The Belgrave is modern and clean. It's rooms are pretty simple. For example, there was no mini-frig in my room. The free breakfast is not elaborate. I was a single persom in a one queen bed room and it was plenty big enough for me. I never felt cramped, although it might be for two people. My room, 215, was at the back of the building and so I found it pretty quiet, both in terms of street noise and in terms of noise from other parts of the hotel. The hotel is a two minute walk to the local tube station and I found the Northern Line of the tube system pretty handy for connecting to other lines. The hotel doesn't offer alot of extra services (such as laundry)but I always found the staff friendly and helpful. I stayed for 17 days and was happy and would stay there again. I can't compare to any other hotels in London but the Belgrave seems like pretty good value compared to other hotels a researched on the internet.

Beautiful residential area, near the embassy row. Stone's throw away from Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Easily accessible by buses and Kensington High Stree Station. Apartments have been newly revamped/upgraded. We were first assigned apartment 11 (2-bedroom) on the 4th floor but the lift break down so we were moved to apartment 1 (3-bedroom) on the lower ground floor. Both apartments are superb. Although housekeeping has to be reminded to pay attention to the details (of cleaning)

We had planned to explore London and only had 1.75 days to do it. Not enough really but unfortunately upon arrival ate dinner at the Thistle. My wife got food poisoning from a chicken club sandwich. She was bed ridden for the full time we were there. I did mention the problem to reception staff who did very little about helping us until I posted negative comments on social media and all of a sudden they wanted to help. These days you need to be proactive not reactive, as they were. Our time in London was ruined as a result. The hotel is centrally located and very convenient to Leicester Square and trafalgar square, china town etc but I wouldnt eat there. Plenty of other options anyway.

This Hotel is very big but very well run, It is in an excellent location in London, for shopping and the tube is in easy reach. The breakfast was beautiful. And the rooms were stunning bright and clean and freshly painted with plenty of room unlike most hotels in London. If you want to be in the action this is the hotel it is not in a quite area. but the rooms are quite, when you are wanting peace from busy London Town.

The service and staff especially Marina and Filimena in the breakfast dining room which btw was outstanding. K & K is located right next to the Earl Court Tube line which made travel around the city of London very easy. Our room was the size of a small cruiseship room but it was very clean and comfortable. The room was more expensive than I thought as the US dollar doesn't go as far in England as in other Euro Countries.

We only stayed at The Shard for one night as part of my 65th birthday and retirement celebration. From the moment we entered the room it was breath-taking. The view (41st floor) was truly amazing, even when it was raining in the morning. Dinner in the restaurant was of Masterchef standard i.e. exquisite. The staff made us feel like royalty. They were courteous respectful and cheerful from front of house staff through to housekeepers and waiters. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room itself was wonderful with every conceivable modern convenience and service. There was even cable internet for those without Wi Fi. We would surely recommend the Shard to anyone thinking of staying at a truly five star hotel in London.

Simply one of the best hotel in London. The rooms are great. The bed is big and comfortable, the pillows and the bed sheets are clean and comfortable. The lighting is perfect, the bathroom has heated floor, and the room temperature is just perfect. The only problem is that sometimes the card key have problem, but the receptionist could sort it out quickly. The location is very good, almost perfect. It's near to Hyde Park, near two tube station Queensway and Bayswater, and located near lots of foods and groceries. The room is also spacious, well-lit (using touch control lighting) and very clean. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We have tons of requests but they help us in all of them. They show us the best way to visit the city, show the route to the coach station, and many more.

At the west end of London lies the district of Hmmersmith. It is a small district but it has its own charm and tranquility afar from the bustling area of central London. The hotel is modern new and chic best suited for the family and if your on a budget. The staff are very friendly courteous and accomodating specially Victor who helped me with my questions and booking my tours around London. Free breakfast is plentiful and their packaged i cute paper bags. Only thing is the design of toilet and shower which were separate and a bit small. The hotel is 5 mins from Hammersmith station and many shops. All in all my experience is superb at this great hotel. I would recommend this and will definitely come back for more.

I know London inside out having lived there for ~20 years, and I would say this hotel is very well-located - just a very short walk from a tube station. (There are many hotels on the west side around South Kensington/Hyde Park, but really this is much more conveniently-located for Central London activities.) Another good thing about this hotel is the fact that, it is modern (many 3-4 stars hotels are have very dated decoration and facilities in London), clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, this hotel is very outstanding.

This is an excellent hotel, hidden just off Regent Street, two minutes' walk from Hamley's toy shop and Carnaby Street (not no like it was in the 60's - sadly!) and three minutes' walk to the London Palladium. Great room with an extremely comfortable bed and well appointed en suite bathroom. Was very lucky to get an upgrade - much appreciated. Good breakfast. My only negative comment would be that I had booked "breakfast included" but was informed on going down that this only applied to the continental meal and that all other breakfasts would be charged at the full rate with no "allowance"permitted. Although I resolved this and had the breakfast I wanted without further charge, I do feel the booking information should have made this clear from the outset.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Churchill. It is a luxury hotel and the location is absolutely fantastic. The staff at the hotel are extremely welcoming and seem to go out of their way to do whatever you need, from the doorman to the reception to the Club staff. Really excellent. I booked a Club Room, which I highly recommend. The rooms are fairly standard, but large for UK standards. Well appointed and clean. The location is perfect. It is situated on Portman Square, which is a large park, which gives the impression of space. The hotel is a short walk to Oxford Street from which you can easily access downtown London to the left or towards Marble Arch and Harrods to the right. It is all right there. Nothing is more than a short walk away. The hotel has a small gym (don't forget to turn on the air conditioning, otherwise it gets quite warm) and is quite a happening place. There is a restaurant downstairs that seems always busy and the Churchill Bar on the corner. But if you want to get outside the hotel, there are lots of eating and drinking options that are London favourites. Room Tip: Book a Club room. The Facilities are very English and very enjoyable.

Easy to find hotel and good location. Pleasantly surprised by the presence of a MAYBANK ATM machine in Lobby. I booked a Dbl Studio Room for that extra space which included a sofa and dining table and a kitchenette. Room was comfortable considering it was London. Few minutes walk to Bayswater and Queensway Tube stations, restaurants, pubs, cafes and shopping mall. Very convenient by bus or tube to shopping in Oxford and Bond Streets, Picadally and Harrods. Walking distance to Hyde Park and only a few stations away to Portobello Market and Westfield. For Asians visiting London, there are Chinese restaurants and even one Halal Chinese Restaurant managed by Malaysians called Noodle Oodle near Bayswater Station. Supermarkets and Pharmacies nearby as well Check-in is normally at 2.30pm and check-out at 12noon. So if you arrive in the morning, leave your luggage in Hotel and start exploring the area!

very convenient hotel to stay.close to shops, public transportation and atm machine and many restaurants. staff are friendly and helful. nice cozy and clean room, has coffee maker in room. concierge very cordial and helpful with info re: wgich train or is preferable to theatres, and other touristy places. convininet restaurants in the hotel, although i have not tried it, i know it's there if i don't fee like dining out. i have stayed in this hotel numerous occasions and i have yet to be dissapointed. i'd recommend this to anyone who is in london for a brief time because it does not take up time to get around from here to the highlights in london. i also love the cafe by the lobby for a quick latte & croissant. pleasant hotel to stay.

I absolutely love this hotel, from arrival you get the stunning views of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben across the Bridge. The entrance with clear signs on where to go (even though there are a lot of different places to go). The spacious elevators with their colour changing lights. When I walked in the room I was greeted with light streaming through the glass of the windows which wet the full width if the room and an introductory video for the hotel. I managed to easily find out further information by flicking through the different options on the TV. Any time I needed to ask questions the staff members engaged in genuine conversation even though they were busy, it really made me feel that they valued me as an individual and not just to see me as one of the many people they must have staying at the hotel. All of this went towards me having a fantastic stay in London. I don't think I'll go to any other hotel in London now I've stayed here.

lovely stay at the Z, great service by the staff during our trip last weekend. able to drop our bags off in the morning before check-in to go round london. free cheese and wine every night between 5-8pm which is always busy and a lovely atmosphere in a boutiquey hotel and dining area. the rooms are small which is expected for a building of its size but more than enough when your visiting london as your out throughout the day and evening. beds were good though. typical modern hotel glass bathroom/shower area but the sink area is small and awkward but good shower. full sky tv in the rooms too with all the channels which is great and free wifi which is added bonuses as most chain hotels charge for wifi and dont have full tv package. air con unit is locked and can only change the temp but our room didnt get cold for the temperature and windows cant be opened so was a bit warm but fine but maybe the unit needed a check/service. would definitely stay here again though as for the price and location and free extras its unbeatable and its only a couple mins walk from traf square so your saving money you would spend on a cheaper hotel further outer london needing to get tube/train into central london. great service by all the staff too!!

The service staff, especially Fatima, Oumar, Estafa and Vivien were very very welcoming during my 2-night stay. Fatima in particular single-handedly convinced me to move from my horrible cramped hostel nearby to here, with her friendly and kind answers to all my questions as I was still deciding whether to book. When I checked in she even told me which lift would send me directly next to my door! I have never experienced such thoughtful and personal service. Kudos to all of them! The staff are around 24/7, several of them behind small counters around reception. Coffee and tea is available anytime, free flow, at the reception - which to me is a plus because I don't have to make my own drinks. They don't provide mineral water but sell them, along with other drinks and snacks, at reasonable prices (GBP1 for water). Rooms are a little small but exceeds expectations for this super-central area, and perfect for me as I was alone in a double room. My ensuite bathroom was very clean and it wasn't a problem for me that they only do cleaning once very 3 days (but they refill your toilet paper and/or any toiletries, and they state their 3-day policy and the fact that someone will still enter your room to refill, up front, which was helpful). The location is perfect - a 10-minute walk from the station, which to me is a good compromise between noise from being very close to the tube and railway stations + main roads and convenience. Kings Cross tube, of course, has links to a staggering number of lines and also there are many bus stops nearby, which makes it the most central area in London you could be staying in. And of course, the Eurostar which goes to other countries and railway trains to Gatwick airport and many other places outside London leave from here too. At night, there is some noise from the pub next door but did not bother me much as I slept late when the noise had died down. I think some earplugs would definitely rectify the problem. Great location, beautiful clean hotel with nice size rooms for family of three. Located one block from Millennium bridge so easy access to South Bank, Tate Modern Museum, the London Eye. St. Paul, and quick walk to Tower Bridge and London Tower. Close to Metro stations so able to quickly get to any other location. Some staff very friendly, helpful (ask for Christian EXTREMELY Wonderful) others not so much. Two Ladies working front desk at one point friendly but not from England so unable to give any directions but you can locate a concierge who can assist. Employees in bar not as friendly but also wondered if understaffed in this specific area. Either way well worth the price. We did request a city view through this booking app which we did not receive and hotel booked when arrived so unable to move. If you have special request I would verify with the hotel prior to checking in to ensure they received the message and can accommodate.

A friend and I were in London for a 5 day vacation and we loved our stay at London House. We had a small double room with 2 single beds. The lobby was bright and welcoming and our room was clean and roomy enough for our needs. The location is super convenient for everything we wanted to do. The front desk personnel were pleasant and quite helpful. They will book tickets for tours/events for you and help with directions. Hyde Park, Notting Hill, and the tube station are within a quick walking distance. There are plenty of places in the neighborhood to grab a bite to eat or have a drink. I'd definitely stay at London House again. Great location, great price, great stay!

our room was gorgeous and very comfortable. location was super, walking distance to most of London's main attractions. and, there was a bus stop very close. we paid a bit extra , when we arrived, to upgrade to a better view. well worth it! a "million dollar" view of London! compared to other London hotels, we found online, this price was SUPER, for what we got! We would love to stay there again, and see more of London, as 3 days was not long enough.

this really is one of the best hotels i have stayed in within london, for a long time! i really couldn't fault it! (and we stay in a lot of hotels worldwide!) from the minute we arrived, for the whole weekend, the staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you (even offering free cheese and wine in the evening!) the room was fairly small (as you would expect in a boutique hotel in london), but was exceptionally comfortable with a huge bed and all mod cons. we loved the modern element of the glass walled shower room that's part of the whole room and the huge flatscreen tv with sky tv! bonus! it is also literally a minutes walk from victoria station and tube and london's museums and buckingham palace are just a short walk through beautiful belgravia... this really is a jewel in victoria's crown and we loved it and will definitely visit again! thank you!

the hotel was newly renovated, all the rooms were furnished modern and the bathrooms were also very modern and clean. we were impressed by the value we received for such a good price. it's hard to find a hotel in london that is not oldish or run down. the staff was very friendly and helpful and always available. the gym was out of order, but that's ok. the location of the hotel was right next to a tube station, very convenient.

We booked the Pilgrm after reading reviews from others. I've traveled to London before, so knew that hotels in the city are much smaller than people from the US are used to. :) I also knew we wanted to be near Paddington station since we'd be traveling to Wales for a few days via train from Paddington and also wanted quick access to the tube during our time in London. It was so convenient. All staff we interacted with were so friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and well appointed. We were in a "Large" room and it was just right. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. The coffee and tea from Workshop coffee in the lobby was always good. Bottom line is we loved the Pilgrm. Be sure to read about the property and other reviews so you know what to expect going in (i.e. rooms facing the street can be noisy, there's a tiny lift but will still need to walk stairs, etc.) and hopefully your experience will be as good as ours!

Our stay was excellent. The service of the staff was excellent and personable: it seemed like the entire staff, even those we hadn't yet met, recognized my sister and I after one day of our being there. Upon arriving to London, we realized we had mistakenly booked a room with a double bed instead of one with two single beds. A room changed was facilitated almost seemlessly after one night (we stayed there a week). Our room was excellent and was very well cleaned each morning, and the free breakfast was nice and generous. The location is fantastic, about a 1 minute walk to Earl's Court tube station. The price was very reasonable (for London standards). Our vacation was greatly facilitated by the Mayflower Hotel: if their prices remain reasonable, I probably will try to stay there every time I visit London.

I have just returned from a 3-night stay at Flemings hotel in London and I am NOT looking forward to my own bed, for a change! I experienced the most restful nights in the lovely, perfectly spotless room (classic double). This relatively small hotel is wonderful even before getting to it: the location (a couple of minutes' walk from Green Park and then on a short delightful stroll - or jog - to Buckingham Palace, underground station, buses, the Royal Academy of Arts, then the iconic Piccadilly Circus), the quiet, totally safe, elegant street, the refined exterior. Once past the door, you're greeted by always smiling, efficient, helpful, yet discreet and unintimidating staff. The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for London standards (undoubtedly, our American friends will find it quite small, but I will repeat "for London standards"; I stayed in a couple of otherwise excellent and more expensive hotels in central London, and the difference in size is impressive!). Immaculate, quiet, no view to speak of, as I was at the back and could mainly see some air-conditioning boxes and walls, but one assumes that being in London you want to look at the view once outside!), everything in perfect working order, excellent plumbing and water pressure (another possible issue in London hotels...). A small extra point - it was a pleasure to walk down the corridor to my room with lovely classic film stars tasteful black and white photos on the walls; to sneak a secret smile and wink to Gregory Peck each morning and evening was a treat!!

Overall my stay exceeded expectations. Awesome location , the suite I booked was great for my friend and me for the three nights. The biggest call out is the staff - they were very friendly and extremely helpful. They allowed me to leave my bags for a few days while I travelled a bit of Europe, this was greatly appreciated! Thank you guys! The only down side was the check in - after 23hrs of travel and arriving at 8.30 am , the room being available, could not be prioritised for cleaning until 2pm! This i could not understand but that said the ladies at the reception were awesome and very understanding. Overall, I’ll definitely come back here and would recommend to my friends travelling to London to stay here.
