Worth every single peso”

I was a solo traveller, who has stayed in Makati for 5 years. And for the last time before leave for good, I want some relaxation nearby city but hustle and bustle free. So, Ramada Encore is the chosen one. Building is new, lobby clean and cozy. Elevator from Schindler, who doesn’t love schindler. Because of new building, they don’t have restaurant except morning meal. But so many great restaurants nearby, just open Z apps. In my Superior King Room 312. Bedroom super comfortable, feels like home. CR very clean, neat, but shower drainage is slow. With touchscreen mirror, it was amazing experience. The whole staffs, from front desk, room service, concierge every single one is very welcoming, polite, gentle and helpful. I ask for oprhanage nearby, where to fix my luggage, and so on. They help like a family. Spirit of Philippino Hospitality. It was worth every single peso. And they will growing and growing for the future. Ramada Encore Makati Pros: 1. Located in Makati. A short drive to the shopping area and the business district. 2. Budget hotel. Got the King Suite for less than 3k with the Agoda discount. 3. Parking on site. Call in advance because it is limited. 4. Breakfast is provided. 5. Room is clean and comfy. Got a very comfortable king bed. Sheets are new and clean. Had to ask for extra pillows though. 6. Clean bathroom with toiletries. Towels are soft and looks new. Hot water and water pressure is good. 7. Coffee, water bottle, electric kettle, mini refrigerator, safe, TV, internet. 8. Room well lighted. 9. Elevator. Makes it easy to bring luggages up the room. 10. Rooftop. A place to hang out. 11. Staff very accommodating. Easy check-in and out. Booked using Agoda. Provided an ID and 1k deposit. Cons: 1. You can hear street traffic. (My room is at the 3rd floor.) 2. View from window is not nice. 3. Surrounding area is not bad but not great. 4. Pillows are thin. 5. Toiletries are not enough for two people. 6. No other amenities aside from a small gym. 7. You have to drive to the mall, restaurants and etc. Overall: Value for money. No frills accommodation. Clean and comfy. A place to recharge and get a good night’s rest. Close enough to the business district if you need to be in Makati for an early meeting. Will rate it 3.5 out of 5.

This hotel is relatively new with fresh and sophisticated facilities. Although it’s in makati area, it’s on the far end depending on your usual travel destination locally. Nonetheless it is still relatively near to glorietta and SM malls, few local pubs, the makati itself and nearby cities. The commute is not far flung from metro Manila but be wary when commuting on peak times because there’s loads of infrastructures for war 2018-2019. Taxi is cheap, about 200-400 pesos only when travelling between 2-4 km on a very slow traffic zones already lol It’s still great to travel and taxi around metro Manila’s finest and cheapest. The hotel staff were great, friendly and accommodating. Sadly on check in times at that time, theees only one staff on reception although she managed really well, the system slightly affected as I have to wait few minutes and my roomaircon was leaking. Eventually I was transferred to similar room. The rest was bliss!!!!! Food is great.

Nice new place to stay in Makati ”

Stayed for 2 days in the Ramada Encore. Was surprised with the excellent accommodation. The room size was just right and very clean and new. Staff from the doorperson, frontdesk, restaurant staff and cleaning ladies were very kind and accommodating. Although location may not be ideal, the hotel was also easy to find with any map application. Room rates on line are really good too. I will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Place, Amazing Staff!”

This place is in a great location to where you want to be in the Makati area. Granted like many areas, traffic is a challenge and the one way streets are a bit cumbersome. However, the hotel itself is phenomenal and the staff is extremely courteous and professional. They are always willing to assist their patrons regards of the time of day or type of issue. The staff and quality of service is so great, that when I elected to extend my vacation in Makati, I was upset that they were all booked up and I had to move to a lesser quality hotel ( I plan to leave a review on that hotel also once my time of stay is completed).

An affordable "budget" option in Makati”

Makati hotels can be pretty pricey hence I was surprised by the price I got from this hotel. The hotel is very new. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. I feel like we got more than what we paid for. Breakfast was really good. The buffet was not that extensive but won't leave you hanging. We would love to stay here again should we need a hotel in Makati in the future!

New hotel in Makati”

At first I had reservations when I first booked my first night here. Usually, when I picked where to have my staycation I always looked at reviews first. However, they don't have reviews yet in Agoda or Traveloka or in their website. Then, I learned that it was newly built and just opened this month. I originally planned to stay for a night just to see if its really what the pictures show it is. And I can say that it exceeded my expectations. So i ended up extending my stay for another night. I can say that Everything is brand new. I love the ambience of the whole hotel itself. It got that zen vibe which is perfect for people who just want to relax and get a nice sleep. TV channels are limited but they have NETFLIX which is awesome. Breakfast is limited but its delicious and they can serve it to your room if you don't want to go down in the lobby to eat. Their lobby is so chick and very clean. I like the fresh indoor orchids they have in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. I hope they continue their good service. The bathroom is very clean and towels are brand new. Although I hope they have hairdryer. Room is spacious and cool. Linens are clean and neat. Room ambience is good very zen type. I like the interior design although i hope they have a mini ref. The only downside I experienced was the hotel isn't completely finished yet. There is still construction going on at day time but the noise is bearable. Wifi connection in room is really fast. Well atleast at the time of my stay. I hope they will have a swimming pool soon. I think it will be a leverage against the 2 other Hotels in the area (Solace and Guijo) which I have been too. I would love to stay again and surely recommend to check this new hotel out. PS: Also, for you to check in, you just need PHP 1000 for deposit which is refundable after your stay.

A small business hotel for when you need to do business around Makati area. Although the lobby is small, it comes with basement parking. The room is impressively clean and spacious. Bathroom area was clean and rightly sized. Love the lighted mirror! You can borrow iron with board if needed and staff would helpfully assist. Not much to say about the food but they have a small restaurant/coffee shop at the lobby area. Highly recommended! Impressive for the price!

Returning home”

The Ramada Encore is a very clean and fresh hotel as you would expect as its only approximately 1 year old, The staff were very efficient and Friendly , nothing was to much trouble for them great service. the breakfast was varied and the self service meant you could eat as much or as little as you needed. the downside for me was the location as i usually stay in the Ayala triangle and it was a 15 minute taxi ride to get there. overall it was well worth the money

Writing this review for my parents and brother who stayed in Ramada Encore as I was the one who booked. Rated 2 stars only for staff as per my mom’s feedback-housekeeping is very good but reception needs to improve. The staff forgot to tell them to update their key card in the reception and they were not able to get out of the elevator; good thing a janitress went in from the 9th floor. Upon checkout they were asked to pay a balance of Php1000 when they have already paid in full and to pay for an order that they did not make in the first place. Additional comments: would be better to give at least 2 key cards for more than 1 guest occupying a room and please have a directory of the local numbers for the different departments of the hotel in every room. Other than these, my family was comfortable and had enjoyed their stay at Ramada Encore.

Value for Money but needs to clean/dissinfect rooms”

Pros: Location: It is in a safe and quite area Facilities: They have a range of facilities to use Rooms: it's quite big and spacious and the bed is soft Towels/Bath: The toilet was really good as well complete with all towel sets and bath items. Cons: I arrived 5pm and was so tired and thought my room would be ready by then since checking in was supposed to be 2pm. But turns out i still have to wait. They provided a nice orange juice whilst i was waiting. Smell: The room was big and the beds were very good but there was a weird smell like poop inside the room so i was guessing there is a leak inside the toilet. There were also mosquitoes which i find odd and weird. Breakfast: It wasn't bad but it wasn't great as well. If they can provide more variety next time. Overall, it is a value for money and i guess i was just unlucky on that day. I'd still consider them on my next travel if ever i would be in Makati area. The staff were all nice and that's one thing we all appreciate.

Great business hotel. Breakfast could improve”

The room I stayed in was the cheapest of the choices (I was alone) but I ended up with two double beds. The mattress and pillows are soft and everything else in the room is relatively new. There's a beauty mirror in the bathroom but I hope house keeping can do more cleaning in between guests. I came in with some sort of urine smell. Too bad because the place was new. The staff are very accommodating and professional. The breakfast should improve. What they served wasn't for breakfast. It's like last night's dinner leftover. They should improve this because the Ramada in Binondo has a great breakfast. Overall, I would stay again here. I was relaxed.

It was one of those unplanned business meetings which made me decide to book a hotel. I tried Ramada for a change. The room is big enough and it's very CLEAN! People are friendly from the front desk to housekeeping to the chef and to that nice girl in the reception. I wonder if she is the owner :) as she was so accommodating, even asked me to write my comments in agoda. But I am really planning too since I was satisfied with everything. Keep it up! Will surely stay there again

We love Ramada! We had fun during our stay. It's cheap yet it's very clean, smells amazing, and hot water is working. Food was okay, coffee could be better. Our room had a very large window so we enjoyed the city skyline. Downside was the parking, it's very difficult to maneuver because it's too small. Overall, we recommend this hotel. We'll definitely book this hotel again.

Very modern room”

I enjoyed my time at Ramada Encore. There was a very plush bed , Sony TV and quite a spacious room. One thing though, i noticed the roof top was deserted. I enjoyed speaking to a breakfast staff member and also the lady at the front desk kindly helped carry my belongings out to my taxi. I hope to see you again.

Such a lovely stay”

My friend and I stayed at the Ramada for a night between flights and were really impressed. The staff were attentive and helpful and the facilities were 10/10. We have been travelling around the Philippines for a month and this is the cleanest place we’ve stayed. Also the gym was a pleasant surprise which we took advantage of. All in all I’d recommend and visit here again.

Looking from the outside, the building was small because it's a boutique hotel. The location was not great. Only a few restaurants. The hotel is like in a quiet old Makati neighborhood. I was surprise when I walked in. It was spacious and elegant. The rooms were surprisingly spacious too. Very modern looking. I like the bathroom mirror lights. The room that I got says it was 2 queen beds. But it seemed like a double bed to me. On the other hand, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The view from my room wasn't that great. There was a construction nearby The TV is a smartTV. So you can log in your Netflix account. Room service was good too. There's breakfast buffet. It's fair for my hotel stay price. Not a lot of selection. But yes, kind of enjoyed it. Overall, we had a great stay because of the room. Very cheap for the comfort that we've experienced.

Felt very safe as a single female traveler, excellent in every way and close to center of Ayala, Makati. I am traveler who normally stays at the worlds finest hotels. This hotel amazed me with flawless excellent service, top notch rooms exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this property.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and hotel interior was very modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was big and wonderfully soft. The quality of the furnishings of the room were of very good standard (very rare in SE Asia). The staff were friendly and helpful. And the tv had Netflix!! While I didn’t love the city of Manila, I was very happy to spend most of my time inside this hotel. I didn’t want to leave.

Simple and Clean Hotel”

This Ramada Encore hotel is located not too far away from the Shopping malls and it is quiet and not that traffic congested in this Makati area. Staffs are friendly and the rooms are rather spacious with clean toilets. The morning buffet breakfast is normal and nothing special. Well for a tourist it is quite worth the while staying here.
