Pranburi hotels & places to stay

oriental beach pearl is a great new resort, located in beautiful and peacefully surroundings with a nice view to the mountains and not far from the beach. we stayed in an orchid plus pool villa, and it was amazing, everything was of course brand new and very good quality and design, we felt very relaxed and at home. the beds are very comfortable, and our bathroom was equipped with a nice steam shower we enjoyed every morning after a long swim in the really big pool right outside our villa. one of the best things about the villa is the rooftop. it is private for sunbathing and there is a wonderful jacuzzi, and lying there late in the evening looking at the stars was really amazing. it is very spacious and there is also a big bbq, if you would like to make your on food. if you need to stay in contact with your work or family the wi-fi is very good, fast and free. there is three giant pools and a very nice pool bar were you can order drinks, snacks and food, we really recommend the restaurant, there is a big american breakfast buffet every morning, and our dinner in the evening were gourmet thai cousine, fresh fish directly from the beach near by the resort, don’t miss out to eat there so delicious. the last thing we would recommend is to rent a mountain bike or a scoter in the resort and drive around in the beautiful area, there is hardly any traffic so you can feel safe driving. the resort is about 35 min from hua hin, but there is a great shuttle bus service from the resort three times a day so it is no problem at all. it was our second stay at this resort, but we are coming back in january that is for sure, we already miss the friendly staff.

The room was amazing and the views and direct access to the ses was breathtaking. I slept like a baby listening to the sound of the waves and the bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping in a big hug. I can’t even begin to rave about the staff and how friendly they are and how they smile and offer their help at all instances, I asked for a birthday cake and they offered a delicious Victoria sponge cake complimentary. Everything about this resort is 5 star in my opinion and I even enjoyed the fact that it’s located in Pranburi away from the noise and crowds. Love, love, love Villa Maroc and I can’t wait to go back.

Staffs at Sheraton Pranburi Villas gave me wonderful impression as a first time user on the Sheraton brand. They have taken care every details of my stay, from reception to housekeeping, that added up my satisfaction towards the hotel and the brand. Staffs are also proactive in recruiting potential guests to be SPG memberships and knowledgable on products and services offerings, which anchored the level of standards for a five-star rated brand.

the hotel is nicely located on the pranburi beach which is absolutely fantastic and best for viewing sunrise. it's also a popular hotel for honeymoon & relaxation due to its secludedness & small boutique but tasteful minimalist style. there are two phases to the hotel and both have nicely grown frangiapani trees flowering beautifully. breakfast is great - but variation can be rotated for long stays - i guess they already do so.

Golden Pine is at Haad Paknam Pran, its a beachfront property with a decent elevated infinity swimming pool. This time of the year the ocean was too rough for enjoying the beach, the tide was high throughout and Paknam Pran's beachfront has suffered from sand erosion. The villa is good, you can see the ocean and enjoy the breeze from the front of the villa, sure wish they would replace the old chairs with loungers to be more comfortable. The amenities in the room is sorely lacking and would be a bigger issue if it weren't for the location and the staff. if you go Pranburi - take your bicycle or rent one. Golden Pine has a few bicycles that guests can use for free, they aren't so good but they are managed well in that the brakes and tires are cared for.

very pleasant peaceful stay, big room with good view from balcony, excellent pool,friendly staff hotel description out of date it's now a 3 star hotel in the past it was 4 star some parts of hotel are run down and look as if haven't been open for long time,locks on balcony broken and hot water only in morning and evening, there is no beach in front of hotel they are currently building a promonade all along pranburi seafront breakfast is served 6am to 10am it depends on number of guests if you get a buffet or set menu, breakfast is average,but plentyfull,after 10am kitchen was closed,so no food available or room service after 10am,but there are restaurants outside the hotel no complementary shuttle service we were charged 300thb for pick up from pranburi bus station which was about 15 minutes drive potentially this could be an excellent hotel it just needs upgrading to get back to its former 4 star rating they was working on parts of hotel so hopefully it will be restored

We were staying in the hotel to attend a friends wedding. Since he and other attendees of the wedding where staying in other hotels around the area we got to compare them to Villa Gris and have to say that Villa Gris was by far our favorite place in Pranburi. Even compared to some much more expensive and self proclaimed 4 star hotels it was a far nicer place, with better food and more attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is good. the vietnamese food in the restaurant outstanding. Nice large and modern rooms and pool. We have a great time and will come back.

Best beachfront boutique hotel in Pranburi when you are feeling doing nothing. Small, quiet, relax, and peaceful place during Songkran holidays. Enjoy a seaview from the bedroom. Since it's small, I guess all rooms got a seaview with a poolview. Small pool but good enough to relax. There is a big ocean right in front waiting to dig in. Feel like a private beach. Bikes are available. Enjoy a bikeride along the shoreline. Seafood is nearby. Love it! Will come back again.

This place is located at Pranburi beach front. You can walk easily to the beach, otherwise you are able to see it when you stand at the rooftop floor where the infinited-view swimming pool is located. The place is amazing, nice interior with good combination of room function. Room, bed and sofa are very comfortable. Moreover, there are kitchenware, giller and cutlery provided. Definitely good choice for family and group outing.

This is a lovely hotel located on Pranburi beach, near Hua hin. The location is ideal for those who only wish to sunbathe, rest, read and walk on the beach which is large, beautiful and clean. The staff at the hotel is exceptionally kind and helpful but seems to be disorganized. For example while there is plenty people at the reception and restaurant, there is nobody attending the garden. During the 4 days we were there nobody cleaned the steps leading to the beach and various plants had clearly not been pruned and cleaned of dry leaves for a while. This would not be a problem in a B&B but not in a hotel in this price range. The breakfast buffet presents the standard variety of international and Thai food but the quality is poor. The hotel generally needs more attention to mantainance as various small things are broken. Said all teh above we had a great stay and would go back if we ever return to this very quiet and isolated area of Thailand.

I stayed 3 nights and I am very happy with their services. Room and are nicely designed reception (I love the furniture so much). Friendly, helpful and the politest staff I’ve ever seen in Thailand. Especially the old lady in restaurant is very caring, smiley and super cute <3 Great club sandwiches, fresh fruits and surprisingly salty egg pudding (so called Chawanmushi in Japanese and this pudding here tastes better than Japanese ones). Cycling along the coast is amazing (bicycles are free of charge). I went to Khao Kalok beach and restaurants/cafe nearby every day. They kindly offered me free rides between the hotel and Hua Hin city center/bus station. One reminder: you’d better bring a toothbrush. To be honest it’s middle of nowhere but I strongly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for quiet and heartwarming holidays.

This is my 4th time in Pranburi, but my first time at Foresta Resort. I've seen it before and it looked nice, it's even nicer when I finally was able to try out their room. The resort is very good for relaxation. There's a pool you can enjoy, that is if you don't mind being watched by everyone else since it's in the middle of the resort in view from all the rooms. I was booked during the weekday hence there's no one to oogle my goodies while i swim. The room is worth well the price and the staff are really helpful. Big bonus is the Ley Cafe where the Honey Toast is a must try! I think it's the best dessert i've have had in a long time. The waitress in the cafe is super friendly to the point that she's irritating, but it's all part of the job. Citronella spray is provided by the staff if you wish to hang out or dine at the open cafe to ward of the mosquitos away.

The location is a little bit far from the main Huahin area. However i enjoyed it. However hotel staff were not very informative regarding how to reach the hotel. I took a van from victory monument got dropped off at soi 55 huahin. Then had to take a second van to Pranburi. Later on came to know same van can be taken all the way to Pranburi. The hotel is 10 km from pranburi van drop off point. Need to spend additional 200 thb for drop off to hotel each way. Hotel did not mention that nor provide the same service. The breakfast was ok, could be better. The rooms are spacious but the washroom needs repair as water accumulates on the floor and does not drain. i was staying at room 118. The resort is probably a little bit old hence maintenance is due. However its a spacious resort with plenty of attention to maintaining cleanliness in resort area. The internal ditches with fish and nice flora and fauna give the resort a very special touch. The resort area is undergoing development, so the secluded charm of the place may fade soon. All in all it was a good value for money deal. With some fine tuning of the service offering, it can be a great holiday destination for any traveller who is looking for some seclusion at a fair price. I wish that Agoda would also introduce some sort of add on values for agoda members such as discounts on the food menu, spa etc. I also made a special request with Agoda to give me a king bed, which was not passed onto the hotel or hotel appeared ignorant as they initially offered us two single beds. Later on the staff found us a king bed.

Excellent place.. super clean room, and its so big too. the staff is so wonderful. i want to go to night market, and they were so nice to give me their bike for few hours and on the last day, they even allowed me to stay untill 5PM when the check out time is 12PM. So overall, and besides their yellow curry in their restaurant in the best.. not too far from the beach.. so it works very well if you hire a bicycle for 100Bhat.. so overall highly recommended place. if im going there again, will sure book it at this place.

as its name "lawana escape" is really escape from the city which you can really refresh yourself here. this resort is very private and also not too far from tourist attractions such as khao sam roi yord national park, pranburi, etc. you must drive your on car to bring you here because it is quite far away from the city and the way to resort at night is too dark, no lights along the road.i was bought premier bungalow room type which is cheap but this house look too old, no renovate and have not much amenities here. a swimming pool of this resort is beautiful, an atmosphere here is really good, and staffs got service minded.

This hotel is a great spot to come and get away for a few days. It's in a great location- Very close to downtown Pranburi town, but also easily accessible to Khao Sam Roi Yod National Forest. The beach is across the street. I stayed in a private pool villa for 10 days and barely left- It's very comfortable and quiet. The staff is very kind and accommodating; the woman running the kitchen called me by name every day, and my housekeeper passed me walking on the street one day and stopped to pick me up on her motocy. The front desk made transport arrangements for me, coming and going. I would recommend this for people who want to come and relax away from the hustle and bustle of some of the more touristy areas in Thailand.
