Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Prima. It’s value for money. The only drawback, there is no refrigerator in the room as it’s very hot in Melaka. I think the hotel is quite old, management should consider for renovation in near future. Thanks
This hotel is always my first choice when traveling to Melaka. Free car park is provided and walking distance to Jonker Street. I had been staying here multiple times in past few years.

We enjoyed our stay at Prima Hotel. The room was comfortable and had every thing we needed.
Still under refurbishment. Some furniture is new. Absolutely horrible soundproofing windows. Can hear motorbikes along the road even room at the back. Breakfast better eat elsewhere. Coffeshop next door is not bad. Not too far to jonker thru kampung hulu bridge

Overall, good service and friendly staff . However, need to improvise in term of facilities especially in room toilet due to the water leakage on shower pipe .
Walking distance to Jonker Street, but at quite place. The room is clean and comfortable

Stay 4 nights, changes room 3 times, each of the room has unacceptable issues such as smelly carpet, aircond not working, shower no heater, poor sound proof, no next time, the only good about this hotel is their staffs provided excellent service better than five star hotel, and exceptional breakfast

Location is good. Quiet neighborhood and +10mins walk to Dutch SQ. Staffs are polite and attend to your requests. Room is reasonably clean. Wifi and A/C very strong. Limited TV channel. Breakfast provided but not recommended for fussy eaters. *Improvement: Require more hangers for clothes. A small safety box will be useful.
Return exceeds cost. Very satisfactory.

This hotel is great value for money. If you want simple hotel near the river this is the best place especially for elderly people.
I will recommend Prima Melaka for its: - value for money - good location - good service - surprisingly nice breakfast (room service)

Location is ideal for my itinerary. Don't expect too much as this hotel have seen better days. Very basic facility but was good enough for us for a 2 nights rest.

Hotel ni tempat dia sangat dekat dengan melaka riverside. Turun bawah je sebelah dgn kedai cendol sedap🥰🥰 waktu malam jalan kaki 10min dah sampai pasar malam minggu jonker walk😍

Paid for less than RM200 for 2 nights and breakfast. Our room is quite small because it just 20mpf. Toilet has water heater and free soap. The receptionist also friendly. Overall, 3⭐..

Chose hotel because of its location. Friendly staff. However, hotel needs updating. Carpet was old, stained and had a smell. Dilapidated bathroom needing renovation with the door opening awkwardly and could not get in or out easily. Noisy a/c.
