While this hotel looks great on the picture reality hits as soon as you try to order some food in restaurant - all they had was frozen pizza and beer, no wine, no other food, nothing. Staff also could barely speak English. On the other hand room was large and clean.

This is the best hotel for the price. The cleanliness is also very good. I initially made a reservation without a twin room on Agoda, but on the day of check-in, they changed it to a twin room without any additional charge at the reception. The water pressure was quite good and I was very pleased with various conditions. I will 1000% revisit next time.

“5 star so so”
This is a 5 star hotel but the gym and outdoor swimming pool are located at outside. If rains then cannot use the facilities. Overall is clean and simple. However is aging and cleaning quality is not commentable as I encountered a patch of hairs at the entrance of toilet after one evening came back from work. Worst is my boss checked out with missing slippers. There are no use and throw slip ons. In the end we have to pay the missing slippers. Just be careful on every items in the room. I got no missing items and ok to check out. It was opposite the big square which can be noisy when weather is good at 5am. Music will play when folks are exercising. Breakfast only a few things are nice to eat. 5mins opposite the Square is the mall where movies, small mart and fast food. Thats it..good luck as there are not many choices in this region. I will probably come back again.
