Without a doubt Rosewood Phnom Penh is the most beautiful, well designed and gracious hotel we have ever stayed in. Each person you come in contact with makes you feel welcome. The service is impeccable and restaurants delicious. Sora, the sky bar, is stunning and the drinks perfection. We cannot say enough about the facilities and our stay. It is now our #1 favorite hotel in the world. A must for any traveler lucky enough to be going to Phnom Penh. And don’t miss a dip in the pool!

I have traveled all over the world and extensively in SE Asia and this is by far, the most luxurious hotel I have stayed in. 5 fabulous restaurants, multiple full service bars, staff that anticipates your every need. My friend is a fans of Rosewood and has been stayed at several Rosewood Hotels in different cities. We are looking forward to stay at Rosewood Phnom Penh before this trip. The room was nice with a great view as the hotel floors are all in the high floors. However, there was some hot water issue during the first night we checked in. Luckily, the hotel helped us to change the room with no water problem immediately. The room was upgraded too. What surprised us the most was the Guest Relations manager offered us spa treatment and put some special desserts in our room. Thank you for Rosewood respecting their guests and gave us had a good memory at Phnom Penh. We will definitely recommend our friends to stay at Rosewood!

Love this property - so many to chose from but this is the best 5 star plus in the city. Staff amazing and very helpful. Price is above normal for the city but worth it as a treat. However - lighting in the room is challenging and not in the best places for reading - elevator is painful if you need to change your mind mud travel

this is my second time choose Rosewood, the service and food is still very good. but here are few hotel guests, speak loudly when we have breakfast. especially one lady talked and got the food at the same time, but without mask. that will be better if the waiters or hotel supervisors can ask the guests respect others and keep the voice down.

Fantastic facility but food needs a lot of love and work”
Booked this hotel that was advertised at 220 dollars a night, but opted for the room including breakfast for two, which was shocking 110 dollars more to the bill. I expected therefor a very nice buffet with top quality food and a wide selection. The first morning we arrived in the restaurant only to find a very small choice of mostly fattening sausages and fried food, with some yoghurt and hardly any fruit. There were no rice dishes except for some basic congee, for a hotel in South-east Asia and with majority of Asian customers a strange decision. Surely NOT worth the money and a huge disappointment to the both us. We decided to eat outside on the second morning instead. The hotel entrance, lobby, and rooms are stunning, but given the above experience we will take our business elsewhere next time. Rip off.
