was difficult for foreigners to receive medical treatment due to concerns about Covid. So I couldn't bring myself to go to the hospital. However, one staff member first looked up nearby hospitals and even accompanied us to the hospital. Thanks to their explanation to the hospital on our behalf, as we were not fluent in Japanese, we were able to receive treatment safely and even get an IV drip. I am so grateful to Yutaka-san, who comforted us and worried about us like his own child. I was truly moved to tears. I would also like to thank all the other staff members who kindly helped us throughout our stay and asked about our well-being every time we met. Although it was a bit difficult because my child was in pain, the overwhelming feeling of being touched made me decide to visit Sapporo again. I have traveled quite a bit, but I haven't had many experiences where I felt such genuine warmth and kindness. I would highly recommend Mitsui Garden Sapporo West, where there are excellent staff members, to others. See you again on my next trip to Sapporo!

I stayed in a deluxe room on the 12th floor of this hotel for three days in mid-November. If I have the chance to visit Sapporo again, I will definitely choose Sapporo Mitsui Garden Hotel again! Location: The hotel is very close to JR Sapporo Station, and it only takes about 5 minutes to walk straight from the exit to the hotel. Service: The staff are friendly and polite, and the hotel service is thoughtful. After the mail is sent to the hotel, the staff will leave a message envelope in front of the room door to notify the guest to pick it up. From the packaging of the envelope and the message on the letterhead, you can see the hotel's attention to detail. Environment: The room is very new and clean, and can fully accommodate two 30-inch suitcases. The view outside the window is unbeatable, facing a street full of ginkgo trees, and you can even see snow-capped mountains in the distance.

The hotels in the Mitsui series all have a certain level of quality. The location of Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo is a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station and is also close to Daimaru department store. The room is spacious and has a small round table and a double sofa, which is convenient for bringing food back to the hotel to eat. The bed and pillows are of moderate firmness and are considered comfortable to sleep on. The room is cleaned well, and there is a humidifying air purifier and a hair dryer with decent power. Although it is not a hot spring, there is a large public bath, and soaking in hot water when tired from traveling is also a healing experience.

Location: The hotel is located in a very convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the South Exit of Sapporo Station. Accommodation: All rooms are non-smoking and the clean and cozy atmosphere makes for a very comfortable stay. There is a large public bath on the second floor where guests can relax and refresh after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast: The restaurant is small but lovely, and in addition to freshly made pancakes, the ham and fried chicken on the buffet table are delicious. What's even more commendable is that the breakfast voucher offers a variety of options, including a seafood breakfast set outside the city (with round-trip transportation provided), or a coupon for Akarenga Terrace building, which is just a 7-minute walk away, where guests can dine or shop. Our stay at the mitsui garden hotel was, without a doubt, thorougly enjoyed. First and foremost, the location of this hotel was sinply unmatched. The family mart convenience store was merely a stones throw away(less than 5 minute walk) and the train station can also be reached seanlessly within a 10 minute walk (with snow, ice and all the wintet jazz). Furthermore, the staff performance there was benevolent and friendly to say the least. May of them are bilingual and equipped with a portable translator so communication was one of ease. They welcomed us with open arms and exuberance when we inquired about nearby eateries and direction without any qualms, and was a joy to be around. (TMI here but one of my members accidentally lost her room card but the staff dealt like it like it was no big deal, resetting and replacing our cards without aby additional charge) Last but not least, the amenities there are most certainly in abundance, with water and ice dispensers in the public bath, vending machine corner and washing machine area. Collectively, we feel that our holiday to hokkaido with mitsui garden has been indeed a blissful balance of enthralling, unparalled adventures and simplicty and comfort coming back to a place where the ambience and facilities were immaculately catered to us. In a nutshell, our getaway in hokkaido has brought me enjoyment greatly augmented by this hotel and we would absolutely recommend this incredible experience to loved obes.
