Parañaque hotels & places to stay

Best value for your money. Facilities like a 5 star hotel with well kept pool at 2 star prices. Affordable enough so that middle class local people seemed to be living there in style. I did late check-in around 10pm because of the terrible Manila traffic and absolute lack of regular and grab taxis all over Manila during Christmas vacation season. Check out is 10am but I was not pressured to leave that time. Farther from NAIA than I thought.... even though the location is in Paranaque but the back side of the airport. You (and your partner) need a lot of patience to get to that location (I had no friends in that area) if you don't live near there but it was worth it still like paradise or utopia. If you are using landmarks, it is 15 minutes from SM Bicutan but some taxi drivers might not want to drive to this hotel so they might overcharge (it is a taxi drivers' market and they can be quite picky) or ask for flat fee 500-1000 pesos if you are a foreigner.

1. Total price of hotel was 2,4k but I paid for 3,8k for the taxes and other charges. 2. Check in process for 1,5 hours. Receptionist couldn't found our booking at their database since there was no booking detail in agoda such as name of tower, unit, etc. We only have booking number. 3. Bed is very small, we are 3 ( 2 adults 1 baby ) I have to sleep on the floor. We didn't complain and asked for change because we knew that things will get more complicated on that time. My room number 619 just in case any management from azure read this 4. Queueing at ticket booth to the pool took 1 hour. Very poor system. If you don't belive this review, go try for yourself and happy nightmare instead of weekend.

It was overall a pleasant and relaxing stay. The unit we stayed in was in excellent condition, well-equipped with essentials (utensils, cutlery, plates, water heater, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, flat iron, complementary bath kit and 2 bottles of drinking water). Hot&cold shower and faucets. Fast, dedicated internet (PLDT HomeFibr) connection for the room. Clear cable TV. Clean unit, towels, and sheets. Superb layers of bed mattresses. Security in the building was strict as per protocol but friendly - one must be ready with IDs, answers to details of booking, etc when interrogated upon entry. If you plan on swimming, it would be best to schedule according to their operations - the Wave Pool is not operational on Mondays, but the Beach Pool is open. Both are open at certain hours during the day and in the afternoon until early evening. The Lap pool is restricted to residents and long-term tenants only which is quite disappointing but understandable.

I don't want to give this hotel a bad review, as it is actually very OK for it's target market. However I must give is an honest review. I booked it as I was over nighting between flights and just needed a bed, for £23 (inc taxes) and close to the airport (to avoid the Manila traffic!) I thought it would be fine and it was. The hotel is very clean and tidy, close to the Casino and airport (less than 1 min by taxi). There is a restaurant / bar next door, I never used it and never heard any noise from it. The hotel staff were great, friendly, and always on hand to make sure the place was clean, especially the toilet / bathroom. The toilet and shower room are shared (my guess between 5 rooms) and I had no problem getting access when I needed even though the place was full. On arrival I was given nice clean sheets, towels and even a new toothbrush. The bedroom was adequate, room for a double bed and some moving around space. Great Air con and a nice new flat screen TV (21 inch I think) - all the channels you would expect, HBO, Star Movies, International News, etc, which was a nice surprise. You also get free wifi which worked very well and easy to access, most if not all hotels around this level charge for wifi. Downside, my room was the closest to the reception and hence front door, so I could here the traffic, not too loudly, and also the reception / security people chatting, again not too loudly but it was there. I'm pretty sure any room even slightly further away, would have not had the same issue. Arguably although it is close to the airport, and I was travelling reasonably light, due to the heat you're probably going to use a taxi anyway not walk (less than 1 min to term 1). If you're gonna take a taxi anyway and prepared to spend 10 / 15 pounds more, it opens up other options slightly further away. As mentioned though, overall I thought for the price and target market it was great place next to big duty free mall.

We were attracted with very democratic prices of Christopher B&B and booked a room on Agoda. The only difficulty was to find a place for the first time, because it's hidden in a very quite corner of the street. But the area is safe, foreigner-friendly and surrounded with all facilities you need. Cafes, market, McDonalds, grill, convenient stores, transport interchange including easy taxi grab - it's all about this area. We were settled in the room we booked and passed out after the long trip right away. Actually, it was a big challenge for us to stay there, because the room is really tiny, with no air con, located in the ground floor. It seemed like we had read the description on the web-site, but at the same time we were not ready for those conditions. We asked the owner whether he had a bigger and cooler room. As soon as we decided to change the apartment, we were immediately transferred to the only available one. It was three times bigger than the one we booked, with a bathroom, tiny kitchen and air con. We were blessed with a generous discount and immeasurable hospitality! We had to stay longer there for done reasons and actually we were really happy to come back there three days in a raw. The owner, the kindest European ever, gladly answered all our questions and gave us tips around the city. He is also a chef, so you'll definitely have brilliant breakfast, or even something else as a compliment! He even brews his own beer. Guys, apparently, it's the best home-craft beer in Manila! You'll love this place and family you meet! Don't hesitate, take a big room and enjoy your stay!

The host on the website/deal after the payment does not reply. There are 2 cell numbers, 1 is being answered by different person saying it's a wrong number, and the other does not even work or ring. Along with your confirmation ID or receipt is an email address that you need to contact. Again, no reply or whatsoever. I'm not having doubts because there's no one to coordinate my booking. This is our first time in Azure with my Family and I want it to be smooth since my wife is pregnant. We got there and I asked the staff about my booking. They called someone (different person from what was stated on the confirmation) just to let us know that the room that we booked is not available. I'm on the edge to be honest and I don't want to ruin our vacation, they offered another room, they said it's the same. It's no big deal then but when we get there, it's a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! not the same at all. the details on agoda/site, not true at all. anyway, we still managed to enjoy :)

I arrived after midnight but was told the hotel was full and check in was not until 12pm the next day. When I questioned this the clerk eventually exposed her lie and said there was a room available but I needed to pay an additional P2200 which I did reluctantly. The room was clean with a balcony and fridge with drinks & snacks at an extra charge. No chairs on the balcony so I bought some locally. No electric outlet by the bathroom mirror or kitchen sink and no shower heater, at least on that floor I was told. A few days later someone came to install one but was unsuccessful. The hotel has a roof deck with a billiard room, but when I asked to use it was told “the balls were broken “....? How is that even possible? Overall a clean hotel with room cleaning when you ask. Just be sure to get a room high up and at the back quiet side of the bldg. Except for the neighbors barking dogs, a quaint and decent place to stay!!!

Gave this 5 stars for LOCATION but it's only location relevant to airport, not a lot else around here. Hotel is easy to find and within walking distance (10 minutes) if you have light luggage or, like me, you are strong and enjoy walking. We arrived early so had to wait around for check in time. Staff were helpful and polite. Room and shower room were fine but we did get moved as there was a problem with TV signal in first room. No complaints about hotel, it is basic, clean, cheap accommodation and worth the money. 5min walk to Airport hotel where one can eat and have a cold beer or can order fast food delivery to Reddoorz itself.

we extended our stay here because of it´s great value. A small breakfast (served to your room at the time you want it) is included and is enough to start the day. We really liked the layout of the room, even though it´s small they managed to include a separate kitchen dining area and enough storage room for your cloth or so. Staff is friendly and the room was cleaned every day. only downside was the Wifi offered for 150 PHP a day. the connection is very slow and pretty much useless. But they offer free Wifi access at the reception area. taxi drivers may not know this hotel so make sure you tell them the correct address I can definately recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Parañaque. after all, we will come back for sure

The owner of the unit was accommodating. Easy to contact with if you have any request. We did not consume the original number of nights that we booked as we have all our documents needed to return abroad. The owner was so kind that she gave us some money back (really appreciate the gesture, not common with other businesses owner). Since this is a condo unit, you are the one to maintain the cleanliness (which we don't mind as we consider it as our vacay home). Laundry department needs 2-3 days for them to do it. Not really near to malls or wet market but you always can ride via taxi or you can ask assistance from the guard on the condo's lobby. Gym is only for the owner, not for the guest, and the pool has charged which we understand because it will help to maintain its cleanliness and avoid outsiders to use it. Not really near if your going to International airport, especially if its traffic (leaving early is more safe than to beat the traffic and not to catch your flight).

I booked one night at Carmen apartments. I arrived late about 10 30pm. I was welcomed with a cool drink and a smiling happy owner and the maid were there to greet me. I had an email with all of the directions on it and the phone number to call if there were any problems. I ended up staying for another 2 nights and the entire stay was just brilliant. I know rating the establishment 10/10 is a lot for Ms Aquino and her maid to live up to, but there was nothing and I really do mean nothing was too much trouble for them. I will be staying again. I loved my stay there and I was totally relaxed, and I am happy to tell all who read this review. there is nowhere in Manila better. If you can find a better place I will be more than surprised. Ask Ms Aquino any question at all and you will be greeted with friendly , helpful answers advice and service. I am from Australia and have visited the Philippines on a number of occasions. I rate the Carmen Apartments as a genuine 10/10

Rodellos made my short stay in Manila amazing! I was on a 22-hour layover on the way to Australia, and I was able to check in very late at night with no problem. The taxi fare was roughly equivalent to $5, but it was very close to the airport. The area was very lovely, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and I had no problems checking in in a hurry, as I was very tired and just needed a place to rest for the night. The lady at the counter speaks fluent English and was very helpful in booking my stay at the last moment. (I had booked the afternoon of the night that I arrived.) Since my flight did not leave until late the next night, the B&B allowed me to keep my luggage in the main area, while enjoyed the services of the very economically-priced spa and salon just next door. The staff paid attention to detail and even booked a cab for me so I could get back to the Ninoy Aquino International in plenty of time to take off for my next flight. My stay in Manila was very short, but the friendly and attentive staff, despite some language obstacles (not everyone in the spa spoke fluent English) made it a wonderful afternoon and a wonderful stay. Totally worth the money. Would recommend to anyone staying for at least a short while in Manila.

Had a 12 hour layover, saw that Blancafloor was only 9 minutes away from the airport, so I booked a room online and headed over. All rooms were occupied, I had to wait two hours for a room. When my room was ready I had to pay an extra fee for an early check-in, but I only had USD on me, so I paid extra. Got to my room, it was small, but clean, had a private shower, and the AC was on full blast. Took a shower, brushed my teeth; they were kind enough to provide some basic toiletries, and took a short nap. I checked out a few hours later, one of the attendants at the counter handed me back money in PHP, which was the difference in USD I had paid for the early check in. Another attendant called me a taxi, thankfully I had just enough to get back to the airport. If you have a layover and you just need a few hours to refresh yourself, then this is what you're looking for. The attendants were very polite and accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff are super helpful, patient and warmhearted. They even help with upping local simcard credit or booking a taxi without profiteering, and they can arrange for affordable massages in your room. My issue with the place was that a 'fully equipped kitchen' as advertised ought to include a fridge so you won't have to keep getting their assistance to access or store away your things. May be ok for a day or two but gets annoying afterwards. Similarly the beat-up frying pan with dents in the bottom where anything you put in it will burn. A towel in the kitchen to wipe your hands would also be a plus. There also should be a shower curtain and/or the floor under the sink should be slightly uneven so water won't stand there for hours giving you wet feet whenever you go to the toilet for hours after you've showered. Can't say much about location. it's a way away from any public transport like LRT or MRT, and supposedly near the airport but it took quite a long time to get there. But that's Manila. .. Overall, recommend for a short stay but longer stay might stretch your patience.

I like the place. It feels like I'm in a luxury hotel in US. Although, the construction is still on-going on some of their towers, the Maldives tower, where we stayed, is awesome and amazing. The unit where we stayed was the best. It feels like home, pleasant and peaceful. Though it's raining heavily, we still enjoyed our staycation at Azure. Nice place, value for money, and they have nice staffs, too.

Manila Airport Hotel was a perfect pick, so perfect I'm going back tomorrow before I leave. I had a long day traveling from Thailand to Manila, waiting for connector flights and I didn't want to screw around driving through Manila to get to a hotel, so I picked the closest one from the airport. When I arrived at the airport at 12am, someone met me at the airport, got me on the shuttle bus and at the hotel in under 20mins. I checked in very quickly and was takin to my room. The room aren't the best BUT if you need a quick hotel after you get off the plane this one is for you because it's actually pretty cheap too, considering the other choices around. There is a free breakfast to but I slept in being wiped out from the day before. I needed a driver the following day to take me to another city a couple hours away and that was set up for me in the matter of minutes, for a reasonable price too. I'll see you tomorrow, Manila Airport Hotel, thanks again.

The hotel has clean and tidy rooms in a secure area, it lacks some basic items (hair dryer, iron and coffee facilities). The breakfast was lovely and the room extreemly comfortable, most importaintly I felt at home there, and had no issue with leaving my suit cases in the room. The staff were professional and very polite, always happy to assist, I would certainly stay here again.

I stayed here while I was visiting family in Las Pinas. The neighborhood is in a gated community with a guard house. The house is not modern but homey and easily accessible. Neighborhood had a mix of new and older homes. Room is on first floor so easy to bring in luggage. Host was lovely and made a tasty breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausage, juice, toast, fruit and coffee at whatever time I requested. I was allowed to keep some things in the refrigerator which was nice to be able to have cold water and my own snacks. I have stayed other places where a refrigerator is an extra charge. The picture of the room showed two twin beds but when I arrived they were pushed together to one giant bed, which was very comfortable. There were just sheets on the bed so with the air conditioner it was a little cold (would have liked a light blanket) but that might just be an American thing. I have stayed other places and just the sheets seem to be the norm. Wifi worked perfectly, I was able to stream Netflix with no issue. There was a TV with cable in the room also. The bathroom was large and clean.The lighting in general was a bit dim with really just overhead lighting (a bedside lamp might be a nice addition. All-in-all for the money and my needs, it was perfect. It is a private home so you need to ring the bell when coming and going- but the hostess was lovely and didn't make me feel like I was disturbing her. Although, I did take into account what time I came back at night from errands and dinners because I didn't want to wake the house ringing the bell. Again, this was more me and nothing to do with any restrictions or house rules. My flight was late the evening and they had no issue letting me keep my luggage there for the day so I could do more errands without worrying about or lugging around my baggage. It was a nice alternative to staying in hotels in the area. I would stay here again!

Its worth the price, the staff (Ate Emmilyn) is approachable and easy to communicate with. She’s friendly.. The room itself is good, its clean and has a pleasant smell, it feels like your in a perfume shop, You can use some of the utensils there because its actually a house.. the location is not that hard to find. Its has no free toothpatse and toothbrush. unlike to other hotels..

We booked our overnight accommodation in a Suite/Premier Deluxe room at Bellini Suites (Rembrandt Hotel) to celebrate my birthday. It was our 1st time at that hotel. I never thought of any hotel that would allow you to bring in food and extra cooking materials like small rotisserie, catering warmer and other stuff without charging you extra fees as well. The room was big enough to accommodate quite a number of guests like around 15-25 guests to party but only immediate family members are allowed to stay overnight. The suite was spacious, clean, came in with complete dining and kitchenware as well. The toilet & bathrooms were very clean as well, equipped with Hot & Cold shower heater and toiletries to use for free. It felt like home with a "class". The front desk staff were very accommodating and courteous, especially EJ Urgino and her lady reception companion, who I invited to join my party (with the exception of their lady customer/front desk supervisor who I found masungit). The housekeeping staff and supervisor (male- I forgot his name) were also very courteous, attentive to guests needs and accommodating to guests requests (when I requested them to change all the linnens & beddings for each of the rooms). Kudos on your EXCELLEN CUSTOMER SERVICE guys! It was a night filled with fun as I enjoyed my birthday celebration with the people I love and some guests closed to my heart. It was a very memorable and fulfilling experience. We were not able to use the FREE swimming pass given to us though as we were all exhausted the day after the party and just wanted to get some good sleep. Overall experience in that hotel was great and I recommended it to our relatives and friends within Philippines and abroad. I booked on the same day I checked in, It was one of those rush decisions that turned out right. we requested for a late check in and asked them to reserve a parking space, they were so accommodating even on the phone. When we arrived, parking space was indeed reserved for us, even the security was really good. greeted us and helped us, just asked me to fill out a pc of paper for some personal info, asked 1 valid id. didn't even took 1 minute and We're ushered to our room. The lady/staff who were on the front desk was really nice and she has a warm smile that will make you feel at home. I forgot to ask for her name, my bad. She informed us that room was upgraded at no additional cost. They gave us a room in front of the pool. Room was big with a very homy ambiance. Stayed for 5 nights and I got no problem at all. Breakfast was on time. Got no problem with the staff, very polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. Will come back again soon. Kudos!

Stay was great. Me, my wife and our 7-yr old had so much fun. The room was perfect for the 3 of us, complete with all furnishings, appliances, and utensils. Also had free WIFI, toiletries, beddings, pillows, and an extra sofa bed and extra roll-out mattress. Even had a spacious balcony with a great view of the city. No cable TV, but there's a dvd player. The resort was fantastic! It really feels like an island oasis in the middle of the city. The man-made beach felt so real, and the wave pool (and kiddie water playground) was a great attraction, there's even a lap pool for those who want to swim. Staying here even allows you to use their gym, kid's play room, and movie room anytime you want which was a huge plus. Locker rooms were all clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful - strict but it helped enforce the rules and maintain order and cleanliness. The only thing lacking was the food. There's no resto/clubhouse/food service yet save for the newly-opened beach bar and lobby cafe but both were quite small and meant for just snacks. We ended up going out to the mall, or nearby places to get food and drinks. But there;s a phone so you can always ask for delivery (i.e. pizza, fastfood, etc) and they have a drinking water supplier that can deliver jugs to your room. Overall we were very happy to stay here and we will definitely make it a regular thing when we need a quick getaway that's near and within budget!
