Worth the money”
Although the location is not the most convenient, but it is worth the money. The staff is extremely friendly, love their hospitality. Unfortunately, the room that we were upgraded wasn't at the best state. Bedside table is slanted, there is stain at the bed linen, and the A/C kept shutting down during the night, disrupting my sleep. Other than that, it was good.

Worst Choice in my life...”
Because of customer office location , I choose this hotel. But really terrible. 1.Cleaning condition is so so so so so terrible. and always dirty. there are much moisture. 2.Everyday , I must request to reception for Breakfast ticket and can go there. So crazy. 3.The Gym's running machine is broken. but no one care. and can't use aircon. 4.The food is so terrible too. I am sure. I will not go again.! never ever.

Comprehensive view of location, convenience, amount, high cost performance. Good for business people. This time I stayed executive room. They said just finished Renovation so I felt lucky. It looked pretty new and very comfortable, bed mat is hight quality consider about the price. Amenities such as natural shampoo were good. My hair became smooth next day. Clean and well maintenance, everything is comfortable. Staff are lovely and helpful. They can speak good English. There is a restaurant Lan Ping in side hotel. If you want to use projector, they can provide and they have also private room. And this restaurant serves Chinese food and some Khmer dishes, which are also popular among people living in Cambodia. All food are good cost performance and reasonable like about $5 to $10 each food, even at the $ 25 course you can eat dishes with rare 'swallow's nest' good for anti-aging. I think that if you eat it in Japan it would cost about over $150 to 200. It was very convenient. Because it is situated in an easy-to-understand place on the main street, taxi driver surely arrives by saying the name of this hotel so I felt safe. My friend stayed in a loft type room, he said he was very good. A loft type room is rare in Cambodia. And we can enjoy swimming pool and small gym. The location is perfect and this hotel is 500 meters to the Japanese embassy, Aeon Mall is within 1 km, Central Market is 3 k to about. Despite its convenient location it is very quiet. Hotel size is good. Not too big and not too small.

The hotel is near a couple of embassies. Otherwise there is not much in that area. The breakfast is good enough to eat if someone is hungry and does not want to travel anywhere else in the morning to eat something. Otherwise I wouldn't even pay 1USD for that breakfast.

Many issues with this place”
Let me say the good things first. 1. The Dance bakery is fantastic with high quality pastry and coffee 2. Lam Pin restaurant is really good food at decent prices. Now for the issues with the place. This hotel is still under renovation after 2 years and next door is anothere construction site. I really suggest that interested guestso wait another year to finish their renovation. They renovated theit rooms but kept their old beds. I know cos I slept in this hotel before they started renovating. Unless you have to stay in this hotel like me cos of business nearby, there are really better optionsoon elsewhere in PP

It is not okay. Customer service very poor; English language very poor; gym is old and practically useless (smells bad as well - generally, this hotel smells like damp air); breakfast is very limited; bed is hard; the construction during early morning has driven me nuts.

Great hotel but not close to anything to do.”
The stay was nice. The restaurant is only Chinese and some very weird dishes. The bar does not sell hard liquor by the glass only by the whole bottle. Staff was very friendly and very eager to help with anything. The lobby was kept very clean and they had no shortage of staff. They have security on every floor and I am assuming it was to take ID cards of visitors that were not registered.

It was an OK hotel, but it is run down. Although the staff was very friendly, they do not speak English and everything was rather inefficient. Breakfast was minimal and the coffee was instant. There are better places to stay.
