Great hotel in good location”
Really liked this hotel and even extended our stay for an extra night. Right next to the palace and museum, could see the river from our bedroom window, and was only a 5-10 minute walk from the big restaurant/bar area and night market. Booked a private double room which was clean and included a kettle, TV and small balcony. Few broken tiles in the bathroom but nothing that affected our stay. Would stay here again.

The hostel looked exactly as it was shown on their Agoda page. The beds were clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. The restroom and shower were also clean and in good condition. The street outside was a bit busy due to construction, but it was still easy to navigate around the area. There were lots of affordable restaurants and convenience stores near the hostel as well.

Beautiful and big rooms with views. Big windows and clean. Good Wi-Fi. Bathroom isn’t top notch but there’s hot water in the shower and everything works as I should. Stayed there both times we visited Phnom Penh.

This place did the trick for our family of four; we had a 4-person dorm room to ourselves, with private bathroom. Pros include friendly & helpful staff (helped with bus ticket bookings etc. with no surcharge), good location close to Royal Palace and waterfront, drinking water available in the lobby to refill reusable bottles. Cons: the whole place needed a deep & thorough clean. It’s a hostel, so — understandably — there are none of the advantages of a hotel (towels, toiletries, daily housekeeping). Could be a more attractive option with a higher standard of cleanliness/housekeeping, and if/when the restaurant re-opens.

Great convenient location. The private room had no ventilation in the bathroom so you need to open the windows in the bedroom. Cafes and restaurants nearby.

Very bad hostel experience”
The staff was very unfriendly. At first they did offer us a room in the RS guest house (another, very old building) which was disgusting. After trying to scam us they gave us the room we booked and paid for. This room was dirty, no were towels offered and the room came with lots of ants and even cockroaches. There are no spaces to socialize with other travelers. The location is great, however.

Horrible, Not a good place to stay! ”
I travelled with a group and I hired a single room for my self. The facilities at the room is not up to the standard even though I paid the same rate as in other hotels. Bath room is the worst. the pictures uploaded on the site must be from early days, but it is completely diffident now. The reception is just a booth located on the side of the busy road, and the service was horrible. There was one guy who was very rude and not supportive at all. The road to the hotel was also horrible. cannot drive to the doorstep. Have to get off at the main road and then carry our luggage on the alley. Room was very dusty. WIFI was ok. Overall not a good experience. The worst accommodation I have ever used !

Flight cancelled, charged three nights”
I called to get a refund, at least for 2 out of 3 nights but nope, no refund. Again, my flight was cancelled by the airline so there was nothing I could do about it (went to Thailand instead).

Loved this hostel. Booked the family room woth 3 bunkbeds for us 6 and we love it. Very neat, and it has its own balcony and lockers inside. What I also love about the room is that it has it’s own bathroom, separating the lavatory, WC, and shower area so we can use all simultaneously. One good thing also is that it’s near the riverside and the National Museum of Cambodia. There are a lot of good restaurants within the vicinity and the hostel has a skybar upstairs. Gives you a good view of the city. They don’t serve anything there though, so you bring up your drinks and must clean up after. Overall, it’s great when you’re on a budget and visiting Phnom Penh.

Great stay in RS III Location Hostel”
Stayed here for a night before heading to Siem Reap from Ho Chi Minh City. The hostel is situated inside an alley but not too dangerous to walk at night. The room has an attached toilet which is clean and comes with hot water. There are no amenities provided so do bring your own. The receptionist is helpful with food suggestions etc. Would stay here again if i ever visit Phnom Penh in future.

Comfortable beds, so clean and cheap!!”
Had a really nice stay here, the beds are super comfy and have curtains around each bed which is great for privacy. The 6 bed dorm was clean and so cheap! WiFi isn’t great but we weren’t in the room too much as lots to see around Phnom Penh. Restaurants and bars are local aswell which was great. We tried to book another night here but was all sold out so that was a shame! Would have loved to stay longer! Definitely recommend this place for travellers on a budget! Thanks!

Location is a Gem”
Almost all attractions in Phnom Penh are within reach from this hostel. It's near the baywalk so you can always take a lovely walk and it is very close to the night life and many food shops. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is amazinggg.

The place is very clean and spacy. Also very near from Royal Palace and National Museum of Cambodia. at night you can walk a little bit to Phnom penh night market. The good thing they have an elevator and sky lounge at 8th floor.

Great location for a good price”
We were to stay 4 nights at this hostel but extended our stay by 2 more days. We stayed in the family room with balcony: 2 bunks and a private wet room. It was quiet and clean. The location is just perfect: close to all tourist attractions (less than 5 minutes walk to the palace and the national museum) and many restaurants and a small supermarket with western productions (panda mart: after traveling for 3 months, our kids were super excited about buying peanut butter). There is a laundry place (1,5$/kg) just in front of the hostel. It is easy to travel around town with a tuk tuk (there is always one up the alley or you can get one with PassApp.) There is a restaurant on the last floor: we didn’t try the food but the view of the pagoda next door is amazing. We didn’t interact much with the staff while we were there but they were extremely helpful when we realized that our daughter forgot the iPad in the room (they arranged for the tablet to be delivered to Battambang)

An incredible and new hostel. The rooftop room and cafe was nice and all rooms were built to a good spec, incredibly nice and also very clean. A fantastic hostel stay, would 100% recommend it to anybody. Great location too.
