Perfect location, clean not old hotel”
Rooms big enough, clean and bright, location is on the main Street where you can find a lot of restaurants. Market is a cross the street. Staff need to be more friendly. Bed mattress was really hard. I recommend for short stay.

Clean hotel, rude staff”
This is a new hotel although already showing some wear and tear. It's about 700m from the water front and clean. Staff was almost rude, not customer oriented at all, and I wouldn't put it down to a language issue because they did manage English quite well.

The size of the room was incorrect..so alot smaller than advertised. Long delays checking in although I was the only guy at the desk. Bed was very nice and water pressure very good nice bathroom but hair leftover from previous guest. Secure parking. Overall not a bad choice...but very noisy as construction seems to go on past midnight and starts 5:45am. Hopefully that does not last long

Reception not polite at all. Let me wait too long check in while no other as only my team and without said Sorry. Room inside just walk-in feeling dust around and air-con having smell. I can say Hotel is new but Human service on all is so bad.

But nothing else. Don’t expect your room cleaned, toilet paper, or bottled water as advertised. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. Probably how they keep the price down. We booked a superior Queen room. Advertised as 55sqm. Lucky if it’s 25sqm. Checks should be made on hotels like this that advertise things and don’t provide. Misleading.

No frills gem ”
Frequent traveller around Cambodia, and have used this hotel for both business and personal travel. Had tour group of 15 people stay at this hotel, with zero complaints, I've stayed in many hotels in Cambodia, and for the price, this is one of the best, both for exploring around koh kong and as a transit Hotel for Thai/Cambodian border crossing

This hotel is great location and clean cool A/C , WiFi it worked great clean bathroom for sure . A little over $10 per night it not bad except one thing if you looking for place to eat it not that many in Koh Kong to choose ( small city ) . AAA+ from me room ,location, Secure.👍👍👍

Best in town”
Best hotel in town because its really new, room with fan is enough on first floor, cold water is comfortable for washing (not too cold but refreshing after street). Free water on reception, good wifi. Only few problems - bad chairs inside and no moskito net on windows. We would like to return to this place for same price (about 9-10$ per night with fan)

Nice modern basic hotel”
Nice clean hotel with modern build. No facilities but an adequate stay. We had a large room from our booking for two adults and one infant but the accommodation of two double beds could have been for four adults and no extra cost.

Brilliant value for money, new hotel, I had an AC superior room with two double beds for £11 per night. Good location on the main Street 200 meters from the river front. No bar/restaurant on site but several within 5 minutes walk.
