"Great hotel in Phnom Penh in my favourite area. About 10 min tuk tuk to the river which is great if you don’t like staying in the grunge area. Quality comfortable beds. Great shower. Good breakfast. Great restaurants terrazzo Italian, Pacau and dig us for meat. Plus plenty of others sushi Mexican also Starbucks coffee club and browns within a couple of blocks"

"Its not cheap, but its worth it! Its simply the best hotel in Phnom Penh. The staff is really the best I have seen. They all knew my name and greeted me most of the time. My shoes were shined and newspaper was always there. They made my reservations and rely took care of everything. We ate in the hotel restaurant and it was really beautiful. Again, if your looking for a cheap budget hotel, this is NOT it. If you don't mind paying for the best, then your at the right place. Its really a beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend it."

"There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the Sofitel is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh. It is new, it is definitely a luxury hotel,and the rooms are spacious and exceptional well fitted out. The hotel also has a number of really good resturants.The hotel is also very well located and only minutes away from the river where the nightlife of Phnom Penh is with lots of bars and eating establishments. It is also very close to the casino. I will definitely not consider staying anywhere else in Phnom Penh."

"We have stayed at a few of the high class hotels in Phnom Penh as we live here and stay at the local hotels now and then for a get-a-way. This one is my favorite for a few reasons. The suites make you feel like you have a home away from home. The balcony is perfect for morning breezes off the river. The open floor plan does not allow you to feel that you are in a typical hotel but more like a tropical resort. Welcome juice, along with welcome cocktail made our first few hours excellent. The weight room has all the most modern equipment and the locker room was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was bright and lovely with views of the river. I love the openness of the lobby giving it a tropical feel. The new cafe has a bookshop/coffee shop feel and was very comfortable with great books to check out for your stay. The only downfall was the pool. It was crowded and not very attractive. ALso the water was very warm so it was not refreshing. But overall, I will choose this resort over the others in Phnom Penh for our next getaway"

"An apartment complex with a hotel in it, The Bridge Club is brand new so still in excellent condition. With 2 swimming pools, a gym, cable TV, high-speed WiFi, king-sized bed, free drinkable water, it really can't be beaten for the price in Phnom Penh. I stayed here 10 days and had a wonderful time. It's a short walk to the riverfront or Aeon Mall, but not in the heart of the bar district (but really, it's good to escape that craziness and have some peace). Oh, and the view from the room over the Mekong River is the BEST VIEW IN PHNOM PENH! Highly recommend."

"My friend is a fans of Rosewood and has been stayed at several Rosewood Hotels in different cities. We are looking forward to stay at Rosewood Phnom Penh before this trip. The room was nice with a great view as the hotel floors are all in the high floors. However, there was some hot water issue during the first night we checked in. Luckily, the hotel helped us to change the room with no water problem immediately. The room was upgraded too. What surprised us the most was the Guest Relations manager offered us spa treatment and put some special desserts in our room. Thank you for Rosewood respecting their guests and gave us had a good memory at Phnom Penh. We will definitely recommend our friends to stay at Rosewood!"

"The hotel itself was quite modern, location is a few minute tuk tuk ride from the touristy areas. The room I stayed in was beautiful and was on the top floor, with floor to ceiling windows. The view was amazing. The room was very spacious and my boyfriend and I loved it. The downside however, was that the room smelled like some sewage system has gone wrong. It wasn't a very strong odor, but it was just lingering around the room until the aircon is turned on and the stench in the air is filtered out. The shower drainage was blocked as well. The staff was very friendly, but had a little trouble communicating in English. Room service food and the breakfast was great. If you'd want a midrange hotel in phnom penh this would be the best choice."

"Spent 5 Nights and was impressed with the modern designed 2 bedroom apartment. Although it was only slightly smaller than what i expected from the picture is was still very acceptable. Facilities were all in good conditions. Considering the fact that it is a new apartment some of the staff are a little reactive rather then proactive in their services, however i would expect this to change with experience over time. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend people to stay at this apartment as it provides great value for money in comparison to the 5 star hotels you would find in Phnom Penh."
