They Agoda reservation was not known, they couldn't speak english, not friendly, they showed a terrible room which was falling apart and completely unhygienic. NEVER GO HERE! We didn't stay even though we payed.

Sleepless. We arrived in the evening and they did not have our reservation they took 3 of us a mile from lodge & gave us one room instead of two. When I insisted that I had paid for two they left us in a room with one king size bed. 30 minutes later they came carrying a mattress that we could put in another room. We chose to all 3 sleep in king size bed that the springs were coming through. It was a night of horror! The next morning saw falls and it was the only nice thing.

nothing much except the view of the waterfall. Do not go there. Extremely bad. Worst service I ever experienced. Extreme dangerous electrical collection. Couldn't rest and sleep because of that as well as got bitten by bed bugs.
DIABOLICAL PLACE - STEER CLEAR!”
ATROCIOUS PLACE, the lady who runs it is both ignorant and rude. We booked 2 rooms for only one night, thankfully. Firstly they were oblivious of our Agoda booking, secondly the rooms smelt really musky and bad. Bathroom floor of one was swamped. The setting, to be fair, is nice but beware that the grounds are big and the access is very poor if you have any mobility issues. In the morning our "free included" breakfast was denied us as they still had no knowledge of the booking. We tried to check the details online but you guessed it...the internet wasn't working. The waiter was nice about it but the lady in charge really couldn't have given cared less about our dilemma if she tried. We accidentally left a plug-in mosquito device in the room and when we returned at 10am after having checked-out everybody was asleep so we just went up to the room and got it unnoticed, which wouldn't have reassured me about security if we were staying longer. We stayed on in Tad Lo and it's a beautiful simple place, there are plenty of home stays and we fully appreciate that in such remote places internet access can be poor or non-existent which may explain some of our issues. However the staff here were really unfriendly and unhelpful about it. A smile costs nothing and neither does giving people the definite of doubt. If the internet access/quality prevents a place from them receiving the details of a booking then maybe they shouldn't use it to acquire bookings! We have been travelling as a family, in Asia for 9 months now staying in budget accomodation throughout and this hotel is a definite LOW-LIGHT of our trip so far. We subsequently learnt that this place takes large coach-party bookings regularly in high-season, as the vast but empty restaurant suggests. This is where the bulk of their business lies and as a small party or individual you will receive a very poor level of customer service.
