The owner was kind and accommodating.”

We were allowed to check in early since our flight was early. We were able to use their gym but not the swimming pool due to lack of time. The location was very near a mall. We saved a little money because it has a kitchen, we cooked. Sadly the savings were spent in the mall. I highly recommend the place.

Very accommodating”

I've never stated in a residence in Manila before and I was thinking it was a hotel and it was hard to explain to the taxi where it was because he was looking for a hotel. It was better than I thought and the owner of the unit was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and it had the best wifi I have ever used in the Philippines. thanks

Disgusting!”

There is no reception. Only guards on duty to assist you. This is condo type. Privately owned each unit. Keys forgot to leave, need to wait until 11pm. Blanket is so thin(very thin). No breakfast included at all.

キッチンあり、マビニ界隈の近く

1週間滞在しました。 コンドミニアムの施設(プール、等々)は使いませんでしたが、マビニ界隈に近く、部屋は広さも手頃で快適に過ごせました。 難をいえば、お湯が出ないかったんですが、私たちの使い方が悪かったかも？ 兎に角、マビニ界隈で安くあげるならお勧めですね〜！
