This is a wonderful hotel, the staff is super friendly, it is located in a street full of bars and restaurants in the city center! Great rooms, I would recommend this hotel!
Really enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect, the room, the facilities the view from the room, location and the staff was very very friendly and helpful.
I booked 3 nights with standard room for my honeymoon, but unfortunately they gave us two separate beds due to no availability, however there is no stuff to pick and drop the leggages.

Location was good but overpriced. Too expensive for a room which was just basic. Don't bother paying for the breakfast, its not worth it. Plenty of small cafes around instead. Cant say anything bad about the staff.
Generally a good hotel located in a quiet area 5 min walk from Centrium. The only problem is that no room amenities such as slippers, tooth brush, comb etc...
I found out it would have been cheaper going to the hotel first and purchasing my room than getting on line.
The location is perfect. Very close to everything! The staff is very welcoming and friendly (and funny!) and helps you with all your needs. Rooms are comfortable and big and everything is available. The only thing missing is a power outlet next to your bed :-)
Location is superb, near the tram line and walking distance to amsterdam museum and lots of eating places. Good restaurants just within walking distance. The rooms are good size and staff are helpful.
Triple Room 141 - Room was big enough but absolutely no view from the window. All triple rooms are like this so bare this ini d of booking. 3 amazing things that would make me use this hotel again..... 1. The staff - they we’re so friendly and could not do enough for you. 2. The breakfast - I eat in hotels a lot and this was by far the best breakfast. Prosecco on arrival, hot, cold buffet, best croissants and smoothies. The fresh teas were tasty too. 3. The location - so central to everything. I would definitely stay here again.
Far from everything except the Bars from St.Pauli,,walking distance they say but expect a very long walk!!...Staffs are nice though & the breakfast is Great! Not for first time travellers
We booked a triple room we were worried it would be small however the room was very spacious and it had 3 single beds. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very central within walking distance to most places. Would stay here again.

This hotel is magnificent! From outside you will see that this hotel is really small, but when you step inside the lobby it is very spacious. Our room has ample size for a couple with 2 big luggage. It's also close to Metro and within walking distance to main area.

Room was comfortable for us . We stayed in standard triple room . Pillow a bit too soft. Walking distance to shopping street , train station. Madame Tussard, Ripley's Believe It, Amsterdam Museum , Dam Square and City Central. Albert Heijn supermarket is nearby too.
GREAT LOCATION
Older tourist with big and heavy luggage will have some difficultly carrying it up to the lobby. l need to climb up the steps carrying my luggage at the same time which is an issue.
Room is not bad but not really clean at all. Highly appreciated the staff in the reception of breakfast buffet, she is kind and attentive.
The location was ideal for shopping, visiting museums and places of interest.
If we clculate the overall ? money, location,facillities this is the bnest that we found Very good hotel !!
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel allowed us to store our luggages until the check-in time which was very helpful and convenient so that we don't waste any of our vacation time. We had to carry our luggages about 6 to 7 stair steps up to their lobby which is not bad (since I have my hubby with me :)) but probably for others this might be a bit of a challenge especially if you have heavy luggage or multiple luggages. However, I can assure you hotel staff can assist if needed. This hotel is also a walking distance from Amsterdam Centraal...about 15 to 20 mins walk, not bad at all since we were not in a hurry.

I paid for large XL room with view. first I was given a room with half windows close to ceiling. Than I was told that there are iether small rooms with view or XL rooms without view so basically nothing like I paid for. The room fittings despite called superior were pretty cheep and worn out. Overall would not recommend.
Disappointed in selection for breakfast stayed at there sister hotel barbizon and much better selection
The hotel is ideally located between the busy center and a quite gracht. The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are really comfortable. The breakfast also offers a broad variety.

Nice hotel, but a little bit mass and noisy during the night, but maybe it's how AMS looks like.
Perfectly located hotel, many restaurants and pubs and a beautiful canal nearby. Very small room (standard room) but comfy bed and clean bathroom, although there was some food leftovers (rice) on the carpet right outside our room for 3 days. It is not allowed to smoke in the hotel. During check-in the clerk on the reception was pushing us to upgrade our room, to add breakfast etc.. we've found it a bit annoying as we just wanted to check in quickly and take a shower after a long journey, and he was urging us to upgrade again and again.. Beside that, everything was as expected, and i'll recommend NH Amsterdam for couples mainly due to the price (just under 200 USD per night for a standard room, which isn't expensive in Amsterdam) and location.

The hotel was walking distance from central Amsterdam, but was tucked away so you didn’t hear everyone passing by. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely, including an amazingly large, comfy bed. Would 100% recommend to a friend!!
Have great restaurant right across the street and is right next to the canal. Was slightly over price for a very small room.
This hotel has very small, basic and poorly maintained rooms. In fact, our room smelled like sewage and was unclean. While the staff were polite nothing was done to rectify the issue. I would actively discourage customers from staying here.
the hotel's location is very convenient, within walking distance to all city tourist spots. we also had a nice view of the Singel canal. our room was spacious enough for a family of four. the breakfast buffet was superb.
Right at the city center...few minutes walk to restaurants...cafes...bars....shoppings...only car park limited and too expensive but nice room and very2 friendly and helpfull staffs
We had made an early booking and prepaid. Still, they charged us a deposit, and our room was on the ground floor with no view at all. There were three of most things in the room (cups, towels), as if they did not know there were four of us in the group. Staff in reception were very arrogant. Breakfast (which we paid extra for) was excellent😊

We really loved this place because of friendly staff, beautiful view, perfect central location, easy access to all tourist spots, good breakfast. Overall a very satisfied and pleasant stay. Staff Jesper, Henk, Sri took good care and we're always ready to go extra miles.
Pros : Good location, lots of cafe, restaurants just outside of the hotel. Tram station is just less than 5 mins walk away.
Very nice hotel that's 3 stops on the tram from central station (7mins), it's really convenient to get to the museums and the right light district. Rooms are massive, with a surprise that you can see the sunrise over Amsterdam. Bathroom is huge with two showers and a bath. Staff are a bit cold but that's very Dutch.
