"We stayed at the Westin Rusutsu hotel after its rebranding. They provided free transport from Sapporo which can be booked via their website. The view from our room was great! The onsen was also comfortable, especially the outdoor onsen. Most of the staff could speak in good English. We were thankful towards the staff who helped to make the effort to arrange for a birthday cake to celebrate my mum's birthday. The food at the Japanese restaurant was good but the range of food for the breakfast buffet can be improved. Overall a great place for families with children."
