Good value for money but terrible wifi”
Clean and comfortable room, soft bed with very silky linen (excellent for Thailand) and cool interior design, friendly staff, hot water. Internet connection very very bad and since the hotel is located next to a big road it's pretty loud sometimes.

Not worth for the money u paid”
Our opinion for this hotel : 1. The pillow was so hard and uncomfortable 2. Bathroom floor was sllippery, please be careful 3. No lift so u have to use stair 4. Limited choices of breakfast 5. The pool was so small and its not same like in the picture 6. Furniture is old 7 . The staffs are nice

Stylish comfort”
All staff were so accommodating from start to finish. They all appear very proud of their boutique hotel. Understandably it is a pleasure to see from reception to waiting area to to your room. Be aware there is no lift - there are only 3 floors so not an issue if you have no disability. We were delighted with the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of every area of the hotel. Our bathroom doorway in our room was very low so if you are 6 ft or more you might end up with a few bruises - one of us did! There was even New Zealand ice cream available at the coffee shop and fresh apples in our room on arrival. It is the attention to detail that was most remarkable at Rasa. The only recommendation I would make is to have tea available in the room with the coffee. There was only 2choices of tea in the coffee shop too -both tea bags! In fact I would like to recommend tea from a wonderful tea shop in Chiang Rai -Thai Tea Suwirun. A wonderful range of Thai teas - herbal and oolong -I would consider a boutique match for both companies. We will be recommending this hotel to all our friends.

Great new hotel!”
The Rasa is a totally renovated hotel (used to be the Whitehouse) - looks and feels new! I gave 5 stars to them - 2nd time in my life to do this. My wife was surprised by how fast the internet was in our room. The beds were very comfortable, the room was large and bright. The only draw back from the entire hotel was the small, but highly functional bathroom - don't move fast, Thai or farang! My compliments to however did the design work. The breakfast is included in the price and is 5 star quality. You can guess which hotel I will be staying in on my next trips to Chiang Rai. A 10 minute walk will take you to the clock tower and another 3 minutes to the night market area or the town center.

Great hotel all round”
I wasn't expecting such a great hotel in Chiang Rai as the city is abit of a sleepy place (and the reason I visited to get away from the chaos of Bangkok) but the Rasa is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The whole place is very clean and well designed. The beds are firm and comfy and the rooms are well proportioned and the water is the fridge is free! (important in hot Thailand) The breakfast served was huge (3 courses!) and tasted good. The best thing about the hotel is the quality if the staff. An example was when we were greeted at the car park with an umbrella on return from a rainy day out (you don't get this outside of posh hotels!) Also the staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Nice hotel with convenient location”
New and nice boutique hotel. This hotel is good value for money. The hotel is located in the city center which is very convenient, and also close by famous local restaurant. I would recommend it and I would stay there again if I visit Chiang Rai in the future. Though the breakfast was not included in the hotel price, I think the breakfast is a little too expensive for such little variaty. But overall this hotel is recommended.

A little luxury in Chiang Rai”
The Rasa is a little bit of luxury in Chiang Rai! The staff are just lovely, always smiling and happy to assist in anyway they can. I stayed at this hotel with my fiancé and mother, we had a ball. We used this hotel as a base to explore further north of Thailand and couldn't of made a better choice. Chiang Rai as a place has a small night market but not much else. We loved returning to the hotel of an evening! The pool is just amazing, make sure you give it a go, then relax on the rooftop in the evening with a cocktail! The hotel itself is clean, has a great cafe bar area and the design is a lot of fun, photo's are are a must, Enjoy!!

Thoroughly Enjoyable”
The room was nice and quite comfortable, and had good wifi. There was a wonderful pool which was large enough to swim laps in, and the restaurant served good food, including the breakfast which came with the room. The location was good enough, being within walking distance of the city center and the night bazaar, and with a 7-11 and bank ATM just around the corner. But first and foremost was the service, which was commensurate with a much more expensive hotel. If you are not an important person, but want to be treated as though you were, I can heartily recommend the Rasa Boutique.

Best Hotel in Chiang Rai”
Fantastic Hotel - best in Chiang Rai - small enough to provide peronalised service and yet has all the facilities needed. Fantastic attentive staff - evertyone from cleaners to table waiters excellent. I have been in many hotels in many cities all around the world (usually business) and clearly this is a well managed Hotel with very well trained staff (and they are happy too which makes a difference). This is Chiang Rai so there is no Hyatt/Marriott but this was a very pleasant surpise. Plenty of off-street parking and good location - walking distance to King Mengrai monument and several great Wats.

Rasa Boutique Hotel in Chiang Rai”
Rasa is my favorite place to stay while visiting Chiang Rai. The hotel always has ample parking and its pool is large and clean. This is a great place to relax and to use as a jump off point for the many tours around town. The central plaza and night market are a short walk away and sport many different restaurants and street vendors. I love the large comfortable rooms with the free WiFi and the free buffet breakfast! Hard to go wrong with this winner!

Cute picturesque hotel”
We stayed in Chiang Rai for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has amazing decor (lots of great photos to take there!), the staff were so friendly and helped us get about. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had a lovely iced coffee one morning. The only downside is that the hotel is a little distance from the city centre and it's in quite a dark area so didnt feel the safest walking home in the evening. But if you have transport it is ideal! Also the first night was quite noisy- you can hear the neighbours and the walls aren't very thick. We had a better nights sleep the second night where I guess the other guests were quiter. The staff cleaned the rooms really well and gave us extra shampoo, water and bits despite not using them all in the first place. Overall a great stay!
