Gem in heart of the city”
So glad I chose this hotel for this stay....I had 3 nights in PP going through covid formalities to get my flight out..Perfect for my stay as it as awesome sky pool bar and gym as well as spacious and working rooms and I was working and getting paperwork done so not a leisure trip .everything worked which you cant always find in PP at the price...staff are very helpful .. Only downside I would say is surrounding area which apart for a few nice coffee spots doesn't have many places to eat or entertainment compared to riverside(unless you count the unfriendly Indian restaurant opposite). Not the friendliest place I have been in Cambodia but was a nice change to be immersed in a real local Khmer area and see how real city life moves (I thought I had stepped out into the cantina scene from start wars.) locals in the area seemed a bit suspicious of westerners (wear a mask always)but these are covid times. But its not far to riverside so no issues.....if you looking for a oasis of calm to put up and chill comfortably for a few night I fully recommend this hotel.and if you into oyster's you can get a great deal on garlic oysters if yo ask at the skybar

The best hotel in Cambodia ”
To me, Orussey One hotel is a very comfortable place I have ever been. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meals and they really care about our need as well. We will be visit there again soon .

Got to say, great gym, pool, pool view and the staff are excellent, especially the Gentleman who I believe to be the manager downstairs at reception, but all great and especially a young lady I named Sky who works at the poolside bar. (sky because it's sky bar) Always smiling, kind and extremely helpful for anything we request. Stay here, great internet, good food, great area.

I needed a place for 3 nights as I was doing covid formalities before the flight...this hotel has excellent facilities and everything worked which is why it was the right choice under covid situation as I didnt want to move around much.roofttop pool bar and gym are clear highlights and the room and bathroom spacious ..bed comfortable....so hotel is full Mark's.. staff excellent....unfortunately the area does not have much to recomend apart from a fee nice coffee shops nearby.....you would need to get a tuk ride to riverside to get decent western meal but I liked trying a proper Khmer partt ofvthe city...I recomend ordering the garlic oyster deal from the pool bar

We had the family room, it’s nice and spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and check in/out was seamless. This hotel is located in the heart of the city, between Olympic and orussey market, lots of little shops and restaurants everywhere but has a local vibe

Breezy rooftop pool with friendly staff. Kids loved it. Rooms are spacious and clean. The cups were wrapped which shows that its clean and ready to use. Food was limited due to tourism slowdown but things are closeby. Wifi worked well with no interruptions which is a weakpoint for many other places we stayed.

Good stay but....”
I did overall love the view and the style of the room but there were some things that really stand out that I did not like. First of all In my room came with a massage chair. The chair did not work. Handy man came to my room and worked on the Chair for almost an hour and got it semi working but not all the way. Due to langue barrier and me wanting to relax and told him its fine let me just call front desk. I called and they said the man fixed it which was not true. Manager later came and said yes it working fine and he saw that the remote sometimes works and the commands of massage would only last for 5 second and they switch off and I had to hold the remote at a weird angle. He said maybe I don't know how to work it, I know how to work a message chair and that one had some short of power issue. Was tired and didn't want to argue so gave up on it. Then later on the shower handle came of and same handy man came and worked on it for 45 min and we were told couldn't really change the water temperature because then the handle would come off so 2 days had to shower with cold water, And lastly on the first day we stayed there, we went upstairs to the pool and it was nice but we notice the water was green. At first we the it was just the lighting. NO. IT WAS ALGAE. They have not cleaned the pool. Next day it was cleaned though so that is good. The WIFI in the VIP rooms is not good at all also. Though had these problems I still recommend the stay and to get maybe the VIP rooms. The bar and bartender in top floor is nice view of the city is pretty good drink. 45min to airport.

All the staff are phenomenally nice and helpful. The rooms are good but there doesn't seem to be much difference between the standard room and VIP. I booked VIP due to the sweet bathtub in the photos but actually in the room I had a very standard tub that I had to wash out before use due to it having a film/ring around it from a prior guest. Also the sofa could use a deep cleaning due to the multiple stains on it. Rooftop pool is nice. I'd stay there again.
