Christmas at Okada”
We definitely had a relaxing and enjoyable Christmas. The rooms and common areas are clean, quiet (except the retail area of course) and secured. All our room service requests were promptly attended to. The staff were all nice and helpful. Just my two cents: 1. It would be nice if fountain music is synchronized in fountain view rooms so guests have the option to enjoy it in the comfort of their rooms. 2. Security check at the hotel entrance could be improved especially for guests with large luggage. -Our luggage won’t fit in the scanner so the security personnel kept on asking us to leave our luggage before the scanner and wait at the hotel lobby. But since it’s our valuables inside, we didn’t want to leave it out of our sight until we were sure someone is attending to it and until we get a luggage claim tag. The security staff is busy attending to other guests so we were worried that it might be neglected and lost. After around 10 minutes, a luggage attendant came and gave us claim tag. He also instructed us on what will be done- our luggage will be taken to the bigger scanning machine and will be taken to our room after. Probably a different entrance could be provided for guests with large luggages so we also won’t be a bother to other guests. 3. Guests need to stand on a marker (hazard tape) and remove mask before going thru the body scanner. -I observed that this creates some delay and confusion with some guests. There is no instruction standee and the marker isn’t also very visible and obvious especially if there are a lot of guests stepping on it. The security personnel waiting on the other side of the body scanner would instruct the guests and point to the marker but not everyone could properly hear and understand especially the elders. Probably an instruction standee could help and instead use a round marker with “Stand here” label or a personnel could be dispatched before the body scanner to guide the guests closer.

Okada Manila is truly one of the best hotels in the Philippines -- it has almost all the amenities and features you would need and want. The time I stayed there with my husband and daughter was in June 2022, for my daughter's 20th birthday. I requested for complimentary token for her and the hotel gave her a balloon bouquet and birthday cake free of charge, with a personalized greeting from the hotel manager. The room was spacious, we truly enjoyed the bathtub and the fancy comfort room too. There was not much to see during that time of pandemic but we were still satisfied with our stay. We plan to come back definitely and have likewise recommended it to family and friends. The lunch buffet that we booked separately was another magnificent experience! It was the PH Independence Day that time and the food choices were vast, delicious, and enjoyable. The whole hotel experience matches international level standard and I am proud to say that Okada, one of the best hotels there is, is situated in Manila.

Value for Money”
At first I was hesitant about the price but decided to treat myself anyway. The least expensive room was 15,000 a night (tax inc). However, when I first stepped in the hotel I began to see why the price was set like that. The design of Pearl and Coral wings were so grand and picturesque! Our accommodation was for 2 days and it was a very pleasant stay. The room is very clean, everything is almost automated (tablet for everything inc. controlling curtains) the bed and linens are of high class quality, and what I love the most is how the hotel provides you with everything! I mean everything from your typical toiletries plus comb, sanitary pads, spoon and fork, wine glasses, lots of varying sized towels - All you need to bring are your clothes. Getting checked in took longer than expected. We were supposed to have our room key at 3pm but we got it at 4pm. I requested for an extended check out since we checked in late and they were very generous to give that extension. The staff is very friendly. From concierge up to housekeeping. They give us complimentary chocolates everyday. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and you really get what you pay for.

Amazing!!!”
We booked the junior suite with executive room access. We had a little rocky start with our room not being ready upin checkin, so we decided to wait in the executive room while enjoying some snacks and drinks. Arianne quinajon, working in that dept, went above and beyond to get us settled and even got us upgraded to the premium King suite! What a gorgeous room! This made us book an additional night. All of the staff have been so friendly and facilitating! The hotel is clean and just simply gorgeous. We definitely recommend and will most definitely come again!!!!!

Exceptional service! The best hotel we had experienced so far! So clean. Staff are very accomodating. Love the Jacuzzi experience, although you might need to bring your own foam bath to achieve the bubbles. Shower gel does not cut it! Love the room. Love the fountain show. Room and bathroom is spacious. I love the detail that in the shower they have the design that you can sit while showering.

Great Service by all staff (mgr. EJ & executive lounge staff Ms. Tasha Natividad and Adrian. EJ facilitated our early access to the executive lounge so that our hungry children can eat immediately while we waited for our room to be cleaned and also granted my request for late checkout. Thank you so much EJ, Tasha and Adrian. We will be back to Okada the next time we travel to Manila and will definitely get the suite with club lounge access again.

Outstanding Service , Highly recommended”
Stayed last Dec 31 2022 for our family new year celebration. Checking in was a breeze. We have made a request to provide us with a room next to each other or atleast on the same floor, on our day of arrival, we got a call from the guest services officer and was advised that our room was upgraded for free from 2 executive king suite to Manila Bay suite a two bedroom suite. The view from the room is superb. You can watch the fountain show & fireworks from the room. Staffs, Front Desk officers, security & concierge were all courteous. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Will definitely visit again.

If you're looking for a lux hotel to book this holiday season, don't hesitate to book Okada! The room was neat, clean, and cold. The housekeeping staff makes sure the linens don't have wrinkles, and they respond promptly to your requests. They deliver your luggages ahead of you, just present your luggage and valet tix at the reception. Valet was great, too. The fountain show view at our room was amazing. The staff and everyone in Okada were kind and helpful. Such a great experience. Would check in again next year!

For all my fellow OFW, do not think twice Okada is the best hotel to spend your money with. Its worth every penny from the staff to acommodation and restaurants are all top rated. I really appreciate the staff attentiveness when they say it will be with you within 15minutes you can rely that this will happen. They also have the best breakfast buffet! Casinos and of course the fountain is just additional experience for you. I have been to other 5star hotels within manila and i cant get enough of it and had been telling my friends about our stay. Will definitely be back in June with my family! Love this hotel!

All worth the payment. It has automatic controls for lights, toilet bowl, etc. Hahaha. There are also tablets in the living room and bedroom, no need to stand if you want to switch off lights, you can control it using either of the tablet and you can use the tablet to message staff what you need - like toiletries - thus, no need for you to call. They will knock on your door after few minutes with your request! There are also three phones with speaker, easy to talk to staff if needed. Staff are all dressed professionally and with great service they give. For breakfast, there were lots of cuisine and food to choose from. There were also lots of veggies and fruits if you are health conscious. The property is so big, and no need to go out to eat. They have restaurants (Jollibee, too!) inside the property and you can bring your ordered food to your room. They also serve towels in the pool area for you to use and with free bottled water. There are lots of free bottled water even in the room.

Get the Room With the Bay View”
First time to stay at Okada and it did not disappoint. Booked three rooms with the fountain view on the 12th and the other the Bay View on the 15th, all the same room type, Grand Deluxe King. Exceeded our expectations. Love the room layout as well as interior. Housekeeping is ready with anything else you need but since there's a lot of guests that day (Christmas eve) it will take at most 40 minutes before your requests arrives. The restaurants downstairs ranges from low to very highly priced, are packed with people (again because of the holiday). Casino, for the grandparents, is also open (though they thought it was too quiet. They were told after that there was another Casino on the other part of the building where it was more crowded). The facade may be intimidating but the rooms inside are very welcoming and festive (especially the lobby).

1. Our room is in pearl wing, the outdoor pool is in the other wing. Its very tiring for my old parents (senior & pwd) to go to the pool. Asked the staff if they have transpo service (golf carts and alike), they told different and inconsistent answers. We had to discover to ourselves that there’s a golf cart on the 3rd flr to transport you to the other wing. But you still have to walk a little. They actually have an indoor pool in our wing, however they will charge an access for that. Same with another indoor pool located between the two wings. If you want to enjoy an indoor pool your have no choice but to pay its access fee. I won’t recommend this hotel for old people, its big and requires a lot of walking… unless they enjoy playing in the casino. 2. I personally called their booking hotline for my special request. I requested to have a special arrangement in the room upon arrival for my sister- for passing the board exam. They confirmed my request during the call, but they didn’t guarantee it. Upon checking in i was hoping they will mention it but they didn’t. We entered the room no special arrangements. :( 3. They are very generous with the toiletries. I booked 4 person in the room, however the room has 1 toothbrush, had to call the room service to requests for missing toiletries, they promptly provided. They should have prepared toothbrushes for 4 guests at the start tho. 4. Staffs were VERY courteous. Not so much for the receptionist. He’s vibe doesn’t match all other hotel staff. 5. I booked a one-night stay at Okada because I wanted to be closer to the airport for my flight back to Melbourne. I was so impressed by the hotel- the design, architecture, the cleanliness, the staff, basically everything! It is quite expensive but You get what you pay for! Thanks to MJ, the staff who helped us check in. He was genuinely helpful and very professional. I just felt pampered overall by everyone. I had room service too which was great! The staff on ground floor also helped us so much with our luggage which we stored after check-out. Before we went to the airport for our flight, I had to fix my luggage as I still had a lot that were in small bags and had to put them in my luggage and my partner's luggage. Although we already checked out and this was around 5.30 pm (check out time is 12 noon), the staff still helped us and stayed with us to lift my heavy luggage and open the, close them and repeat, until we finally booked a Grab car to take us to the airport. It also felt so safe with all the security, police, and i think there was swat as well. there were different teams and it was so strict going in, with police dogs sniffing the car too. I really felt safe overall and I was treated exceptionally well. very organized hotel. I give you 10/10. thank you for the experience!

New Year's Eve 2023 at Okada”
So far, our stay at Okada has been one of the best New Year's Eve celebrations. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. We stayed in a premium suite room for two nights and got access to the executive lounge. We bought five tickets for Arnel Pineda’s concert, which was worth the expense because my boys had a great time! The fountain show is worth viewing again and again. The buffet breakfast at Medley and Sinag was superb. All amenities were excellent, and the service was perfect. Will definitely book one of these days again. Thank you Okada Manila.

Spent another week here but this time we brought the kids.Everything was great and clean as usual.The only problem we had was at the Fiery Southwest grill which was a horrible experience but I suspect it will be closed after a while with food and service like that.Only other bad thing is that this was the second time in a row the garden was closed and we could not visit

Best hotel in Manila ”
This is my new favorite hotel in Manila. I requested for a jacuzzi room with view of the fountain, Mr. Prince Villamor did his best to accommodate my request. He even went personally to our room to apologize for the misunderstanding when he transferred our room to another wing. Okada even gave me a complimentary birthday cake as it was my bday that day. Room is spacious and grand and beds are nice and big too. This hotel has the best employees in terms of customer service. Polite and always ready to help with a smile. Buffet breakfast at the Medley is kind of small but everything tastes good. Two kinds of pool too ( one is for adults only if you want to relax and the other pool is for everyone to have fun) . Plenty of bottled water too in the room which is a plus. There are shops too inside this hotel. Really enjoyed our stay.

Thanks, Okada Manila for a very wonderful and relaxing experience. This is my first time in Okada and our group, especially my mother, are glad to have celebrated a special occasion at this hotel. They upgraded our room from Deluxe to Premium and were very generous enough to prepare a birthday setup for my mother. I've stayed at a few hotels here and abroad, but so far Okada Manila is now at the top of my list for their super service and amenities. It's very pricey compared to others but every penny you pay is worth the experience. I highly admire all their staff for their very warm welcome and awesome customer service. They greet you everytime and are very happy to assist you. Staff are available in every area so you don't feel lost or you can always reach out if you need assistance. They greet you always with a smile. Kudos to all the staff of this hotel! They value the cleanliness and safety of all the guests because they implement strict health protocols. If you are on a budget, you can also order food outside via grabfood. They have a designated area (lower ground) where you can pick up your orders. For a cheaper alternative too, they have Jollibee at the lower ground - near the fountain area. Take note that they also require a 5,000 deposit during checkins. You can pay in cash, which will be given back after checkout or pay in credit card, which will be credited back after a week at most. I also like their express checkout. It's super convenient especially if you are in a hurry. Highly recommended and I will definitely go back soon with my friends.

We really loved our room. It's our first time to stay in Okada's executive suite and we stayed there on Christmas day so it's very memorable and special. The Best Hotel!!”
First time to experience the Okada Experience and it's one we won't forget! I requested something special in my note because it was my son's birthday celebration and they sent a whole cake to the room! He loved it! The place was amazing, very clean. The staff was superb! all of them were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices and everything tasted awesome. Kudos to the pool staff who went above and beyond to get my kids some chips and the security staff near the elevators who made sure my kid go to the room safe and sound. Also, my husband enjoyed the gym! Definitely be booking again!
