The place was super clean and cozy. I really enjoyed the space and the fact that it was nearby to Skagen centre. Also the owner is really nice.
Things I don’t like
There is a cleaning fee, which isn’t included in the Booking.com price. It is not clear beforehand how much the fee is. It has to be paid in cash. The owner only communicated in Danish via the Booking.com app.

The host does not speak English and does not respond to written messages in English or in Danish.... this was a little difficult but otherwise she was friendly, efficient and the keys were on the door when we arrived.
Things I don’t like
The television in the property does not function properly... so that the screen is too small, too far away from the sitting area and at an angle that everything is dark... we could not see anything... the control did not have 'brightness' control on it. Host had not bothered to clean the outdoor furniture which was filthy and covered in grime. We spent a good amount of time in the lovely back yard due to unusually wonderful weather .. but had to clean everything ourselves. The host did not respond to messages in any language except prior to arrival. Not good. Finally the stink of fish on many days woke us up though I understand this has nothing to do with the host but a reality.

Gorgeous little house in great location”
Things I like
lovely little semidetached house with to tiny bedrooms upstairs ( but with full size beds) There is a roomy bathroom with the best shower. Kitchen has a half fridge, two stovetops and a mini oven (it is not a microwave) Lovely patio and a lounge/ dining room in one. Very cosy, very convenient location and a very lovely host
Things I don’t like
We had cold weather, and despite the air heater in the living room, it was rather cold in the downstairs. The oven did not really do the trick, but we managed - otherwise go out for dinner or cook something that doesn't need an oven
