Where to stay in Christmas Island
Christmas Island hotels & accommodations

Nice to be able to self cater as food is expensive on CI. The owner extended our checkout time as flight was changed which was much appreciated. View from upper balcony over ocean. Able to use pool just over road at Sunset lodge which had nicer rooms but no kitchen on site. Room serviced regularly

I believe this place is the best place to enjoy the holiday in Christmas Island. Nice view, kind people, cozy room... My only disappointed point was the kitchen. This hotel doesn't have a kitchen so you have to go to VQ3 which is 5 minutes far on foot. If you will buy every food in restaurants, then it's OK.

Tong Chee is a lovely property in a Chinese vernacular given that it was an old Chinese coffee house and when standing in the kitchen looking out to the lounge and veranda you can easily imagine coffee and food being served from the kitchen to patrons in 1920 when it was built. It has everything you need as a traveller, good beds, excellent showers and full kitchen app...
