The Fiesta has great local location with very nice facilities . Good value .Very nice staff . The hotel needs a revamp in places . Bath plugs do not work .....coffee makers not good . The biggest problem at the hotel is the noise from the bars opposite side of road . It goes on from sunset to 7am ! FULL VOLUME ! The local municipality obviously has no rules about nois...

We have been coming to the Pierre many times over the years , and always come back for the convenience of its location. We like the tranquility while at the same time close to the Princess where we go to see the Abierto de Tenis .The rooms are very comfortable with everything one might need. Why did they get rid of the Koi fish in front of the registration desk ?? T...

The staff is outstanding and the location is fabulous. The beach and its sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. Much about the property itself seems dated and average, but fine. We felt safe the entire trip. The property could really improve the quality of it's food, especially at the buffet. No fresh guacamole at anytime during our stay was a significant disappointment...

I had a great overall impression of the hotel, it's staff, the perfect location just meters from the town Zocalo, availability of indoor parking nearby at a small fee. What is most striking is the setting in a ray tightly restored colonial house, with tasteful decorations. My only night there was ruined by the heat and mosquitoes. No aircon and no fan in the room meant...

I have been a guest at Hotel Mission and Spa for on 20 visits since I first stayed there in 1985. This family owned and run Hotel sits in the heart of the old city. It's close to the zocalo which is like the town square, and also close to where the famous Acapuco divers do their stuff. The two daughters of the original owner still run the place, and most of the hel...

I know only one beach Biscarosse where the sea is strong and dangerous like this! my dear aunt Cathy lives nearby so I pamper myself with a mexican popular spa, far away from the misery and violence, a few steps outside is the delicious restaurant EL JAguar. Or take a cab to ZIBU my granmothers cousins son s owned thai mexican high style seaview diner. The famous inter...

Don't fall for the offered tour of their other hotel next door (Azul Ixtapa Grand), because it really isn't a tour of the hotel. It turns out to be a sales pitch for their vacation club. They promised 2 resort t-shirts and a 50% off coupon for our next stay if we took the 60 minute tour. We didn't sign up for their club so they didn't give us the things they promised a...

Good hotel and very cleaning. In the room, aslo can access wifi for free, and signal is very good, stay in the room is very comfortable, and can enjoy beautiful beach, delicious foods, convinient traffic. And hotel aslo provide change money service. So if you travel to Acapulco, this hotel is your best opition.

We had a great time and were treated like kings. Ex-Hacienda Vista Hermosa was one of the many Hernan Cortes (the Conquistador) Hacienda assigned to the production of Sugar. It is pretty neat to experience the weather, flowing water, food and vegetation of the place besides the history. I highly recommend to pause life and relax in this place. The grounds are very well...

It was a pleasant stay. The staffs were very friendly. We were given a room at the highest floor with a private terrace. From the terrace, we could have a very nice view of the city of Taxco. The room is clean. The only little problem is that the wifi connection was not good. In general, it was a nice hotel to stay. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who pl...

This place is terrific. The owners (French and Mexican) are really friendly and even emailed me in advance to tell me the room was ready early. The rooms are bright and cheery, comfy beds and room is serviced daily with fresh sheets which for the price is quite remarkable. It's a 10 min walk to the beach but is in a fairly non touristy area which means there are great,...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We like it very much. Hotel has good location in queit zone, very close to Papagao Park and 10 min walk to beach, shopping and restraunts. Rooms are large, has big kittchen and dinning area; clean. Staff very good! I recomend to stay in this hotel, they give very good price for such perfect conditions! Thank you!

Disappointing to say the least. The beautiful pool in all the photos is warm water...like a warm bath on winters night...coz the pool is lined with dark tiles, retaining the heat. NOT what I wanted to escape from the 34degC heat and 98% humidity. There was no restaurant or food facilities (not even a microwave), no fridge in room - although there are plenty of chea...

We (2 adults and 2 old children) stayed 2 nights. The hotel is small (compared to skyscrapers on the beach) and seems brand new or completely renovated. Room was spacious adnd very clean and the bathromm too. Internet is working well in the room. Staff is very friendly and quick in satisfying our requests. Negative points: no safe and no fridge in the room. But you c...

As independent travellers this hotel has suited us fine and is in a nice area, plus close to the beach. The hotel also has a shared outdoor kitchen. We booked for 2 nights and are now going to be spending a couple of weeks here. Staying here also makes us try to speak more Spanish as very little English is spoken. The room is cleaned every day plus the staff here a...

First off, we would like to say we didn't find any fault with LaVillaLuz, except the cost. It is a lovely boutique hotel (B&B style), it just wasn't our type of accommodation. Beautiful rooms (very small), but with tons of storage/shelves. Comfortable beds & pillows. The pool was very nice, but seemed to be refrigerated, which was ok with us, as we prefer cold to warm ...

The staff was all very friendly and helpful... the bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Small Boutique Hotel, very quaint. 10 min walk to anything you may need. Quite and safe. Recommend it for your next stay. There are stairs if you are not on ground level.

I had a great experience here. Before arriving, I called to inquire about suggestions for transportation from the airport - and they offered to send a driver to meet me! I called as I exited the Arrivals Hall, and the driver arrived in fewer than 10 minutes. Rogelio was very friendly and eager to help. The property itself was charming beyond my expectations. Apparently...

This hotel was super crowded with locals due to the great value this hotel offered. The hotel was centrally located, clean and had all the basic amenities. I really liked the buffet breakfast too but the only downside was that there were too many people at the property. The swim up bar was crowded and there were a lot of families with kids.

We stayed here before and during Christmas. Everything was great but as soon hotel got crowded, they weren’t able to cope with the capacity. No sunshade nor lounge chairs at the beach, or even at the pool... We waited 45minutes to make the check out, they had only one person for this.
