Not good”
Not very good. We got into the tree house. The view was great BUT, the room and bed were so dirty and small. The mosquito net over the bed was full of dead insects which came into the bed. There was no space, just sand and insects everywere. No fan or airco but full sunshine in the morning. We could only sleep for 5 horrible hours every night. Staff was sort of friendly but not Asian, so you dont feel like you are in Cambodia. Last but not least, the food was horrible and overpriced.

Great place to relax and hang out. Not really a backpackers vibe but that was perfect for us since we where looking for such a place. Not the most comfortable bungalow but good value for money. We had a good stay!
