“The atmosphere is very nice.”
The accommodation is located near Candlelight Resort and Lung Dam Bay. The entrance is paved, making it easy to drive a motorcycle, although there are some steep hills. The lodging has a Thai style, with wooden houses that are not old and not intimidating. The reception staff are all very polite, and there are several friendly dogs that run up to greet you at your room, which is lovely for dog lovers. The accommodation is by the sea, with very clear water and beautiful photo opportunities. The air conditioning is very refreshing and the water pressure is strong. We chose a room without a TV, but every room has a hairdryer, toothbrush, ear cleaner, and shower cap. They also provide nice-smelling shower gel and shampoo. The place is peaceful, with lights at night making it not scary, and breakfast is provided in the morning, including porridge and coffee, although we overslept and missed it, haha. The price is very affordable for the view and impressive service. The reception staff are very friendly, and there is a 500 baht deposit for the keys, which must be paid in cash. If you don't have cash, you can use an ID card, driver's license, or government ID instead. If I go to Samet again, I definitely won't miss this place. The accommodation requires walking up stairs, so elderly guests should be cautious.

“Very good”
This place is far away from the main town. There is a bus that runs every hour starting 8.30 and finishes 5.30, which costs 50 baht/trip. Usually runs 10-15 minutes late. Otherwise about a 40-50 minute into town. Beach walk is the best, the road walk is hotter and feels longer. The hotel has a nice little beach area with a hammock and cushions which are very comfortable. There was about four dogs on site for my 5 days. I think every night I got woken by dogs barking. While on the beach, several times there a dog fight and a couple of times at breakfast there was a dog sleeping on the floor in the middle of the restaurant. The room was adequate. Bathroom was good and had plenty of hot water. No t.v. Wifi was very slow. Breakfast was very limited, toast with butter/watermelon/a type of soup/juice/water/tea/coffee. The whole area and nearby beaches was very quiet with people, which was great. Good place to come if you want to enjoy the beach.

There are no shell fragments, and the rocks are only the big ones. Playing in the water is so enjoyable and it's very safe for bringing children. // It takes less than 20 minutes to travel from the pier to the accommodation, which is fine.
