Quality Rooms and Extra Ordinary Services and Swimming Pool”
We living in Phnom Penh and stayed 1 night with whole family to avoid power-out situation in here. Bed rooms and living room was clean and spacious. The better thing was the staffs' services and swimming pool. When I inquired to the staffs for the wifi password and room service from the Anusa Cafe at ground floor, they fulfilled all my needs and they responded proactively. Swimming on top floor at dinner time with my kids was great as the water was super clean and the pool lights was beautiful. We enjoyed all the facilities and services when we stayed there 1 night. Will be my first choice in next time, either.

All members of staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. My flat looked exactly the same as pictures. It was bright, clean and spacious. If I must be picky, I'll say they need to add some bumpers to the AC to prevent low-frequency noise from spreading through the walls. The only major problem is the distance to the city center. You need to use PassApp or Grab for a car of tuktuk.

Spacious Apartments”
We like staying at Sun Apartment. This time however we got a low floor which means you hear the ladies in labor at the hospital next door. Plus the stove area was never cleaned as food was splashed on the wall behind it. This is our first less than par experience here. The hot water always runs out quick so do not expect long showers or a full tub. Usually this place is quite a bit better of a stay.

Stay here whenever I travel to Phnom Penh for work. Appreciate feeling at home with kitchen and washing machine; staff is very friendly and easy location next to a great supermarket. Gym equipment in need of TLC.

Nice but needs better cleaning staff”
this is the second time spending time here and there is lots of good but unfortunately lots of bad as well. I am not sure the cleaning staff know what end of the broom or mop to use or that mop water needs to be changed more than once a month. Air conditioners are on there last legs and barely work ! The windows and doors are all terrible and cheap on the 5th floor you hear everything on the 1st floor, The size and layout of the room is great but the staff has no direction at all and no quality control. the pool is wonderful and even had towels 1 day out of six after asking the manager to do his job. I know it is a lot to ask but more than 3 meg internet speed would be apricated . So much potential at this property and could be turned around completely in a few months if somebody actually cared - even the bell hop was terrible - he saw us bring many bags down and as soon as our driver arrived instead of helping load bags he sat down on his lazy ass.

Stay started off very poorly with 2 of 3 air conditioners broken in 39 C heat , but they were repaired the second day so much better. the lay out of the apartment is great very roomy but is showing lots of wear and tear. I had the maintenance guys fixing many items the second day after rather loudly motivating the manager. I had to show the cleaning girls how to clean as they have never been taught and are not supervised, The girls are very sweet and helpful. I am actually coming back in 1 week for 4 days - I am very picky and detail oriented so I guess that says a lot about the quality. Good value

Windows very thin, your hear EVERY NOISE from the streets at the same Volume as if the window would be open. Bathroom smelled every day. Scam with the laundry. (They take 2 days and charge 13,5dollar!! Outside it cost 2-3dollar and is finished after 1 day) Some of the Stuff is limited in their actions and abilities... One time okay, but I would not go for a 2nd time there.

The apartment is comfortable clean and very functional. We had a perfect stay and even cooked in the fully functional kitchen and oven. The staff cannot be more helpful and kind. The only disappointing thing it's the location as it is approx 7 km from the city centre. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend the Sun apartments or stay there again
