Amazing stay at Nagaworld!”
It was my first time in Phnom Penh and I had such a lovely time. My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days at Nagaworld and our experience there way exceeded our expectations. The lovely hotel staff helped wheel our luggages and personally escorted us up to our room to settle us in on our first day there. When we asked for directions to the underpass, the hotel staff went out of their way to walk us towards the escalator to ensure that we were heading in the right direction. The room we were in was clean and lovely. The hotel staff was prompt with the room cleaning - we would hit the request button when we headed out for a meal and the room was cleaned up within an hour. The location of the hotel was great! We were able to get to most places with just USD1 tuktuk rides. There was always something to do at Nagaworld - including a 24/7 spa session just two levels above our hotel room. (We had a lot of fun at the Niu Niu counter in the casino!) We will definitely be back!

Debunking the many negative reviews on Nagaworld. It's among the BEST!”
This was our first trip to Phnom Penh. I read many Tripadvisor reviews that Nagaworld is smoky everywhere, the rooms are filled with cigarette smell, Chinese nationals smoking everywhere indiscriminately, etc. I wish to latest that after my 4days stay, it was totally untrue. Yes there are smoking, no doubt. But it is not as if the place is like haze with PSI of 50. I stayed at Nagaworld 2, rooms are clean and nice. But I agree that the towels and pillows could have been better quality. Other than that I hv no complaints. The food pavilion was excellent. The buffet breakfast was remarkable. I will definitely return.

Convenient with Airport shuttle ”
I made a booking at the hotel 1 day before flying in. They were very prompt in arranging for the complimentary airport shuttle which really takes away all the stress of figuring out how to get to the hotel from the airport. The location is good with tuk tuk just a convenient Grab app away. The rooms are clean and modern. Wifi is strong as well. The morning breakfast buffet is mostly asian cuisine which we only topped up for the first morning. Otherwise, we chose to head out to explore on tuk tuk or foot. Very value for money for the price we paid. I will highly recommend friends to stay here.

Great NYE Celebration at Naga World”
Our friends and I decided to make a short trip to Cambodia to celebrate NYE 2020 at Naga World and I must say it was a great decision. It is connected to Naga World 1 by an underground Duty-Free shopping mall and a very nice food court so you literally do not need to leave the venue at all. We had so much fun gambling with slot machines, counted down to new year with a bottle of champaign (at very good price for a 5-stars venue) in the casino lounge and also enjoyed very nice sunset at the pool in Naga World 1. Services are great and Khmer staffs are very friendly and doing good jobs. They did remember us as hotel guests and did not make us go through security check every time entering the casino, which is impressive considering the amount of people entering the place everyday. One thing I noticed is that guests here are 80% Chinese, 10% Vietnamese and very few Westerners. The hotel doesn't sleep!

Very nice hotel and worth the money”
It was a superb stay at Nagaworld2 . The hotel is new and has all modern amenities. Very good clean n well appointed rooms. All facilities in room including bath robes, safe, sofa, study desk etc. tea coffee machine also there. Hotel has good entertainment everyday in lobby. Has its own mall with top brands shops. Has own food court in LG level. One stop hotel for all needs.

Professional First Aider Save My Life”
On 25th May 2022, at about 2.30am, I was shivering and was unable to breath properly. I tried to make my way to the reception to seek help. The Duty Manager - Ms Marife and 2 other Hotel Duty Staff immediately came to my help with medical kit and oxygen tank. Immediately they put me on the wheel chair and wheeled me to the hotel clinic. The Duty Manager was kind and kept ensuring I am ok. I am very thankful to them, especially Ms Marife who was very attentive to me while I had difficulties to breath. Many many thanks to her and the 2 staff. You saved my life. Being a regular guest in Nagaworld 2, I will continue to stay there whenever I travel to Phnom Penh.

Convenience for transportation of tuk tuk and taxi”
Easy to get transport here specially tuk tuk is every where and close to the Mekong river is only less then 4 minutes by tuk tuk, convenience hotel for restaurants and feeling safe to stay in. Room are big enough and clean. But is a casino inside this hotel so you see the ppl are all around no matter what time it is.

Great facilities and services.”
Please educate the front desk staff to be more diplomatic. Possibly due to their lack of understanding in English, they sounded very rude. Requested late check out of 2.00 pm, a day before and was politely granted. However, at 11.30 am, received a call from the front desk reminding the check out time is 12.00 pm. Explained to that my late check out was granted. He called again in ten minutes, saying no records in the system, hence the need to pay 50% room charge. Luckily, managed to speak to the duty manager, with better English, who resolved the issue.

Huge and great location”
We stayed near here and loved the area, we seen this and for the price booked more nights in Phnom Penh, the hotel is so big but getting around is easy! Has a huge food court with all kids of food, reasonably priced! From naga2 you can walk underground to get to the pool in NagaWorld, great views! From Our room we had one of the best views we have had yet on our travels!

Vacation 2018”
This was a really great place to stay. The extensive options for shopping and entertainment was far more than we expected. The choice of restaurants was nearly overwhelming, from both a variety and price perspective. The staff was as much if not more attentive than any other five star resort. Best of all was the security. It was evident from the moment you arrived and passed through metal detectors this place had your safety in mind, efficient TSA. However, it was never intrusive or inconvenient. After having our cell phone taken right out of our hands during a Tuk Tuk ride earlier in the stay, security was a present concern, but never for a minute inside the Naga World complex. You can feel the effort as they strive for a high end NY and Las Vegas vibe and they are getting there. A must see if your visiting Phenom Penh. If you want to try you hand at the slots, this would be the place to do it. We found them to be much looser than the ones back in the US. Have fun!

NagaWorld service is getting better. The resort is doing it a smart thing by hiring staff that can speak other languages. Seem more welcoming then on past visits. This is the premier place to stay. Good selection of channels on the TV. Excellent food but $$$ Keep up the Good Work NagaWorld.

Value of money during promotion”
It never exist for this price before. Since in has promotion from September to October. But wait to see does it still continue until November and so on. Nice room premium equipment but you will have smoking room if they finish non smoking room.
