My mom enjoyed the stay and the breakfast they offered. However we were not able to check-in right on time because the room was not ready yet. The area around the hotel is unsafe. The room is spacious but old.
Good location near to where we want to be. Breakfast is super good.
I highly recommend, I got amazing experience
The hotel is beside a church. It’s near a pharmacy, food place, park, 7-eleven, bank (BPI), etc. You can walk to the US Embassy, Dolomite Beach, Pambatang Museo, etc., since their near. If you walk a bit further, you can reach Luneta Park, San Lorenzo Park, and Manila Ocean Park. If we had more time, I think my family and I could have explored more. PS. The free breakfast including the meals in their Mercedes restaurant is really tasty. Worth it.
Our stay was fantastic with facilities, friendly staff, and a convenient location for processing our medical through St. Lukes Extension. The property was clean, and the amenities provided are ok.

The room was big. No complaints really -- I can't hold it against them that there were small cockroaches -- it comes with the building which is old and the location itself also is not the cleanest part Manila. The hotel served its purpose, a place to stay when you have an appointment at the US Embassy. The restaurant in the hotel is very convenient if you don't want to go out for food. The staff is courteous and friendly. Good value for money!
We loved our stay in this hotel as it is perfect for those going taking their medical exam at St Luke's (Extension Clinic) as it is less than 5mins away by Grab. The room was super clean and the staff (especially at the restaurant) was very accommodating and ensured all requests are addressed.

Thank you so much to all the team at Rosas Garden hotel. We had a really early flight back to the Philippines as that was the only one available and got to the hotel at around 7/8am and we knew check-in won't be til 2pm so we were happy to wait in the lobby however they quicky got a room sorted when others checked out and we got our room by 10/11am! which was amazing so we could all shower and get some rest. We had a 3 yo and a 9 yo and we slept in til 5pm. Quiet hotel, quiet AC and you can't hear the noise on the busy street. I would say that there's a church next door and it was Sunday the next day so you can hear the mass ongoing and they only had an overhead shower which was hard when you have a 3 yo as you end up getting wet too but these are just extra notes, wouldn't knock off a star for these. Unfortunately around 5am the next day (checkout day) my 2 kids and husband had food poisoning and they were up back to back with vomiting and diarrhoea in the bathroom. We had to change the sheets 3 times, I did wash the first set but the second set onwards, I just had to put it to a bag for them. We felt really bad for housekeeping but they still brought us sheets and bags. We checked out a little over 12pm because my 3 yo had another vomit before we left but the staff were very understanding. Thank you so much for all you help and understanding. We'll definitely be coming back (without food poisoning this time)!

Our 2 night stay was good, very accommodating staff,delicious breakfast, clean room and specious❤️cheapest price hotel na nakita ko, walking distance to St. Luke’s Extension, near Ermita Church as in katabi lang. Over all Rosas Gardens Hotel is a good choice ❤️💚

A bit dated, but gresr location next to Rizal Park. The real aset of this place is the staff - go absolutely above and beyond. Great service levels. And breakfast's delicious :-)

I booked this hotel for the convenience of my husband who's attending a training in a nearby place about 3-minutes walk. I read comments of previous guests of this hotel and read most of them have nothing but praises for the kindness of the staff here. Indeed, staff here are amazingly kind and attentive to our needs. The room was very tidy, as well as the restroom...I like the comfy beds. It is indeed a value for the money. I'll come back here for sure.
First of all I would like to greet all of the staff especially the bartender and also the polite front desk girl. Also the room is very clean and nice and the breakfast was awesome.

Staff are accommodating and kind. Not ideal for those who are looking for a luxurious place to stay. But considering the price for a room, it offers great value for money especially if you are looking for a place to stay overnight. Ideal for business travelers.

The young children of the family enjoyed our stay here. They love the hot water as well as the water pressure. The bed and bedsheets are clean as well.

Pros: -Cold aircon -Accessible to US Embassy and there's a church nearby, walking distance to Luneta and other tourist spots -Lots of food options around the area -Decent Free breakfast Cons: -Very crappy tv reception -Outdated facilities -they still use manual doorknob instead of keycard which made me feel quite unsecure -Thin walls, was not able to sleep well cause I can clearly hear the vehicles outside and the customers/staff next door -Felt like the beddings weren't cleaned thoroughly since I was itching all night and got rashes the next day -Smell of rose scented perfume everywhere is quite off-putting Overall a fairly decent hotel if you need a place to stay for the night but not for the long term. But there are definitely other better options with the same price point around the area.

Very good
This is an old hotel in the touristy area of Manila. Good bed, has elevator, with bidet, tv has few local channels and picture quality is far from desirable, restaurant is a bit pricey, near Robinsons Mall, US Embassy.
Good location near to the mall and u.s embassy. The room is big and clean but its kind a old already..they served good foods in restaurant.

My family had a pleasant stay at Rosas Garden Hotel situated at the heart of Ermita Manila. The ambiance is a bit classic and laid back bcoz I was expecting the facility to be modern like using keycard, but I hope for the future. Overall, the staffs are accommodating and friendly, clean and cozy bedrooms, great food in their restaurant at the 2nd floor. I highly recommend this place and will surely coming back next time.

I really recommend this hotel who are planning to stay in Manila for it is just a walking distance to St. Luke Medical Clinic...US Embassy...Fast food chain as well as Robinsons mall... affordable and delicious food at the restaurant...friendly and accommodating staff...room is cool, clean and cozy...beds are comfortable to sleep...bathroom is also clean for the guest to use and the facilities are functioning well.
