Our room was neat and clean, bright and light. Every detail to ensure your stay is simply perfect has been thought of, from fresh complimentary water to bathroom amenities. Our bed was firm and our room even had an ottoman to unwind and lounge on. The breakfasts are artistically and tastefully prepared and presented. The swimming pool is warm and even towels are proved for your lazy day spent on the lounge deck chairs. If impressions of a city can be defined by one place, Rambutan Resort and its staff will spoil your soul with their pampering touch. Highly recommended!

Exceptional”
This is one of the best options for accommodation in Phnom Penh. The room I had was wonderfully furnished and accessorized. It had a very comfortable bed a very well finished bath and a huge terrace overlooking the city with a Jacuzzi tub. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and spoke very good English. The breakfast had a great menu and the food and service were excellent. Rambutan has a large beautiful pool area. You cannot find better accommodation in PP!!

Amazing Location In Heart of City”
Awesome hotel in a great location with easy access to everything you want to see in the capital. Food was amazing and offers a variety to get both local dishes and some Western selections (if you want). Room was spacious, clean and funky cool. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely book this hotel. You cannot go wrong!

This was my third stay at the Rambutan Resort”
Breakfasts are lovely, and so are the a la carte lunches and dinners. The pool is small, but very nice. The whole hotel is stylishly decorated, and the staff really are fantastic. The hotel owners look after their staff well, and in return, the staff look after the hotel guests very professionally, but with a very nice personal touch.

One of the best reasons to visit Cambodia again”
This stylish hotel with comfortable rooms is located at southern part of city center and there are plenty of restaurants near by with different kind of style. Such great staffs and customers we met there made us feel so warm and cozy. Breakfast with different kind of food you can order and meals which they provided were also tasty. They provide glass bottles for water-refill and no plastic straws would be found. There is also a very cute cat that will definitely catch your eyes. We highly recommend this gay-friendly and eco-friendly oasis in the city of Phnom Penh.

I've stayed at Rambutan in Phnom Penh four times, and always have a great experience. The staff is top-notch and super-friendly, and the food is really good, so much so, that after dining out in town one night, we returned for dinner the next night at the hotel. A Calm Tranquil Location ”
A great little oasis in the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. Great staff and a really nice garden and pool. The outdoor area was shaded and breezy and quite comfortable. The perfect place to have a drink. I would definitely return. grahamcI3078NA

The hotel's location is not far from the central of PP. There are coffee shops around and convenient store. The staff provide very good service. Room is clean and comfort.

Complaint about pick-up service”
Nice hotel, would come back. However, I felt cheated with pick-up service. Instead of being organized by hotel, you announced on booking that it was Holiday Taxis or something similar. They did not turn up at airport, leaving me stranded, waiting in heat and "attacked" by touts - just the kind of nightmare I wanted to avoid. Finally, I found an emergency number: first number - impossible to understand girl's voice in faint strained English language (robot); second number got a human, said to wait in café. I wasted about two anguished hours in all, so never again. Oh, the telephone number was not in Cambodia, but in some other country! Fortunately, my French phone allowed me to access this number. AS I SAID, NEVER AGAIN. Also, I had to go to extraordinary lengths to print the voucher, a sine qua non as if everybody travelling had a handy office for this. In the end, this "essential" document wazs never requested

Lovely hotel - great staff. Awesome breakfast and totally relaxing. Only downside is the pool area gets busy at the weekend with visiting expats - would be much nicer if a lower cap was put on numbers of outside guests.

Some reviews are from the LGBT community. However there is no need because I am gender neutral. It is a good hotel to stay even for couples without children. The staff are very caring and supportive. You can do the business without being gender biased.

Usually a great option in Phnom Penh, however, there is a construction site next door that is noisy and destroys the tranquil atmosphere of the pool area. And you won't need an alarm. Work starts promptly at 7am. Unfortunately, this takes out any future stays at Rambutan until the construction is finished?
