wonderful experience!”

I enjoyed my 3 nights stay very much. The breakfast at the rooftop was a big bonus. 5 mins walking distance to Teatro Degollado, so I could walk back to hotel easily and safely at 9:30pm after watching show in the theatre.

Best location. ”

We had a reservation 2 nights and since we wanted to explore more decided to stay one more night so this hotel is the spot to do so much in the area walking distance. Staff is great and the hotel restaurant is so good plus best view to enjoy your breakfast or dinner with the night lights! 💯 recommend it!

Perfect location”

This hotel is perfectly located. Close to everything in walking distance! I recommend this place. I felt very uneasy the 1st night because you park your car a few blocks away and since it was at night and it was my mom, daughter and myself I felt a little scared to walk back to the hotel at night band the front desk guy went with me to park my car and walked back with me so I didn’t walk alone since I left my mom in the room waiting for me. He went above and beyond with that to make me feel comfortable. So yes 💯 to the service here. The whole area is very safe to walk at any time. Of course like any other place there’s a few hobos but they mind their own.

Pésima ”

Mi habitación estaba revendida, para el reembolso de mi dinero no me han resuelto nada, pésimo servicio por parte de Paola y Everest(gerente del hotel) dicen que no te presentaste para no reembolsar el dinero. Definitivamente nunca volvería a reservar con ellos, no tienen trato amable, no tienen estacionamiento para que lo tomen en cuenta tienes que pagar como $200 mas por el estacionamiento a 4 cuadras del hotel tienes que caminar mucho, la zona es centro y es de las más inseguras de Gdl.
