    “Wrong room by Agoda ”

While the facility and check in was at utmost good, the booking made by Agoda was in fact incorrect! The mistake was done by Agoda and not the hotel themselves which gave us the wrong room booked. Upon negotiating, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe villa instead since it was not occupied but one isn’t always that lucky. What if it was a full capacity on that day? Best to confirm and book directly with the ryokan instead of going through Agoda.

The house was well decorated and clean. The private open bath was really comfortable with adjustable temperature, as my wife and I prefer hotter onsen. We tried the breakfast and it was wonderful! It would not be easy to access if you don’t drive though.
