I booked this hotel at the last minute when I had to leave Hokkaido during a typhoon. It was the perfect place to book! I picked up a ekiben at the station on my way over to the hotel and ate it at the bar that had FREE drinks and FREE ice cream! Then I went up to the onsen to do my laundry and take a bath! The customer service was excellent. I think the name of the staff was Miyagi-san.. She was at the counter on 25/4/13 night... I left my mobile phone at a restaurant... I have asked her to help me call the restaturant to check if a mobile found was found. The restaurant staff brought it over to the hotel and Miyagi-san handed it over to me personally! :-)

The hotel's location is great. It is close to Sendai's main station and there are so many convenience stores around it. Room is big, more than enough for the three of us. It was also very convenient to be able to buy the Senday Loople tickets from the hotel. Friendly front-desk staff!

The hotel is super close to the station and shopping malls in Sendai. The room was bigger than I thought. The bathroom is a good size by Japanese standards. The bed was comfortable, but quite small even for a semi-double. The room feels like it's getting old, but is in pretty good condition.

My visit happened on a snowing day on 27 Dec that offered excellent views of snow scenes around. Price is on the high side but worth it, with the facilities, attentiveness of staff, and the surrounding (good for all 4 seasons). Both the hot springs inside and outside are good. My room has a private that is a bonus to the family, or new weds.
