The price was right. A great place to get massage, steam room, sauna, and hot tub right next door. The WiFi wasn’t great and just didn’t work at times. Friendly staff and the food was pretty good in the restaurant.

The hotel bought more treadmills and weight equipments. The treadmills's program wasn't easy to understand to set up. The buffet coffee was improved tremendously and take coffee order singularly and not put out at the self-serving station.

I think in Vietnam, Saigon here is top quality in the world. The price is cheap but service, facilities, location and meal are quite good for me. Without exception, here is good one.

Had everything it said it had”
Has a pool.. Did not try it or the gym and hot and cold pools.. Did try a foot massage.. Was very good. 7 dollars and 1 dollar tip.. Nice chairs as well for the massage.. Had to wait 15 minutes for the girl to make her way to me... You tip the girl if you want but you pay down stairs at a reception were you walk in.. Breakfast is most certainly Asian and not replenishing it seems if your late... Its really a hotel to accommodate Chinese travellers but at this time there was very few about... All in I liked it.. But you must be aware that this hotel is far from the city centre and you will be paying taxis everywhere from here... Luckily if you download the pass app or grab taxi apps it will only cost 2 1/2 dollars.. Tuks at least 5 each way...

Declining hotel....not worth the money”
We have stayed at Sen Han almost 20 times over the past five years. It clearly is declining as we had to keep a plunger in our bathroom due to toilet problems; After we ate our second day's breakfast at the hotel they told us we need to pay $6 per person. We always had breakfast included in the past and upon check-in were not informed of the "new" management's decision to start charging. The facilities are declining and the staff are confused on everything. If you are wanting to a nice place to stay this is NOT it. So sad to see the decline of this place.

Poor value..”
The room (double delux) is advertised as having a balcony in picture.. this room has a window facing a wall. Zero view just a wall .. Taxi to riverside quite expensive.. takes ten minutes. TV has just snow on all channels.. Bath room is good Air con is good. Internet slow but OK Hot water good. No real shop downstairs.. Room was clean.
