"Really love the place as it was small (only 6 rooms) and had a great views of the rolling hills and a huge lake cum reservoir. Very quiet and very close to a lovely restaurant which served special home cooked thai cuisine. The place is a great stop and very pet friendly. No extra charge was needed. Good stopover and an amazing fishing spot if you have more than two days stay. "

"This was the second consecutive year I participated in a run/race in Phipun, last year I stayed some 30km away and since I was alone, I looked for something nearby. The Guesthouse was just 5 minutes away from the venue which was great. Unfortunately the Guesthouse has also the only karaoke joint in town and loud music is played until 1-1.30pm just under your room and the rooms are the s/t rooms for the guests of the karaoke bar. Still clean but very basic."
