"I stayed here during the Sapporo Snow Festival and this one was cheap when compared to other hotels. I had one room with two guest and price was "for one guest". So, this was a good deal. However, it was still quite expensive, because the season was on. Room was tiny and it was annoying sometimes. This is an old Japanese business hotel, so is was slightly worn out. Still everything worked. Toilet wasn't sucking very strongly, but still it worked. If you come here, remember to keep the air conditioner on whole time. Otherwise cigarette smoke and smell will come to your room. They have only two coin washers for whole hotel which isn't enough. Hotel doesn't have metro station nearby, but couple convenience stores are very close. The best thing was free breakfast buffet! This was good and tasty. A great way to start a day. Hot and cold drinks were free 24/7."

"It was a great hotel, i think the hotel should get 4star hotel, this hotel basically have more than what we expect.. Especially the Hot Spa for free, it was like a cherry on top. We were so delighted for staying there for 3 nights. The lobby was aesthetically nice, our room was so cozy and fresh smell, the breakfast at the Very Fancy Pancake was extraordinary scrumptious. The other day I left my glasses at the hotel after I checked out, but the staff was kind enough to clean and keep it until me retrieved it on the next day. The stuffs were generally friendly and warmth, they were very helpful in giving us great input for our travel. Did I mentioned that they can speak English? 100% will check in for this hotel again for my next trip at Sapporo."

"The hotel is in walking distance to Susukino subway station about 10 min. Not quiet convenience if you have large luggage. Staffs were helpful and always smile. In the room, there are microwave, TV, fridge, hair dryer, pot. The bathroom and toilet were separate and clean. Bed is comfortable. Self service laundry machines are on 2nd and 7th floor. And there is a 24hr supermarket near the hotel. "
