I had a great stay in My Inn Hotel. The room was spacious and clean. There is also a laundry shop next to it, a Servay supermarket and also some kopitiams near it. Opposite of it, there is another big supermarket, Everwin. Very convenient 👍🏻

So far, everything is good. As the time i reach the hotel, i just mention my booking and everything already prepared. It doesnt take much time to check in. Excellent job for the hotel crew. Will repeat to stay there if i travel to kuching again. Thank you.

if you have any business or work to do in Samarahan, this is the best hotel to stay.. next to grocery's store, near to food court and in vicinity of cake house for souveniers to bring home

New hotel. Staying here on 17thSept2019. Very spacious room (Superior room).Got elevator. Downstairs have shops (servays)to buy neccessities and restaurants(sugarbuns, coffeeshops etc) .Plus elevator. 5-10 minutes to Pusat Jantung Kuching. Highly Recommendable. Dare to give 5 star.

Your customer service are very bad especially the guy that treat me like rubbish when I suggest something regarding to the limited iron provided in your hotel. he scolded me.. but the girl is very good. i salute her even i scolded at her because of the changing of room without my knowledge, but she still patient. Actually, I stay at your hotel because I give Bengkel about Customer Service at IPG Tun Abd. Razak. So, from the feedback from your staff (man), I thought you should conduct the Kursus Perkhidmatan Pelanggan for some of them.

Hotel is comfortable and very quiet, especially convenient for students and parents visiting their children or friends in Unimas. Hotel was very spacious and pleasant. Bathroom was huge and the shower was fantastic. I enjoyed my 3 day stay there and there was a supermarket and many eateries located around the hotel. Thank you MyINN Hotel for the wonderful stay

The hotel is near to two public universities in Kota Samarahan.

Close to restaurants, supermarkets and 5 minutes driving to UNIMAS”

ASMA is just next door. You can buy Kek Lapis and other Sarawak products at very reasonable price. 20 minutes to the airport.

I booked 2 rooms, both were in clean & neat condition but sadly both rooms had strong cigarette smell (although I requested for non-smoking room). Some sockets were not functioning. Other than that it was okay.

Frustrated..booked Deluxe king room Cant have good sleep for my 2 night stay here.feel something crawling at my back when lying on bed.could be a bed bugs.Eventhough the room is a non-smoking room but room have strong cigarette smell & can see cigarette butt outside the window.Ask for another room but unsuccessful as no more available room.they arrange housekeeping girl to come & spray the room..I hate its towel smell like a body odour smell or something use for prayer ritual. Room with jungle view instead of street view as per booked.limited & annoying tv channel & wifi.not sound proof.Can hear clearly others conversation at the walkway & neighbour room close the door. They didnt clean up my room on 2nd day & no replenish of toileteries, drinks & towel..no power supply socket at bed side.no sleeping light The good side was its location being nearest accomodation to uitm & unimas (imo) and also to Summer mall but not in walking distance..ample parking space.supermarket just at the ground floor of the same building..neareat eatery is only sugarbun & 2 muslim food cafe. My grabcar request from kuching airport to this inn has been turn down 3 times by the grab driver.not a popular destination indeed especially during peak hour due to traffic jam Receiptionist during check in was friendly and helpful but the other 1 during checkout was "mute" as she cant smile and speak .not even a single word or maybe i deaf.luckily she not blind & deaf as she able to enjoy playing with her hp
