We stayed at Naga World2 for 3 nights during our Cambodia tour. Its location is excellent, close to the riverside and key attractions. The superior room was comfortable and perfect for a couple. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of South-East Asian and Western dishes, along with fresh fruits. The only downside during our stay was that, despite opting for a non-smoking room, cigarette smoke occasionally came through the bathroom duct, likely connected to other rooms. However, the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. The underground Food Pavilion is a great addition to the hotel, offering fantastic options, and the casino is a well-known attraction for both tourists and locals. Overall, it’s a good choice for a stay in Phnom Penh.

Good hotel ever with everything you need
Overall the hospitality service here is excellent. Receptionist Angie is always helpful and puts on a cheerful smile. Place is always clean and neat. Convenient and easily accessible to many places. Note: just do NOT go to the Chinatown area nearby. It is messy, sleazy and full of unsavoury characters

I want to extend additional 2 more nights but the rate becomes higher than we talk yesterday. They said also fully booked already. But everything all okay. I hope you inform the guest as soon as possible about the availability of the room.

It was an excellent stay at Nagaworld. It was a luxurious stay yet at affordable cost. Staffs were polite and well behaved. Hotel was full of amenities.
It is ok and obviously in an integrated reaort so has casinos, restaurants etc. there don't seem to be many customers and the place snells of anoke. Breakfast was amazing though and the food court was brilliant.

Service staff were nice and some ok. Gym not so great nor clean enough. It takes some time to get room service. The fridge in our room was broken and it took a while to replace plus it wasn’t even cold enough to be worth having a fridge. The pool lounge area didn’t feel so clean. I would really rate it only 3.5 stars.
