Great property conveniently located in the middle of the bay. There are a lot of restaurants around within walking distance. Trail to the Lazy Beach is right behind the hotel and is an easy 30 min walk. The team is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back!

Clean room, great location, and exceptional service especially from Von. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that includes espresso. Wifi was adequate. And the boat transfer was really a value add.

The deal was great in the midst of Covid. Went there in Nov, 2021. Guess it is due to being so many places closed, but the trashes all over the Saracen Bay was a huge disappointment.

Too much money for what they offer”
The location is perfect, no discussion about that. But apart from that, nothing else is great at the hotel, for a high price. A lot of flies flying over the breakfast food, OK massage, the restaurant was very dark in the evening which was disencouraging to try. The room is OK, comfortable bed, but again, below the standard of other hotels with the same price range in southeast asia. I would definitely go back to the island, it was amazing, but would try a different hotel.

Cost doesn't reflect quality...”
The price point for this resort I would expect a bit more out of the resort The rooms are amazing with a bathtub and very clean with a great view. The restaurant is over priced even for the islands. The quantity is something you might expect from a children's menu. One english speaking staff member. Hours of operation are varied day to day based off of when the guy feels like being available. Wifi is horrible, phone tethering is the only decent way to get internet. Close proximity to other places to eat though so you won't go hungry. Paddle board is free but there is only one. Snorkel masks aren't taken care of and are useless. The island is such a wonderful place, I would urge people to check out a few other places before choosing this place.

Did not know you could speak with Sol beach Resort on getting a pick-up from the pier, so walked in blazing sun for 40 minutes to get to the property. But otherwise, overall experience once at the property was pretty fair.

Nice bungalows, perfect location”
The resort is perfectly located. The Saracen Bay is beatufull and the bungalows are located probably in the best place on the bay. The beach is silent and clean - the sea is clean and warm. The bungalows are nice, spacious and clean – equipped with well working aircondition and internet (sometimes slow). The only missing are: frdge, safety box and hairdryer. There are strange limitations in resort’s restaurant – food served only on certain time or reduced menu. Don't worry – there are many even better and chepaer estaurants near by.

It's 4 star hotel.There is the shuttle boat from ferry terminal to the hotel.It's free.And the staffs are enthusiastic.He moves the luggage.There is hot water,free wifi,no tv.The breakfast is simple.Our room is ocean room.u can see the sea directly.it's stunning.The sea water is so clean and so low.u move 100meters to the sea,the water is still under your head.U can swim calmly without wave.If u don't care money,u had better choose this hotel.cause this hotel has the best infrastructure in island.The other hotel hasn't hot water,and the power is cutted off time to time.

Buffet style breakfast has many options. The cabins are spacious and well appointed, feels like you have your own house. They have kayaks, snorkel equipment you can use. Really enjoyed our stay there. It’d be a great place for families with young children as there is a small playground.

Too expensive”
We stayed 2 night. The location was good but the service of hotel was bad. Electricity was completely down because of the storm the day before and could not use wifi, hot shower!!! But other hotel was not down electricity and wifi. We could not understand the price of this hotel. The y should reconsider the price. We imagined the luxury hotel, but there are no luxury.
