Holiday ”

The staff were very attentive to requests and very friendly especially the front office staff when we checked in at past 6PM. She was very accommodating when I requested for a room wherein the noise from the neighboring disco bars could not be heard. We also had a great time at the El Dorado Swimming pool, the reason why when we are in Iloilo, we really choose Mo2 Westown Hotel and Resort.

Extraordinary weekend”

I actually made the booking online, without noticing that I might have dragged the dates or God knows what happened but the overnight stay went up to 7 nights stay. I only realized it when I received the notification that the amount debited was AED 1,600 for 7 nights! To my shock, I was telling myself not to panic but to contact Agoda right away. With God’s grace the Agoda rep (I’m sorry, I totally blacked out with her name, but if you are reading this please feel free to remind me) she was kind enough to contact the establishment knowing that my booking was non-refundable. Mo2 management was also very understanding of the situation and allowed for the amendment to be made. And yes, i got a full refund of the 6 days that was charged. Note to self: don’t be too excited to book, make sure that you read and review not just once or twice but ask someone to double check it for you. My family had a blast with their weekend getaway! Thank you Agoda and Mo2!

Quick visit to see family at a good price. ”

I stayed at MO2 Westown for two nights and 3 days. It is overall a good budget hotel. The staff are attentive and speak fluent English. The food and dining options are wide and varied and also tasty. The room comes with free wifi and all the usual amenities. The best thing about this hotel if you are aged between 18-35 is that it is located in Iloilos Smallville district which is the local bar and restaurant scene. Everything is fairly priced and you will have a good time if you intend to go out and have a bit of fun. If on the other hand you are slightly older or in need of a good night sleep, I would probably advise against staying here as the music is loud and can be heard from most of the rooms until 3am (when the clubs close).

Stunning”

Great price for a beautiful resort in the heart of Smallville. It has the most gorgeous pool you must see for yourself to believe. Multi leveled pool with waterfalls and a water slide and lovely lighting. This hotel has everything you could need within walking distance. Their own outdoor bar/patio with a band. The entire band is incredibly talented I felt as if I was at a concert! They also have an upstairs disco if you feel like dancing. Across the street there are several places to eat drink and karaoke it's impossible to get bored. They also provide delicious food for room service at any hour and different massage spa packages to choose from. My friend and I fell in love with this place and will not stay any where else in iloilo. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great hotel in a great location”

checking-in was really fast. we just showed the voucher and some identification and we were given the room key right away. the hotel lobby was really spacious and there are a lot of couches, convenient for waiting, unlike some hotels were in you end up standing. the deluxe room was really neat and complete,well lighted, the bed was comfortable, ac was functioning well, loved the flat screen tv, the comfort room was also clean, all the things you need were provided: toothbrush, ear buds, shampoo, soap,hair dryer, electric kettle,wifi connection, mini fridge with daily complementary bottled water. the location of the hotel was really great, it's in a street where bars, restaurants, coffee shops are located. there's a grocer near by also. it's also near ted's la paz batchoy,a restaurant serving the city's delicacy and also near sm city, just a few min. jeepney ride. the hotel also has their own ktv bar. they also have their own water park, hotel guests have free passes (we weren't inform though upon check in about this). overall, we enjoyed staying at westown. we will surely come back.

Nice Hotel at Iloilo's Nightlife Center”

Stayed at the MO2 Westown Hotel for two nights for our Iloilo-Guimaras getaway. It's very accessible and the room we booked was clean and comfortable enough. What I didn't like was the staff. No friendly smiles and greetings were seen and heard when we arrived. Unlike other hotels where a hotel personnel will greet and assist you the moment you step out of the car. Even the receptionist wasn't too friendly and accommodating. If you love music and love to hangout at night, this is the perfect location. It's in the heart of Iloilo's nightlife district and also very near to great restaurants and pastry shops. One minor problem is that it can be a bit noisy during the night. One thing I love most about this place is the El Dorado Water Park! It's really nice. A bit crowded during the day but you can enjoy a cool, relaxing dip during the night.

A small hotel in a good location.”

This is quite a nice hotel for the price. If you are looking for a decent hotel in a good nightlife location then Mo2 Westown is for you. If you are not fond of the nightlife and are a light sleeper then I do not recommend this hotel as it can become quite noisy outside. The hotel is clean and relatively new. The rooms come with free wifi - its not extremely fast but its fine for browsing. The food is quite nice albeit the menu is not very wide. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly and will make your stay enjoyable and try their best to accomodate your requests.

Celebration”

We were celebrating a private anniversary and chose the MO2 Westown for its convenient location and its close proximity to Smallville (bars and restaurants) and the SM shopping mall. We arrived early and were given our room which was clean and fully equipped. The only downside was the window was overshadowed by a blank wall - but that wasn't our priority. It was an overnight stay so that we could enjoy the nearby live music, bars and restaurants.

Summer vacation”

I enjoyed our stay at Westown hotel and loved the location and service.y only complaint would be that the beds were not that comfortable and the aircon was directly hitting our face and neck. We tried facing the aircon up but it still hit our face. Overall, hotel was good for price and location.

"Best place to stay while you're in the city"”

if you're on a break from manila city's night life but still wants to enjoy same beats and lights on your vacation, mo2 westown hotel is probably the best place to stay while you're in iloilo. the hotel is strategically located near established malls, famous restaurants and most-visited bars. just right outside the hotel or a few steps more, you'll have various options to dine and relax. if you just want a good dip, across the hotel is the el dorado water park. the pool is big and it has light effects beneath which makes it more iniviting! the area is manned with lifeguards at all times. per room per night entitles four complimentary passes. good enough! you may inivite your local friends to come along too. down points i experienced, one is the check-in and check-out process. check-in time took less than five minutes which is good. hence, i was not asked to sign or acknowledge anything which i think registration is a standard regardless of the type of reservation. sames through with check-out. after asking housekeeping for room check, i was advised that everything's okay. no receipt or any document presented or offered. another is the wall conditions in the room. the paint looked old. it needs rectification as it will affect the overall cleanliness of the room. lastly, the water heater for coffee/tea must be cleansed more carefully. nevertheless, all it needs is a little improvement to strengthen their asset.

We had a wonderful stay in MO2 Westown Hotel. The room is spacious and facilities are in good condition. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's a good place to stay and you will feel safe and at home.

The hotel was great. Clean. Friendly people. Good service. Nice pool with slide There is an Mo2 Ice next door. Nice bar. Good fun if you are into that. They play until 200 AM and it came straight into our room. The hotel is great. The noise from live band bad.

Value for Money. Excellent Location”

MO2 Westown is a good hotel to stay and you get what you pay for. The location is very excellent, near shopping malls and a good place to wind up and have chat with friends. Although the fixtures seem old and need to be upgraded or need some refurbishing. There were no slippers so bring one next time.

MO2 Westown was a positive surprise”

We did enjoy our stay at the MO2, the room incl. bathroom was in excellent good condition and the swimming pool in particular is an attraction. One minor issue: The staff do their communication by walky-talky on a very loud volume and can be clearly heard in the room. This is not the best solution if a guest likes to enjoy his/her sleep.

I tried this hotel because of the suggestion of my friends that it was good, compare this hotel to BACOLOD OUTLET this is a little bit better. Here's the things i just only notice with their services cause honestly speaking i am very particular with hotel I'm staying, amenities, and people working. ONE is upon my arrival from the ferry terminal of iloilo to MO2 WESTOWN HOTEL ILOILO the staff (BELLBOY) just look at me and never dare to help me with my luggage to bring it inside the hotel unlike in BACOLOD MO2 WESTOWN HOTEL when i arrived the hotel and see my taxi stop they quickly go out and open the door and take my things and bring it inside the hotel, SECOND is the WIFI CONNECTION it was a good connection but the its troublesome to use cause you need a voucher for 1 day one for phone and one for laptops and told me we can only give you one voucher a day which is very stupid cause one wifi voucher is only for one gadgets and i got my phone and laptop that i need to have a wifi connection unlike in BACOLOD OUTLET the connection is also good but no need VOUCHER very easy to connect and THIRD cleaning up my room for the first 3 days is ok but on the last day i only notice they just fix my bed and thats it i notice the towels only folded back where its supposed to be place and tissue paper just put somewhere else and not so properly. The place is very accessible but i dont know if i will be staying here again there's also a lot of new hotels around to try.

3rd time to stay, great service everytime”

like what i said, this is our 3rd time to stay. everytime we go back to iloilo, we always make it a point to stay here. the first two times, we stayed in a chalet room which has its own balcony and had a great view to their pool area. this time we stayed in a deluxe room which basically has the same amenities as the chalet room sans the balcony. the room is a smaller one, has a coffee table, personal refrigerator, electric kettle, complimentary coffee and tea, glass sliding door showers and a tv with satellite cable. but what i love most about it is their uber fluffy pillows.

I loved this hotel as I keep coming back every time I visit Phils. I find it very convenient to stay here, firstly they offer great affordable hotel rates.”

Hotel has a great location to the night hubs, restos and SM City Iloilo. Although, the hotel is a bit delapidated/ getting old and RUN DOWN and needs renovation as much as possible. I find it very disturbing, that there are STRAY CATS RUNNING AROUND at the swimming pool area and Food areas. I asked the waiter why there are pungent smell from the sides of the resto at the pool side, its because of these cats shit and urine. WHY cannot they call the Animal or Health Dept to clear up these cats and FIX the bad smell. It is very un-healthy to have cats around and bad smell whilst eating. The bathroom has baby cochcroaches and bugs, the toilet does not flush, and I had to call for immediate attention for the maintenance staff to fix it. The rooms are quite spacious, the Aircon is great, but the towels are getting old and rotten. The Reception and Concierge staff are great and truly are experienced. Although,a few are not accomodating and unfriendly. The Breakfast is quite simple, with a few varieties to choose from. Staff are a bit slow to serve. But I always choose this Hotel since You could invite your family to meet up and enjoy their big swimming pool and food are quite affordable and gastronomically yummy. YES, I still would love to come back here and have fun and recommend this hotel. CHEERS!!!
