Nice hotel”

Seda Vertis North is a new hotel in Quezon City, it's been open for a little over 2 years. Location is good, being QC - it'll take you 1-2 hours to get anywhere in Manila due to traffic, but that's just Manila. It's walking distance to three shopping malls - Ayala Veris North, Tri Noma and SM North. Check in was smooth and effortless. Room is well sized, beds and comfortable and the deluxe room has a sitting couch and small table; 32 inch TV with option to connect your laptop to it, fridge and plenty of storage space. Power ports for electronics are conveniently placed beside the beds. The bathroom is well-sized, good water pressure from the shower. Wi-Fi is average - it initially was fast but then slowed down during my stay and even stopped working at one point. Amenities are plentiful - there's a gym and swimming pool; restaurant and a rooftop bar. Overall a very good stay at Seda Vertis North, would happily stay here again.

Wedding Package”

I booked a total of 12 rooms for two nights in Seda Vertis North for our wedding preps. Seven rooms for one night from the wedding package, and the rest is through multiple bookings with Agoda. Check-in was a breeze! It could have been a nightmare because of the many booking reference numbers that we have and our requests to have specific rooms on a certain floor. But Valerie from the front desk handled it very well without saying "no" to any of our requests. Rooms are spacious and clean! Our bookings composed of Deluxe Kings, Deluxe Twins, a Premier Room and Corner Suites so I got to see all the room categories. Buffet breakfast is good. Our friends and family from the US loved it. Club Lounge is also good. It's almost at par with other 5-star hotels in Manila. Straight Up Bar has a nice ambiance with good music. We stayed until closing for two nights! Too bad we can't stay for a longer time. The pool is good! The kids enjoyed it. And lastly, parking was easy. Thanks, Seda!

My Favorite Hotel”

Seda Vertis North is my family's favorite hotel. My teenage daughter has been to quite a number of them like Conrad and Nobu but she still finds Seda the best. The check-in, though not as fast as we wanted it to be, was okay. I expected the line to be long because we were there for the long weekend, just as many families were. The wait was made pleasant by the kind and accommodating staff. In no time at all, we were led to our beautiful room. The breakfast buffet was very good, there were a lot of choices and the food tasted really good, as usual. The pool and gym were great. What made our stay in Seda more memorable than the last ones we had was the impeccable service we received when our next door neighbors were making loud noises. A group of men occupied opposite rooms and we could hear the movement and shouting and banging of doors so loud. We reported the matter to Seda and we were given lots of apologies and an upgrade!!! Great service!

Wonderful experience”

My wife and I stayed in Seda Vertis North for a 3D2N staycation. We booked a Club Room and enjoyed the experience. I would totally recommend the hotel to a friend. We were so glad to have booked the Club Room as we had a wonderful time in the 23rd Floor Executive Lounge. The club's executives (Julie and Janet) made our stay so pleasant. The room was clean and tidy. I also got to swim in the pool and use their gym. Our breakfast in Misto (2nd day) and the Executive Lounge (3rd day) was also delicious. Well done, Seda Vertis North! Best Hotel in QC.”

It is already our second time in Seda Vertis, our first was last January 2020. We had a great time then that is why we didn't hesitate to book it again. The place is very accessible specially to those coming from the north. It is surrounded by 3 malls, Vertis North as our personal fave. The rooms and restrooms are bigger than the other hotels. We also love their restaurants, from the buffet resto on the 1st floor, to the newly opened chinese resto on the 2nd floor, and lastly, their resto bar on the building roof top. It is also family friendly. One thing that I love the most is how the staff manage to smile, be polite and accommodating all the time. Overall, we had a great time and we will surely book the hotel again in the future.

Christmas Staycation ”

It was our first time here and Seda Vertis North really exceeded our expectations. Buffet breakfast was satisfying plus restaurant crews are very accommodating. We were also seated immediately upon entering the buffet area. The pool looks great, they even have a receptionist stationed there to make sure everything is in order. A bar is also available beside the pool serving drinks (both non and alcoholic drinks) as well as snacks. What I really like about our stay was the assistance given to us by their IT department. Since their TV was not a smart TV, we brought our own Chromecast so we can watch Netflix but since a signing in is required to use their wifi, we had a hard time connecting our Chromecast. A customer service staff sent an IT staff to our room and manually connected the device to the internet. This is so cool since most of the hotels we visited before do not entertain this kind of request. Kudos to the cust serv and IT team. We’ll definitely go back again. :)

Conveniently located in quezon city and a stone throw's away from Ayala Mall Vertis North and Trinoma, we decided to try this relatively new hotel. Loved the fact that checking in was such a breeze, unlike one of the hotel we went to where they make you list all the names of the guest staying in the room with birthdays, there was a short que but I don't mind that at all. Another plus point is there liniency in access to their facilities like the pool and their state of the art gym equipments (per my dad). However, we were quite disappointed on how small their room was plus the bed size, rooms are not fully carpeted and beds were not so comfortable, it can only fit one person, and no bidet available. Then again, the breakfast buffet spread is awesome, I get why they have a long que in the morning. All in all, the experience was good but the rooms and the bed is a great consideration for me so while I love their liniency, I intend to look for another hotel next time.

Seda Vertis North is conveniently located near shopping centers making it an ideal place for vacationers. The breakfast buffet was definitely one of the highlights of me and my wife's stay as it featured an array of delicious eats and we were accommodated warmly by the staff. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in the Quezon City area.

Awesome Five-Star Hotel”

This hotel is located walking distance to Vertis North Mall. Awesome swimming pool with very few guest, bedding is very soft and comfy. The room is very cosy and very clean. The only thing we miss in the room is bidet, how come a 5-star hotel doesn't bidet all of their rooms? lol Buffet Breakfast is included and it's awesome including the staff. Overall it's a great 3D 2N stay for me and my wife. We'll stay again for sure. :) Thank you Seda Vertis North.

Short Stop over”

Seda has very nice and comfortable rooms. It has excellent location with 3 malls within its vicinity. All rooms have city view. Their staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Seda Vertis North if you are looking for a hotel in Quezon City.

Family bonding at xmas”

Seda vertis north is my fave hotel and I always reserved at agoda since it is more cheaper.. The club room is my favorite with free lounge access.. The time we get there was xmas season therefore lots of people around .. Breakfast is not good this time since there are lots of people we had it in 2nd floor like convention .. However the room is quite small but we manage to fit well bidet in out room is already in place.. Check out is also fast even though lots of people.. but no senior citizen lane this time .. my 3rd time to stay and i will return because its near vertis mall ..

Wonderful weekdays”

A simple, and comfortable place to stay situated in a convenient access to two malls. Despite of the crazy construction going on during my visit, it’s still favorably a good place to meet up with friends for its accessibility/location. Kudos to the front door/lobby crew for their warm and friendly welcome. Marcus and his team were helpful for providing information and direction. They surely holds the fort well with their greetings and smiles, it made my one week stay feels like home away from home. Come and experience the Filipino hospitality here at Seda Vertis North!

Location wise it is very convenient. Easy access to three major malls, Ayala Vertis, Trinoma and SM North. Rooms are clean and spacious. I Love the whole design from lobby to room. Staffs are very accommodating and they are all good looking. I personally thank Mr. Andrew Tamisin for his assistance regarding my cancelled booking. Facilities are all okey. Breakfast is wow, taste of asian and our very own Filipino cuisine. We will definitely recommend Seda Vertis to our friends and family and we will book this again the next time we visit Manila.

Our first time stay in Seda Vertis North”

Seda vertis north is very near our house and its location is very accessible. The hotel interiors has a modern design and the room is clean and has a cozy design. The staff are very very friendly, they greet you all the time. They are also very accomodating. They also offer free activities like cup cakr decoration every weekend which my kids participated in. Breakfast buffet is also filling. The pool design is also beautiful because of its design and furnitures. The staff in the pool area are also mindful on safety as we have not been allowed to swim since of the strong winds outside (due to the storm), so if have plans to swim be sure to check the weather for that day. Overall experience is great.

Seda - Vertis North - Good value for Money ”

I booked Deluxe room at Seda for the weekend. Room is standard size . Bathroom is spacious but does not have tub. View outside the rooms are not pleasing. One side (near Vertis North) view is the nearby Informal settlers area. The other side view is the on-going construction of MRT Phase 4 Project. Amenities are excellent. Gym equipped with adequate and well maintained fitness machines with spacious area to work out. Swimming Pool have separate adult (up to 4ft deep only) and kids Pool. Available hot Showers outside but the Pool water tends to be very cold around early morning/late evening swim. Lockers are spacious and well maintained. Accommodation includes Breakfast at Misto (Ground Floor). Good selection of Local, Asian and western cuisine. Taste is OK but not excellent. Ground floor open space is frequently occupied by non-guest and could be very crowded. Avoid check-out at 12PM. Otherwise, opt for express check-out if you do not have any Mini Bar/Hotel consumptions.

Friendly staff”

All requests prior to check in were granted such as poolside view, high floor, extra pillows, and good air conditioning system. From deluxe room, the hotel upgraded it to a more comfortable one because it’s my daughter ‘s birthday. The hotel staff surprised my daughter with a birthday song and a birthday cake. My daughter was very happy. She also enjoyed the pool and buffet breakfast. This was her second stay in Seda Vertis North and most likely not the last. The hotel extended the check out time until 2pm. Great staff!

My Daughter's New Favorite Hotel”

Our recent stay at Seda Vertis North was the first time we stayed at any Seda property and I would say that it was really an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Room is clean and check in is quick and efficient. Our request for a large bed was accommodated. Buffet breakfast is one of the best we had: choices is varied and the food is excellent. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends.

Short Stay”

I had a very pleasant short stay in Seda Vertis North. The staff are absolutely helpful and friendly. The Club Room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the city. I definitely had a restful stay. The lounge is big, quiet and cosy. It serves food periodically and beverages at all time till 10pm. Location is fantastic! There are 3 malls within the vicinity. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Staffs our friendly, check-in and check-out process were quick and easy. Clean rooms and linens/towels. Nice location, as it is near to malls (vertis north and trinoma) so you can easily buy your needs in their respective grocery/dept. stores. cons (but actually tolerable): the view in our room is not quite pleasant (right corner of 21st floor); no bidet in the washroom; if you need to buy stuff during late night, i don't see any nearest convenience stores.. so you might just want to stuck or buy those before the nearest mall closes; our room doesn't have a safety vault? not sure though if i just don't found it.. since some of the drawers in the cabinet were hard to open. I'm scared forcing it asi might broke it. Nonetheless, our stay in Seda is nice and cozy. :)
