“It's disappointing.”

First of all, even though I pressed the bell at check-in, the staff didn't come, so I kept waiting at the front desk. I think I waited for about 15 minutes, and I was embarrassed that no one was available for a long time without leaving a phone number. When I booked through Agoda, it was $138 (2767 pesos), but when I tried to pay on-site, I ended up paying 2800 pesos. They said I had to pay an additional 20 pesos each for currency exchange fees, but I don’t understand why I need to pay an extra 20 pesos when using Mexican currency in Mexico, and it actually turned out to be an additional 33 pesos. I think Agoda's payment system should allow payments in the local currency instead of dollars. When I got to the room, I found hair in the bathroom trash can and yellow stains on the white towels, so the hygiene was not great. The worst part was that the Wi-Fi didn't work in the bedroom, and I had to go out to the kitchen area to use it, which meant I ended up sitting on the sofa at night using the Wi-Fi and fell asleep there. Other than the fact that the accommodation is close to the beach, I wouldn't recommend it. If there are similar-priced accommodations available, I think it’s better to go elsewhere.
