Good value for money”
Room was spacious. Great location since just across SM Manila and near train station. Toiletries were complete. Water bottles were available. Good to have a small store that sells cup noodles and drinks 24 hours. Bed was comfortable although the blankets felt a bit rough. I also woke up early next morning with loud talking in the hallway that lasted a long time (not sure if guests or staff). But overall good stay especially since late check-in (I arrived at 2am from airport) was allowed.

Good place in a good location”
This place is good. The room is big and clean. It is located at the heart of Manila. However, there is no signage on the building. The front desk of the hotel is at the 6th floor and there are no instructions during booking or on the ground floor that the hotel is at the 6th floor.

Great hotel for the price! ”
The room was so clean and quite spacious. There was even a sink in the bedroom. The bathroom was really nice too. Perfect apart from the noisy ac but it was ok because if you pop the windows open, the breeze is more than enough! Thanks Reddoorz!

Exceptional”
No signage that say’s “this way to REDDOORZ”. However, if you ask the guards of the BSP, they’re aware. Also, it’s beside SM Manila, Manila City Hall, and Intramuros as well as the LRT. They have approachable staff. Early check in is also possible as long as there are vacant rooms. The only problem that I encountered is their squeaky bed. The rest is good. Oh, by the way, if you are not that deep sleeper then you might get bothered by the sound of aircon and the vehicles. ☺️

The staff are very helpful, feels like I'm just at home. The rooms are clean and location is strategic, just across SM Manila. Restaurants and shops are around. However, Wi-fi connection is very poor; can't access it in my room. Overall, it's okay.

Pros: location is excellent for my needs. Great value for my money and I can see that they are improving as I extend my stay with them. They have done a great job with their towels and linens, they smell and look clean now (great job!) you are hearing and taking action on my past reviews about the laundry. Cons: the hot water in the rooms are inconsistent. Ive tried a few rooms and im a bit dissatisfied with rm 9N, does not have hot water for shower .

I wasn't expecting much considering how low price relative to other hotels, packed my own soap, shampoo, toothbrush and paste, tissues & ear buds. Was surprised when i got to the room that they had liquid soap and shampoo dispenser, toothbrush and paste, tissues, comb and ear buds! Huge room, i got assigned to a corner room on the 11th floor (11e) so there were lots of windows allowing for a good view of the metro. Used outside ambient lights to illuminate my room at night just by raising all of the blinds making a hell of a mellow and relaxing environment in the room. It felt like i was in a suite. Lots of electric outlets flanked almost all of the surfaces of the room, small tv (i didn't use it anyway), small but very effective ac unit. Some leaks from the toilet tank water supply inlet, hot water via a heater unit for the shower only, cold water only faucet for two sinks (inside bath and outside). Located literally across mall and 7-Eleven, supply no probs. Will recommend!!

Good with minor issues”
The room was spacious, ac was good although if you put it on for a long time, the unit freezes and causes it to drain inside the room given to me, there are few issues in some rooms because I had been there different times like shower not working, no dish soap for your personal soap, minor things like that. Reception was great. Overall, with some minor issues, my stay was great.

Love the location! Everything was accessible. I was surprised by the size of the room! Perfect for a longer stay. Staff were kind and helpful. Definitely will be my fave place to stay whenever I am in Manila.

Lack of signage and misleading booking question”
It took the ca driver an extra 1/2 hour locating this hotel as there was no visible nor unique signage! In fact, even the security guard commented that most if not all their guests complained about it. Were it not for an online picture of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, driving around looking for this place would have been a lot more difficult and frustrating! Another thing, on their booking process, there is a question which asks the time of arrival of the guests, which I assumed meant that early check-in was available! Apparently, this was not the case! It does not make sense then to ask the arrival time if there is no guarantee of an early check-in process. , To top if off, the front desk mentioned that it was AGODA's policy and not theirs. I confirmed with AGODA that they only posted any or all their vendor's policies. Otherwise, the location was convenient. The rooms were fairly spacious and clean.

Good place but...”
I stayed here for the proximity of the hotel to the mall. It's literally just infront. A little bit traffic at times but moving. Just make sure you check your room if it's clean. My last visit wasn't as pleasant as I hoped. Trash from the previous guest was still in the room. So check the room first. The place is generally ok. Good value, just so happens that the room i got had trash and it kinda stunk/stuffy. No phone to call the lobby or housekeeping so I just crashed on the bed and checked out early. I did inform housekeeping of the trash. I dont think it happens often, but do check. Staff members are friendly. Location is great No gym or whatever or maybe I am just unaware. All in all everything was ok.
