It might be slightly inconvenient if you are using JR trains from New Chitose Airport or when traveling to nearby areas like Otaru. However, you can walk to Susukino Station, and using the subway along with the tram seems to be fine. Restaurants> There are various restaurants around Susukino Station, which is nice. Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade can also be accessed by tram, making it convenient to visit the restaurants. Supermarkets/Convenience Stores> It was convenient to have dinner bell, Aeon Mall, and others nearby. There were convenience stores (like Lawson and Seicomart) in the surrounding area, which was convenient. Accommodation> I don’t think the price is cheap, but for three people staying over the weekend, I think it’s not a bad accommodation. The room was relatively spacious compared to hotels, and it had a simple kitchen, a bathtub and toilet that were comfortable to use, and an air conditioner that seemed relatively new. However, the sofa and table showed quite a bit of wear, which was somewhat disappointing. It has a shared washing machine and dryer, which would be good for long-term stays. I was disappointed that there was no shared ice maker, but the refrigerator was large and worked well, so it was not a problem to freeze ice myself or buy ice from the supermarket. The staff was friendly and it was nice that there was someone who could speak Korean. Overall> If I visit Sapporo again, I think this is a good choice for a residence hotel. I felt like staying here again.

Walking distance from shopping streets, easy to access good food and buy souvenirs. Our group was surprised by how clean and professional this place was for its affordable price. The staff speaks a little English (good enough) and are really supportive. You can dry wash clothes for ¥100 in 10 minutes and water wash for ¥300.

With this good and comfortable hotel, it made my stay in Sapporo greater and more satisfactory experience. The room was spacious with 2 double beds and an additional tatami room for 4 futons. Would recommend this olace

The hotel offers excellent value, with clean and spacious rooms. Its convenient location is approximately a ten-minute walk from the train station and near several convenience stores. However, the front desk's limited operating hours (3 PM to 10 PM) may pose an inconvenience, particularly regarding obtaining replacement trash bags. This hotel is highly recommended for group travel, and I would gladly stay there again with a group.

It was convenient to visit restaurants since you can also travel to Tanukikoji shopping street by streetcar. Supermarkets/Convenience Stores> Having places like Dinner Bell and Aeon Mall nearby was convenient. There are convenience stores (like Lawson and Seicomart) in the area, which made things easier. Accommodation> While I don't think the prices are particularly cheap, I believe it's a decent accommodation for three people to stay on weekdays. The relatively large size compared to hotels, a simple kitchen that can be used, a bathtub and toilet that are not inconvenient to use, and an air conditioner that looks relatively new were all good. However, the sofa and table showed signs of heavy usage, which was somewhat disappointing. The presence of shared washers and dryers seems good for long-term guests.
