Did you find this review summary helpful?
Pros - Good location. Short walk to major tube lines. Easy check in and out. They store your luggage after check out. Nice lobby / breakfast area. Pastries at breakfast were fresh and fantastic, yoghurt and muesli as well. Cons - Mainly the size the of room. Wouldn’t recommend if you plan on spending more than a few nights. Bathroom is tiny, we’re average sized people and getting in and out of the shower was a pain due to the lack of room. Also literally no where to put luggage, we had to have it next to the bed on the floor. Not really any other breakfast options, boiled eggs only, no bacon / sausages / English breakfast foods. Pretty much had pastry for breakfast every day. Summary - If you want a clean place to sleep in a good location and you plan on not spending much time here in London, and you can get a room for a good price here, it’s a good spot. Don’t think this is any sort of luxurious hotel experience, the photos definitely make it look a little nicer than it is.
Great safe, space for solo travelers. Rooms aren’t big but enough for some traveling alone and not looking to sit in the room all day. Staff were helpful. Close location to public transportation or you could walk if you are adventurous like me. Great price. I’d stay again.
Extremely clean and well appointed, room was lovely, but operating the lights and figuring out the electronic do not disturb/clean room signs with the control panel is bonkers. Can we just have good ol’ buttons? And I’m techie too. Three days no housekeeping as I couldn’t figure out what means on or off. Otherwise, nice hotel.
I recently stayed at the Point A Kensignton and had a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of Earls Court station and many museums. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I highly recommend the Point A Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

“My 2-night stay was okay, but I wouldn't come back.”
First of all, the reception staff and breakfast room staff are very helpful and made me feel welcomed. They did a great job sorting out any issues with the room and also reassured me that the reception is open 24 hours so I can reach out if I needed anything. The room itself, however, is the reason why I probably wouldn't return. The hotel is facing a busy road, so if you wanted to sleep in or you're suffering from a bit of jet lag and needed sleep, you can't. There is also almost no noise insulation between rooms, which means I can clearly hear my neighbour's humping of the bed against the wall. Thankfully it lasted less than half an hour, but it still heavily disrupted my sleep because my bed was right attached to the wall. Shower room was clean and bright. Shower itself is hot enough albeit a bit weak. The room is clean but rather small, so there is hardly any space to have a suitcase open and also a mini corridor if you are going back and forth to take things out of it. I was travelling alone with only a 15kg suitcase, so I doubt there would be enough space for a couple and their belongings. Breakfast was a small but delightful selection. Coffee was nice enough. The dining room probably needs more small tables for solo or couple guests, rather than large bar tables for sharing.
