The hotel has a unique decoration and is great for taking photos. The facilities have a bit of a dated feel, but it doesn't affect their use or accommodation. The breakfast is super delicious, with different dishes every day, including both Western and Vietnamese cuisine. The staff are friendly and have good English language skills. The room has good soundproofing, and the bed is comfortable and clean.

Beyond expectations”
I love everything about this hotel as decoration, cleanliness, location close to good foods and shops). Their staffs are helpful and friendly. They give us a 30 mins massage which is awesome especially the massage staffs are very skilled. A great way to relax after a long day of walking. We stay many days so we received 1 free lunch/dinner set. The food was delicious so taking advantage of this opportunity early, so we can order more later (price is reasonable). We definitely will come back here again next time we visit Da Nang. It is rare to find a beautiful hotel that is so clean and price is affordable ❤️

I had a pleasant stay at Sanouva Danang. The beds were comfortable and my sleep was pleasant throughout my 3 nights. The location of the hotel was great, there was many interesting small stores nearby and it was near to malls such as GO Da Nang and Vincom. Not to forget their staff were friendly and attentive - they helped us bring our luggage’s down the long flight of steps at the entrance. The only thing I wish they could improve on is the quality and variety of the breakfast food which I didn’t really enjoy. Other than that, my stay there was fantastic. Thanks for having us!

We were greeted by the receptionist and bellman soon as we arrived. Staff are very kind, friendly, and accommodating. They allowed us to have early check-in which was 4hrs earlier than our original time of check-in. Rooms are spacious and they clean it everyday. They also have a wide selection of buffet breakfast which we loved. Location of the hotel is good. I commend our bellman Minh Huy for always helping us and being so friendly. This hotel is worth every penny.
