Recharge with Ocean Views”

Fantastic room! Have booked the one with private onsen and it was so worth it. Staff were so kind and helpful. I had so many questions pre-trip and whoever handles their communication here is very responsive. If you wanna see sunrise views, the baths got you covered. You can see it from both private onsens and the public ones. Just phenomenal! Was sad it was too windy to ride the cruise and ropeway, but staff advised me about it accordingly. They were just so patient and conscientious! Would highly recommend booking a massage as well. Had the lovely Kasumi Ogawa-san as my masseuse and all the stress of travelling from NZ to Japan just dissapeared!

Great stay, but there are points of improvement.”

We got a mixed suite with a tatami mat living room area and another room with two western style beds. Facilities were faultless - the onsen was beautiful and had views of the sea and totally relaxing. The kaiseki dinner was delicious too. But the western style room had a small window that opens to the main corridor, making it sometimes noisy at night. We were unable to regulate the temperature with the air conditioner as well as we wanted to - it was too warm (probably centrally controlled heating) so we had to open the door to the balcony. Still it was a very good stay.

気持ちが良かった”

ホテルの質は正直他と変わらないと思います。昔からある年季の入った感じでレトロ感もありました。 スタッフの対応はどの方も気持ちよかったです。 夜のヴュッフェで出た海鮮しゃぶしゃぶと鮑がとても美味しかったです。

連泊しましたが、1日目の布団敷きは忘れられていたし、2日目は浴衣のサイズが違い、洗面所は掃除されていませんでした。ロケーションは最高なだけに残念な思いが残りました。
