We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The ocean facing are great. Spacious and clean rooms. Food was excellent, especially the Khmer dishes. A pool would be nice, but the sea is warm.
A beautiful place with the most amazing and kind staff.
We had a lovely 4 nights at SB. The staff were lovely. Couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. Having not been to Cambodia for 7 years I was so pleased to see that people are very pleased to see you wanting to spend your holiday and money there. Very comfortable stay with a nice clean beach.
The staff were great, view great, room great, no problems with wifi. If the power went out it was for a matter of seconds and then it kicked back in. We ate at the restaurant pretty much every morning and night prices reasonable. If you are looking at walking to the other side of the island (Sunset Beach) be aware the jungle track is steep with large rocks and mosquitoes. Not a problem if you are young or fit ( we are neither 🤣 but still managed it.)

We enjoyed our 4 nights in the beachfront villa and experienced beautiful, sunrises, quiet lounge chair time in the sand and only one jaunt to Lazy Beach during our stay. There’s no reason to leave. They serve an exceptional breakfast and all meals plus the best Khmer food throughout my three weeks on many islands. An affordable gem and the service was superb.
Room are spacious, very beautiful landscape for the garden. Very good 🛖, with a large sea view. Staff are very accommodating.
We didn't get a beachfront room, but we were still able to see the beach when we opened the door. The resort was very peaceful, and I would definitely recommend it for couples or families who want to escape crowded and busy places. I went with my three best friends, and we were provided with an extra mattress for a reasonable extra charge. If you're looking for a trip with friends and want to be close to busy parties and restaurants, this place may not be the best choice as you would need to walk for more than 10 minutes to reach the busy restaurants and bars. However, overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the food was reasonably priced and tasty.
The stay was perfect. The hotel is really great for staying with children. Possibility to eat here. There are small restaurants nearby, 10 minutes maximum walk.

We had an excellent week here, its a lovely slice of quiet paradise. Staff couldn't do enough for you, the food was great (other options an easy walk away), they do free kayaking and the bungalows are ideal. 100% would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was huge and spotless. Staff very friendly. Beach was v windy in Dec but still nice to sit on a lounger and watch the water. I like that it is located a bit of a walk from the busy area of the beach.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was great and they brought whatever you ordered to either your table, balcony or even to the beachfront. Everything was clean. The room was big with a safety deposit box. The shower had hot working water although a cold shower was better in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again.
Overall the resort with its staff are amazing. Quiet place to relax and unwind. My only concern was the water pressure in shower was weak.
Nice beach, big rooms, average breakfast - at the end of the main stretch of properties … still easy to walk to main restaurants and to lazy beach. Good wifi - overall pleasant would recommended
We stayed 3 nights in one of the beachfront villas. The property sent a boat to pick us up at the pier when we arrived with the ferry, and coordinated with the ferry for our departure (we had the tickets already, but they need to confirm your seats on the ferry one day before your departure, so make sure you inform the reception). The property is clean, the rooms are very spacious and bright, the beach is beautiful, the food is good and not expensive. We couldn't have asked for more for our little vacation. Thanks to the staff at Saracen Bay, they went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible!!
First of a beautiful location at a White beach island. Appr 45 min boat trip and you are in a calm atmosphere with a tuch of backpacker style. Don't bring a load of suitcases as you en up either in a taxi boat or on trolley on a tractor. It's important to contact the hotel to organise transport from the boat. Recommend this as romantic holiday.
Best tasting cocktails, best bit of beach....although beware the sandflies! Lost one one star as no pool but still highly recommended

This was my third time here. Spacious beautiful bungalows set on squeaky white sand beach with perfect swimming. Restaurant is very good too, but other bars and restaurants scattered along quiet beach. I can’t imagine how much this would cost in Hawaii!
This property was excellent, what a great team they have for staff. Great location, and the beach was a great place to slow down and relax and enjoy being seaside.
I don’t know if we were just unlucky with weather and tides, but I couldn’t recommend Saracen Bay. The resort itself is well equipped, clean, and the staff are excellent. The beach directly in front of the resort is kept relatively clean and there is much more beach at high tide there than the rest of the length of Saracen Bay. If you just want to stay pretty much entirely at the resort it would probably be all good, but at high tide there’s sort of no beach at all, so you get stuck since other resorts, restaurants, and shops are built all the way to the high tide line. There was also a lot more rubbish and weather was worse at Saracen Bay than we saw at Sunset Beach or on Koh Rong beaches.
This place was great! Koh Rong Samloem was great! Despite a fair amount of garbage washing up on shore, the staff does a good job cleaning it up. The food is great and reasonably priced and the staff was kind and helpful. It is a walk from the ferry but their staff will haul your bags for you and make sure you get to and from easily.
We really enjoyed our weekend at this hotel. We spent unforgettable time. Comfortable bungalows are located on the wonderful beach. The place itself is very quiet, calm and cozy. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely come back there.
This is the best option for beach front bungalow on Saracen Beach. A short walk to the row of eateries. Well maintained and very quiet.

The resort is located in the best part of the bay. Other hotels are either in busy areas and near piers or close to construction.

Channy, Mao and team were very welcoming and helpful during our stay, and gave great advice on activities on the island. The stretch of beach was also lovely and on the quieter side, and it was easy to find our way to the other beaches.

Right on the best swimming area of the beach Staff great, everything clean. Restaurant good, but could use a few more items on the menu. This place would be at least $250 if in Hawaii

If you want a total relaxing escape , with high quality accommodation, great staff then SBR offers that for sure. Food was excellent but there are plenty other bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk along the beach. I found all to be very good value to sensible in price . SBR occupies the best section of beach which is kept very clean ,thanks to regular staff beach cleaning. Perfect paddling,swim location gentle sloping shallow bay ,few kids about played in total safety. Loved the free kayaks . Staff super attentive particular mention Channing font of info and assistance. Hope to return.
Good if you want a quiet villa retreat- it’s right down the far end of the beach with not much around. Make sure you get the gctv or buva ferry which stops at the pier closest. Restaurant has hardly any options with very limited menu so you will need to walk 10 mins to get to the busier strip of restaurants for meals. Beach is v nice with banana lounges and cleaned by staff. The villas were super clean and comfy with indoor and outdoor lounges and aircon. Staff helpful.
Have enjoyed being here so much I keep extending. All quiet at this time, but in a couple of years will boom I’m sure. This place would be great at twice the price! Only downside is the restaurant doesn’t have great selection due to few customers, but food still great
Amazing place to stay. The staff is wonderful, and the location is just perfect if you are looking for a little seclusion but close enough to walk to all the restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and We will definitely be going back.
Hotel is located in the end of bay which makes it quite resort. Villas are new, clean and equipped with everything you need, including AC. This is the only one resort with the real beachfront villas in Saracen Bay. Staff speak English and helpful. Food is average, but they're lots of options on the island, including 3 grocery stores (cash only). Resort takes credit cards.
