I really liked the decoration of the newly opened hotel, but there was no introduction to the hotel facilities or indication of the hotel's location, which was very inconvenient. The room was small and the furniture layout was not smooth. The toilet was on the left and the bathtub was on the right, separated from each other. There was no place to open and place luggage, and it was inconvenient to keep opening and closing the luggage. It was also inconvenient to do makeup and wash in the same space, and the additional mirror in the wardrobe was not convenient. The small table placed at the entrance of the bathroom made it difficult to enter and exit. The front desk service was average. The room I reserved was different from the one I was assigned upon check-in. The room did not match the room type I reserved, and when I immediately informed the front desk, they told me that there was no room with a large bed and asked me to stay for one night and see if they could change it the next day. I found it troublesome to change rooms and did not agree. After waiting for a while, the front desk staff told me that after discussing with the manager, there was a room with a large double bed and a single bed for three people. She took me to see it, but I did not like the layout and refused to accept it. I suggested that I could stay in the room I was originally assigned to and change it the next day. Although the problem was eventually resolved, it took nearly an hour and ruined my travel mood. I could not understand why they did not give me the room type I reserved from the beginning and kept showing me different rooms, running up and down the stairs. I pointed out that the room problem was my right, and I reserved the room based on the photos provided on the platform. The hotel should improve its front desk handling and response capabilities. Today, I went on a trip and spent money to enjoy the hotel, not to let the hotel front desk learn how to handle problems and waste my time. The hotel service attitude was average and there was no special politeness or greeting. After checking out, the front desk staff did not treat me as a guest and ignored me without saying hello or greeting me (even though I went back to retrieve my stored luggage). It was an unpleasant experience, but the location was good and the decoration was nice.

I love that everything we wanted to hit up was close by. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Only con was that I wished the cleaning was better and that they would replace fresh towels without having to request it. Nitpicking a bit but the water pressure was just also tiny bit too strong in the sink! Otherwise, we had an amazing time in Saigon because of this hotel.

I booked this place with my wife for 5 days. We stayed here for 3 nights and moved to another hotel for 2 nights (pre-planned before arriving in Vietnam) Value for money: Its a great boutique hotel, unlike your usual ones, its layout and concept is unique and different (in a good way) The rooms are slightly smaller than usual hotel rooms but it's decent enough to make do and it had everything that we needed. Location: Its literally opposite to the Ben Thanh markets which is great, it has a halal street behind it for those looking for halal restaurants. It's 5-8 minute walk to Saigon Central Mall for those looking to shop. It's towards the famous Banh Mi restaurant (about 8-10 minute walk) However if you are looking to explore all the museums and landmarks, it's about a 10 - 15 minute walk, but once you are there, all the landmarks are fairly close by. Cleanliness: The hotel along with everything else is clean, there was no smell, no obvious wear and tear. Staff: I think Vietnamese people in general are very nice, the staff were very kind and accommodating to us. They took us to our room from the lobby, they werent shy or awkward, they made small talk about things to do and tips when walking around Vietnam. Facilities: As it's a boutique hotel, don't expect to have the greatest swimming pool or gym. It has both which functions well at the minimal. Breakfast was great, food was nice. Cons: Bathtub wasnt the best, it had hot water but it felt like it was replaced and not secured. The room isn't super sound proof. I am a light sleeper but I had no issue with the noise outside, the honkings dies down around 10 pm so it's okay, its more of people walking around the hall way, kids making noises, doors closing. It obviously dies down as people get back to the hotel and go back, but if you plan on sleeping early, this is probably a downside.
